임팩트투자는 재무적인 수익과 더불어 사회에 긍정적인 영향을 만들고자 하는 의도를 가진 기업, 조직, 펀드를 대상으로 하는 투자 방식으로서 사회적 문제를 해결하기 위해 혁신적인 기술과 아이디어를 기잔 소셜벤처 기업에 재무적 지원을 위한 초기단계 투자로서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 임팩트투자자는 재무적 수익과 사회적 가치추구라는 이중적인 판단 요인 때문에 사회적가치지표(SVI: Social Value Index)를 투자판단에 참고로 활용하고 있으나 투자를 결심하는 판단요인에 있어서는 여전히 개인의 경험과 주관적인 판단에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통하여 임팩트투자자가 복합적으로 고려하는 투자판단 요인들에 대한 타당도와 상대적 가중치를 객관화 하고, 재무적 수익과 사회적 가치의 이중적이 가치판단 중에서 어느 쪽을 더 주요하게 고민하는 지에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 판단분석기법을 활용하였으며 '임팩트투자자의 소셜벤처 투자결정에 대한 종합적인 평가'를 판단문제로 정의하고, 임팩트투자자의 투자의사결정 요인을 도출하기 위하여 투자자로서 재무적 이익과 회수 가능성 판단을 위한 ①초기투자단계에서의 투자의사결정 요인, 사회에 미치는 영향과 파급력, 소셜벤처의 상생과 연대를 위한 ②창업가(팀)의 정치적 기술, 임팩트투자펀드 조성 목적에 부합하는 ③소셜벤처기업의 소셜미션 등 세가지의 분류로 구성하여 연구를 진행하였다.

아웃소싱 시장의 지속적인 성장에도 불구하고 국내 아웃소싱 시장은 대규모의 계약이 이루어 지지 않고 있다. 아웃소싱의 위험요인이 아웃소싱의 활성화에 장애요인이 될 수 있다. 정보시스템 아웃소싱의 위험요인에 대한 연구는 아웃소싱 수준 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 요소를 중심으로 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 즉, 전략적 효과, 경제적 효과, 기술적 효과와 같은 이익에 대한 연구가 주류를 이루고 있다. 그러나 아웃소싱 위험요인에 대한 연구는 사례가 거의 없고, 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증적인 연구는 진행되지 않고 있다. 또한 아웃소싱 위험요소의 경우 대체로 발주자 입장에서 연구를 수행하고 있어, 실제 수주하고 있는 수주자의 입장에서 위험요소를 분석한 연구는 없는 상황이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구에서 제시된 아웃소싱 위험요소와 국내 정보기술 아웃소싱 상황에 맞는 위험요소를 도출하고, 이들 위험요소가 유발되는 정도가 정보기술 아웃소싱 성과와 어떠한 관계를 가지는지에 대해 실증적으로 연구를 수행하였다.

Electronic displays have developed as instruments that function as windows of information to satisfy the bidirectional needs of electronic device manufacturers and users. The cathode-ray tube (CRT) display once dominated the display industry. Now, the liquid crystal display (LCD) is dominant, and promising displays are competing to become the next-generation display. Displays reflect the characteristics of the information and communication technology (ICT) industries, such as technological changes, innovative features, and competitive dynamics, and have technologically evolved to dominate the industry and market through various ICT devices. This research utilizes a dominant design concept and examines the case of the flat-panel display industry to propose a comprehensive framework, which considers technological, organizational, and environmental characteristics, of the determinants influencing dominance in the technology-intensive ICT industry. The results show that a dominant design in the flat-panel display industry emerges from technological competition among several designs, based on technological characteristics and market acceptance, and dominates the industry and market by various environmental factors. Our results emphasize the difference between generic technologies and the speed of technological innovation and expand the understanding of the emergence of a dominant design. Furthermore, this paper suggests practical implications for establishing a competition strategy and strategic guidance for other ICT industries as well as the display industry.

This study is an empirical analysis that makes a survey on the evaluation of innovation cluster. For this purpose, we explore a case of innovation cluster, the Pangyo Techno Valley. This survey applies a research frame and evaluation contents that the innovation performance which is the institutional, physical, and social configurations of innovation clusters. In particular, this empirical analysis identifies the configuration factors which are the rational influence factors of individual subjects, in order to foster innovation clusters from the case study of the Pangyo Techno Valley. We can suggest that innovation policy from the results of innovation performance by applied configuration factors for evaluation of innovation cluster in order to enhance and facilitate for innovation cluster. Also, this study can provide lessons for regional policy implementation and new cluster policy agenda in Korea.

본 연구는 산업조직이론과 자원기반관점을 통합하여 사업 다각화에 대한 산업환경요인과 기술역량의 결정요인들로 구성한 통합모형을 설계하고, 제안한 모형을 스마트공장 ICT융합기술(애플리케이션 및 플랫폼 분야) 특허 출원기업 272개사의 6개년(2010년~2015년) 특허 및 재무데이터를 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고정효과 패널모형을 분석한 결과, 기업의 사업다각화 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 가운데 기술경쟁력은 사업다각화 수준을 높이는 긍정적 효과가 검증되었다. 추가적으로 2단계 최소자승 고정모형을 분석한 결과, 출원특허수 보다 특허의 기술융합수준이 기술경쟁력을 증대시키는 유의미한 긍정적 효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 기업의 ICT융합기술자원 및 역량을 바탕으로 한 사업 다각화 전략기획방향과 정부 R&D 정책과 관련하여 융합기술자원의 사업화 지원방안에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

최근 새로운 정보기술 패러다임인 유비쿼터스가 등장함에 따라 그에 관련된 다양한 서비스들이 도입되어 확산되고 있다. 그러나 이 경우 제품이나 서비스가 아무리 혁신적이고 훌륭하다 하더라도 고객이 실용적이지 못하다고 인지하거나 만족하지 못하면 그 제품이나 서비스는 시장에서 더 이상 확산되지 못할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 서비스의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인과 결과요인에 대한 실증적 연구를 통해 기업이 향후 유비쿼터스 서비스를 개발하고 이용자를 확대하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 문헌을 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 서비스 만족도의 선행요인과 결과요인 모델을 제시하고 실증하였다. 그 결과 편재성, 상황기반 제공성, 친화성과 같은 유비쿼터스 특성요인은 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 지각된 유용성을 높이고, 이 지각된 유용성은 유비쿼터스 서비스에 대한 만족도을 높이고 만족도는 재이용의도와 추천의도에 유의한 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증결과를 바탕으로 유비쿼터스 서비스 활성화를 위한 마케팅적 시사점을 토의하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 마지막에 제시하였다.

임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

The main objective of this study is to identify and analyze the factors affecting technology innovation of the innovative IT SMEs. A research model is established based on the previous studies on the technology innovation of SMEs. The model consists of independent variables (Adhocracy culture, R&D capability, IT capability, Leadership, and Appraisal & Reward), an intermediate variable (Knowledge management), and dependent variables (product/service innovation and process innovation). Major research results can be summarized as follows: IT SMEs pursuing technology innovation should: (1) pay attention to innovation oriented culture, IT capability, and evaluation & compensation systems of the company; (2) recognize that knowledge management is an essential activity performed by the company; (3) strengthen the R&D capabilities of the company by not only exerting internal efforts but establishing cooperative network with various parties; and (4) resolve the decoupling problem of the evaluation & compensation system.

This study presents a statistic method to estimate the salient time of critical success factors for successful business. Generally, the importance of the facts is flexible along with changes of business circumstance. Also, the change of business circumstance is affected by time. Thus, the importance of facts is change through the time. This study, based on Roger's diffusion of innovations theory suggests a precise estimating method to cognitional timeliness of the critical success factors in technology-based Industry.

많은 중소기업들은 정보시스템 적용과 운용에 있어서 정보기술의 전략적, 운영적 차원의 사용보다는 당면한 기업조직의 현문제와 기존의 시스템의 적절한 유지와 보수문제를 어떻게 해야 하는가 하는 문제에 더욱 집중되어 있다. 그러나 정보기술은 기업의 전략적 무기로 인식하여 경쟁우위를 점할 수 있는 가장 큰 수단으로 인식되어 져야 한다. 본 연구는 대기업중심의 아웃소싱관련 선행연구를 통해 우리나라 중소기업의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 상황에 맞는 모형연구가 필요하다는 것을 알게 되었다. 선행연구에서는 파트너십에 대한 문제와 기술적, 통제적, 경제적에 대한 성공요인에 대한 검토되었는데 한편 우리나라 중소기업 상황에서는 자금 회사규모 문제 40.3%, 시스템 운영인력 부족 24.1%, 임직원 활용능력 부족 8.9% 등이 문제로 나타났다 이처럼 대기업과 위험요인과 중소기업의 요인을 비교하였다 그리고 지금까지 나타난 대기업 아웃소싱 문제점과 함께 지난 2년간 정부주도하의 중소기업 정보화 지원사업을 연구하여 중소기업 정보화 아웃소싱 성공요인들을 도출하여 성공적인 중소기업 정보시스템 아웃소싱 모형 만들 수가 있을 것이다.
