우리나라의 과학기술정책방향이 기존의 '모방형' 혁신체제의 구축에서 '창조형' 혁신체제의 구축 및 운용으로 전환하게 되면서 연구개발의 목표 자체가 창조적 연구의 결과물로 바뀌었다. 이에 따라, 과학기술 전문가들의 주도로 국가연구개발 투자의 방향과 내용을 기초연구 및 협력연구 중심으로 정립할 필요가 있는데, 특히 기초연구 및 창의적 연구는 개별적인 연구도 중요하지만 과학기술지식의 공유 및 협력적인 연구가 대단히 중요하게 요구되어진다고 보여진다. 최근 과학기술의 빠른 환경변화에 적응해야 하며, 그 발전과 성과에 있어서 개방형 혁신(open innovation)을 통한 돌파구를 찾아야 하는 과학기술계도 더욱 이러한 협력이 중요하게 여겨지고 있다. 본 연구는 연구회, 과총 및 과학기술유관단체 간 소통의 네트워크 구축을 통하여 과학기술 유관단체들의 전문성 향상에 공헌하는 것을 목표로 하며, 이를 통하여 우리나라의 과학기술단체들이 국내외의 과학기술 주요 이슈에 대한 공동의제를 발굴, 연구하게 하여 중장기적으로 연구회 및 과총 그리고 과학기술 유관단체의 사회적 기여도를 제고하는 것으로 목표로 한다.

국가건설기술발전 기여를 목적으로 1987년 설립된 한국건설기술인협회(이하 건설기술인협회)는 약 90만 명의 회원이 속한 명실상부 국내 최대 건설분야 직능단체로, 건설기술인 위상 제고와 법·제도 개선, 건설기술인 경력관리, 복지, 교육 및 연구, 일자리 지원 등의 역할을 하고 있다. 건설기술인협회는 지난 2019년 3월 첫 직선제 회장을 선출하고, 회원을 중심으로 하는 협회 운영을 목표로 하는 등 대한건축사협회와도 유사점이 많다. 작년 12월에는 건축문화 발전과 건축기술 향상을 위한 협력관계 구축을 위하여 양 기관이 MOU(업무협약)를 체결한 바 있다. 임인년(壬寅年)을 맞아, 김연태 건설기술인협회장에게 협회의 주요 추진사업과 현안 과제 등을 들었다.

The importance of international science and technology cooperation is growing more and more, but we do not know much about what criteria could be used to choose a science or a technology that needs international cooperation first and foremost among many kinds of competing sciences and technologies. Moreover, this selection process is affected by evaluators' or science/technology experts' perception, but we do not quite know what they actually see when they evaluate the needs of international cooperation. This study investigates the conditions that international science and technology cooperation is encouraged by scholars and researchers in various areas. Based on theoretical arguments of Transaction Cost Economics, Measurement View, and Knowledge-Based View, we drew hypotheses on when experts perceive greater needs of international cooperation. Using the classification categories of 10 major sciences and technologies, we collected data from 151 respondents from scientists in research institutions and colleges. As a result, we found that experts in science and technology areas perceive strong needs of international cooperation when the importance of focal science or technology is high and the relative national level of focal science or technology is low. Also, we found that the importance and relative level of focal science and technology have positive moderating effects each other. Lastly, we found that when experts evaluate their own major areas, the strength of positive relationship between the importance of science and technology and needs of international cooperation is diminished.

우리나라 기계공업분야의 선구자가 되겠다는 일념으로 온갖 어려움과 역경을 이기고 새로운 제품과 공정개발을 위하여 혼연의 힘을 다한 20년동안의 기나긴 시간속에서 기계 공업의 발판을 다지기 시작하면서 우리기업은 비교적 순탄하게 성장할 수 있었던 데는 몇 가지 이유가 있었다. 그 첫째는 지난 60 년대와 70 년대에 우리 기업이 진출한 분야에는 선진국에서는 이미 기술이 발전을 거듭하여 성장가도에 있는 기술을 도입하기 시작하였으며, 둘째는 선진국에서는 고도의 기술과 고급기술 인력을 양성하며, 발전하는 반면 우리나라 기업은 도입된 기술을 습득하고 활용할 고급기술인력이 부족하여 상당한 기간동안 인력을 확보하기에는 많은 어려움이 있었으나 그 동안 각분야에 필요한 적정고급인력 양성에 주력함으로써 기술이 축적되었고, 셋째는 비교적 기술의 전문성 때문에 품질관리운동과 원가절감운동으로 생산성을 향상하여 경제적 어려움을 배척하는데 총력을 경주하여 왔던 결과로 본다.

The recent corporate economy, such as the COVID 19 pandemic that has spread all over the world since the beginning of 2020, the acceleration of the 4th industrial revolution, and supply chain management risks triggered by the US-China conflict and the Ukraine crisis, is more serious than ever before. CEOs who have started and managed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are more concerned than ever about the sustainability of their businesses in this reality. Nevertheless, there were few empirical studies on the factors that influence the intention of SME CEOs to discontinue business. In this study, the perception of the business environment of SMEs (intensity of competition in key business areas, difficulty in manpower management), corporate competency (employee competency, company product or service competitiveness, supply chain and consumer relations, digital competency and technical expertise), and CEO's competency(trust between employees and the CEO, management competency and perceived health status of CEO) on CEO's intention to discontinue business was discussed. As a result of the study, the intensity of competition in the main business field, and the difficulty in manpower management had a positive (+) effect on the intention to discontinue the business, and the employee competency, product (service) competitiveness, digital competency of the company, and the CEO's Health status had a negative (-) effect on intention to discontinue business. The relationship between these influences was found in the order of CEO's health status, product competitiveness, employee competency, digital competency, competitive strength in the main business, and difficulty in manpower management. It was analyzed that supply chain and consumer relations, trust between employees and the CEO, and management capabilities did not significantly affect the intention to discontinue business. On the other hand, business confidence has a mediating effect between the intensity of competition in the main business field, the difficulty in manpower management, product or service competitiveness, digital competency, trust between employees and the CEO, and the management capability and intention to discontinue business was tested. This study had academic significance in that it empirically analyzed factors related to intention to discontinue business targeting small and medium-sized business CEOs. In practice, as it has been found that business environment awareness, corporate competency, managerial competency, and business confidence are factors that influence the intention to discontinue business, if an action ideas that can reinforce this part can be found, SMEs can achieve sustainable growth or it may help CEO find an meaningful exit.

Higher educational results might come from the rational method of curriculum operation. Therefore, every subject in the major course should be planned to response the specialty of students and the efficient method of education are still more needed in technical college, in which students have to get the specialty on the short period of education. Because each subject in the major course works as the close cause and result of educational goal to form the specialty of students, the achievement of educational results in each subject is an important studying part of the educators in technical college. This study is a case of the approaching method for the improvement of learning effect by the connection of subjects 'Space Design' and 'Computer Aided Design' in the Dept. of Industrial design. It is considered to achieve two subjects' educational goals by leading up the students' learning concentration from the comprehension and experience about the co-relationship of the two subjects. And it shows the results of this approaching method such as students could get the design technology of the two subjects, and they could have self-confidence to the managing of the design process and planning of the design works as well.

The purpose of this study was to develop an inquiry-based professional development program for in-service secondary science teachers and to investigate it's application. The inquiry-based professional development program was reconstructed based on SSCS problem-solving model, which is composed of 4 stages of search, solve, create, and share. The 28 science teachers' understanding of the SSCS program were investigated as implementing the program. As a result of this study, 8 SSCS modules have developed as the science teachers have searched, solved, created, and shared various situated problems. The science teachers found themselves to have positive perception of SSCS program. The SSCS program was effective in changing the learners' teaching/learning attitude and to develop individual scientific thinking. To make the SSCS problem solving successful and more effective, both science teachers' professionalism and pedagogical knowledge for selecting topic as the levels of learner should be considered.

This research sought to study viewers' perception of migrant women who wed Korean men following these women's level of specialty as shown on multi-cultural TV program by focusing on university students. Post test control group design method was utilized to conduct analysis, which demonstrates that there was a significant difference between the viewers on the professional migrant women and on the non-professional migrant women when it comes to the categories such as, 'Migrant women have specialized skills', 'migrant women have outstanding communication skills' and 'migrant women are independent minded.' Because of the existence (or non-existence) of professional careers as shown on TV program can affect viewers' perception of migrant women, it is necessary to develop measures such as development of expert group's advising system and to guarantee migrant women's diversity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how pre-service teachers perceive mathematics problems by making good mathematics problems at the elementary school level and applying them to elementary school students. In this study, 86 pre-service teachers enrolled in the second and third grades of A University of Education presented good mathematics problems they thought of. In addition, these pre-service teachers predicted the solution strategies of elementary school students for the proposed mathematics problem and described the teacher's expertise while observing the problem-solving process of elementary school students. As a result of the study, pre-service teachers preferred mathematical problems needed for using mathematical concepts or algorithms, motivation, and open-ended problems as good mathematics problems, and thought that students' in-depth observation and analysis experiences could help improve teachers' problem-solving expertise. In order to enhance teachers' expertise in solving mathematics problems, the researcher proposed for pre-service teachers to observe students' mathematics problem-solving processes, to experience in developing high-quality mathematics problems, and also to distribute high-quality mathematics problems linked to textbook problems.

농사기술은 어느 한 가지 기술로 성공농사를 좌우하지 않는다. 종합예술처럼 종합기술로 이루어진다. 우리나라에는 농업전문가는 수도 없이 많다. 이 전문가들은 어느 한 분야에서 상당히 조예가 있고 정확한, 말 그대로 전문가이다. 하지만 이 분들은 논리 분야는 잘 모르는 것(?)같고 잘 모르는 것처럼 하는 것이 기본 예의이기도 하다. 즉 수직적 기능의 전문가인 반면에 수평적 기능은 약하다. 이에 비해 본인은 40년의 실전경험을 통해 전문성은 다소 떨어져도 수평적 기능에는 강하다. 그러나 농업현장에서 체득한 기술적인 경험을 전문가에 알리면 보편적으로 잘 안 받아드리는 배타적인 것이 우리의 현실이다. 그래서 의외로 수평적 기능을 가진 사람이 드물다. 어느 한 분야에서 전문가가 아닌 본인은 앞으로의 설명내용 중에 오류도 있을 테곡 논란의 여지도 있을 것이다. 하지만 '꿩 잡는 것'이 매이다. 본인은 농사실전에 막강하다. 앞으로 농사 실전에 진수, 유씨엠티농법으로 무장하고 최상의 농사를 시작하자!
