With a remarkable growth and expansionof Internet, the security issues emerged from intrusions and attacks such as computer viruses, dental of servives and backings to destroy intormation have been considered as serious threats for Internet and the provate networks. To protect networks from those attacks, many nendors have developed various security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access control systems. However managing those systems individually requres too much work and high cost. Thus, integrated security managemanet and eatabliashment of consistent security policy for various security products has become more important. In this paper, we propose integrated security manabement system called WISMSF(Web based Integrated Security Management System for Fireswalls) to monitor and contro various kinds of firewalls WISMSF consists of three components-clients, integrated engine, and agents. It supports the transparent management functions of security products, easy ways of defining security policies, and simple expansion of managed ranges.

The range of Internet usage is drastically broadened and diversed from information retrieval and collection to many different functions. Contrasting to the increase of Internet use, the efficiency of finding necessary information is decreased. Therefore, the need of information system which provides customized information is emerged. Our research proposes Web Service based recommendation system which employes inference engine to find and recommend the most appropriate products for users. Web applications in present provide useful information for users while they still carry the problem of overcoming different platforms and distributed computing environment. The need of standardized and systematic approach is necessary for easier communication and coherent system development through heterogeneous environments. Web Service is programming language independent and improves interoperability by describing, deploying, and executing modularized applications through network. The paper focuses on developing Web Service based recommendation system which will provide benchmarks of Web Service realization. It is done by integrating inference engine where the dynamics of information and user preferences are taken into account.

In Korea, there are a total of 8 creative cities selected by UNESCO in 7 fields. UNESCO creative city refers to a network of creative cities with international level of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the field of culture and arts. Based on the PCSI 2.0 model, this study conducted a satisfaction survey of experts on Daegu's Creative City. Variables were composed of service quality, social responsibility, inconsistency, satisfaction and performance, and service quality was measured by dividing it into three categories: content quality, delivery quality, and environmental quality. Therefore, this study verified that the three types of quality, social responsibility, and inconsistency affect satisfaction, and that satisfaction affects performance. As a result of the study, it was found that the three service quality did not directly affect satisfaction, but rather affected satisfaction through inconsistency. So, 3 out of 10 hypotheses were rejected.

The purpose of this study is to analyze bibliographic information of Busan and other cities' reports for urban development initiative and identify the strategic fields for future smart city plan. Text mining method is used in this study to extract keywords and identify the characteristics and patterns of information in urban development reports. As a result, in earlier stage, Busan city focused on service creation for industrial development but there are lack of discussions on the linkage of information systems with ICT technology. However, recent urban planning in Busan contained various contents related to integrated connections of infrastructure, ICT system, and operation management of city in the specific fields of traffic, tourism, welfare, port/logistics, culture/MICE. This results of study is expected to provide policy implications for planning the future urban initiatives of smart city development.

In this paper, we propose a API Gateway technique for the expansion of human resource management module, one of the ERP functions. The institution has introduced ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) based on its efforts to transform all human and physical resources into business competitiveness and its response to the digital knowledge informatization environment, and listed it as multiple success factors. Human resource management is one of the factors that have been dealt with. However, ERP's Human Resources Management Module remains in the role of functional personnel management. How to utilize human resources begins with navigating and recognizing human resources. The proposed API Gateway technique leverages blockchain networks to design and implement APIs for human resource sharing and navigation, including the possibility of extending ERP's human resource management module. Secondly, it was designed and implemented using a smart contract that behaves like an API for preventing information forgery. The proposed method will not only be used as a tool that can actively utilize human resources, but will also be a complete resource for utilizing big data technology.

Mobile edge computing is a technology that can prepare for a new era of cloud computing and compensate for shortcomings by processing data near the edge of the network where data is generated rather than centralized data processing. It is possible to realize a low-latency/high-speed computing service by locating computing power to the edge and analyzing data, rather than in a data center far from computing and processing data. In this article, we develop a virtual mobile edge computing testbed environment where the cloud and edge nodes divide computing tasks from mobile terminals using the EdgeCloudSim simulator. Performance of offloading techniques for distribution of computing tasks from mobile terminals between the central cloud and mobile edge computing nodes is evaluated and analyzed under the virtual mobile edge computing environment. By providing a virtual mobile edge computing environment and offloading capabilities, we intend to provide prior knowledge to industry engineers for building mobile edge computing nodes that collaborate with the cloud.

This study analyzes the relationship of citations appearing in the patent data to understand knowledge transfers and impacts between patent documents in the field of pharmaceutical research. Patent data were collected from a website, Google Patents. The top 25 assignees were selected by searching for patent documents related to pharmaceutical research. We identify the citation relationships between assignees, then calculate and compare the values of h-index and derived indicators by using the number of citations and rank for each document of each assignee. As a result, in the case of pharmaceutical research, the assignee, such as 'Pfizer, MIT, and Abbott' shows a high impact. Among the five bibliometric indicators, the g-index and hS-index show similar results, and the indicators are the most related to the rankings of Total Citation Frequency, Cites per Patents, and Maximum Citation Frequency. In addition, it is highly related to the five indicators in the order of Total Citation Frequency, Cites per Patents, and Maximum Citation Frequency. In some cases, it is difficult to make an accurate comparison with Cites per Patents alone, which is previously known to indicate the technological influence of patent assignees.

Reinforcement learning is a machine learning method which aims to determine a policy to get optimal actions in dynamic and stochastic environments. But reinforcement learning has high computational complexity and needs a lot of time to get solution, so it is not easily applicable to uncertain and continuous environments. To tackle the complexity problem, AC (actor-critic) method is used and it separates an action-value function into a value function and an action decision policy. Also, in transfer learning method, the knowledge constructed in one environment is adapted to another environment, so it reduces the time to learn in a reinforcement learning method. In this paper, we present AC method and transfer learning method to solve the problem of a reinforcement learning method. Finally, we analyze the case study which a transfer learning method is used to solve BS(base station) switching problem in wireless access networks.

The Republic of Korea in the real economy to a knowledge economy, and a center of creativity and imagination in the creative economy is changing the paradigm. As the core of creating economic, creative industries with the technology and information play an important role in the industry individuals. In order to solve the problem of the polarization of the economy and high youth unemployment rate of Korea, to recognize the role of the creative industries, as objection part, dimensions pan-national and one creative companies in industries of Mobile Apps various policies that support has been promoted. Support these policies to be able to contribute to the establishment of the success of mobile apps one-person creating company, we performed this study targeting one-person company that creates mobile apps area, we conducted a demonstration study of success factors, and thus more effective and efficient in an attempt to seek out support measures. In this study, we derive a research 4 hypothesis about the success factors of one creative enterprise through literature discussion, a study was made on the basis of empirical data of one-person company that creates mobile apps. The results of the analysis, first, if the development rate of the mobile application technology is fast and a new competition associated product is appeared, it was possible to find a tendency to be higher at the performance quantitative companies. Second, if the founder is a founding for the benefit and rewarding work and come to terms with the risk, it was possible to discover tends to be higher achievement quantitative. Third, if one-person company select a target market with capture intensively, it was possible to find a tendency for higher qualitative results. Fourth, it could be found that the reliability of the contact frequency of the network related performance business environment these characteristics enterprise management strategy and act as a significant modulatory effect. Provision of information relating to management and entrepreneurship education to be one creative enterprise is required, these results suggest that there is a provision continuing need for the opportunity to be able to meet and network and reliable variety have. In this study, to take advantage to promote the elimination measures that can increase the likelihood of success of the company of institutions to support one company that creates knowledge-based, such as in the field of mobile application.
