With the help of researches regarding these constructs, a research model was set up and the contents were analyzed through SEM analysis in order to grasp the influence of these constructs on each other. Through data collected from middle school students in Gyeongnam, the analysis result shows as follows. First, the subject interest has a positive influence on learning flow. Second, the subject interest has a positive influence on self-efficacy as well as self regulated learning. Third, learning flow has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Fourth, self regulated learning has a positive influence on self-efficacy. Fifth, self-regulated learning has a positive influence on learning flow. As is shown in the analysis, in case of English education, subject specific interest brings forth learning flow and enhances self-efficacy as well as self-regulated learning thus, leading to academic achievements.

To achieve this goal, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equating modeling were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The main findings were as follows. First, self-management had a positive effect on the physical self-efficacy. Second, physical self-efficacy had a positive effect on resilience. Third, self-management had a positive effect on resilience. Fourth, physical self-efficacy mediated the relationship between self-management and resilience. Therefore, various methods for increasing the level of self-management and physical self-efficacy for middle age golf participants should be found in multiple perspectives.

The subjects were nursing students attending 3rd and 4th grade in two nursing colleges in Gwangju and Chonnam area. The 208 data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 for windows. Personality traits, social support, and career decision self-efficacy were positively correlated with career preparedness behaviors. Conscientiousness and career decision self-efficacy were reported to have a statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. Extraversion and social support were reported to have no statistically significant effect on career preparation behavior. These findings suggest that in order to promote career preparation behavior of nursing college students, the strategies to improve conscientiousness and career decision self-efficacy should be provided in nursing education field.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of academic stress, self-efficacy and problem solving ability on subjective happiness of nursing college students. Participants in this study were 348 nursing students from 2 universities in B city. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 program with real number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The mean score for subjective happiness was 41.91±9.53(range: 9 to 63). Subjective happiness negatively correlated with academic stress(r=-.523, p<.001) and positively correlated with self-efficacy(r=.515, p<.001), problem solving ability(r=.466, p<.001). Significant predictors of subjective happiness included academic stress((β=-.351, p<.001), self-esteem(β=.255, p<.001), and problem solving ability(β=.132, p=.049), and the explanation power was 37.2%. Therefore, we need various program development that can enhance self-efficacy, problem solving ability, and academic stress management in order to improve nursing students' subjective happiness.

Data were collected from 270 female nursing students in B city, from May 23, 2016 to May 27 and then analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0. The degree of self-efficacy among female nursing students was $3.21{\pm}0.38$. There were significant differences in self-efficacy with respect to academic status(F=5.13, p=.006), relationship with father(F=4.74, p=.001), academic grade(F=5.22, p=.006), and gender satisfaction (F=4.00, p=.004). There were positive correlations between self-efficacy and open communication(r=.30, p<.001), self-efficacy and positive emotional expressiveness(r=.37, p<.001), and self-efficacy and gender identity(r=.26, p<.001), while there were negative correlations between self-efficacy and close communication(r=-22, p<.001), and self-efficacy and negative emotional expressiveness(r=-.26, p<.001). Regression analysis showed 18.2% variance in female nursing student's self-efficacy in response to positive emotional expressiveness, negative emotional expressiveness, and gender identity. Overall, the results of this study indicate that it is necessary to identify various factors affecting and increasing self-efficacy of female nursing college students.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify a causal relationship among commitment to change, needs of technology education innovation, communication and self-efficacy of technology teachers. A total of 300 copies of questionnaires were used for data analysis except for 117 copies like the one where insincerely responds to any question was found. To ensure the reliability and validity of questions, I performed technical statistics like average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via PASW 18.0, item-total correlation and the totality, and reliability analysis. I undertook a confirmatory factor analysis via AMOS 7.0 to ensure the validity of items together with a structural analysis to perform a path analysis among variables and assess the suitability of model. The major finding of this study were as follows: First, because fit index of hypothetical model generally met standards in this study, a hypothetical model was judged appropriately. Second, needs of technology education innovation had a positive effect on communication and commitment to change of technology teachers. And, communication among technology teachers had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that communication among technology teachers is important to activation of technology education. Third, self-efficacy had a positive effect on commitment to change of technology teachers. This result means that it needs to raise self-efficacy level through teacher education.

  • This study examined whether career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience, and career maturity in university students affects the job seeking stress. In particular, this study focused on whether career maturity has a mediating effect among career decision-making self-efficacy, self-resilience and job seeking stress. University students have approximately three points in career maturity - the mid-point of a five-point scale, and career decision-making self-efficacy was proved as a variable affecting the career maturity. In addition, self-resilience has no significant effect on career maturity, and a study of the relationship between the career decision-making self-efficacy and job seeking stress revealed a low correlation. In career decision-making self-efficacy affecting job seeking stress, the career decision-making self-efficacy itself has an effect on the job seeking stress but job seeking stress can improve the career maturity. This study, which is related to career maturity, is different from previous studies dealing with only a single dimension for the direct influence.
