Entrepreneurship has been received enormous attention all around the world in terms of economic prosperity of local society and a nation. This paper explores the critical factors which influence entrepreneurship, particularly how role models affects social competence and entrepreneurship of Korean and Chinese university students. Total 440 students participated in the study; Korea(n=224) and China(n=216). Verifying mediating effect of social competence was another aim of this study. Four hypotheses were suggested to assess the extent to which they prove the students' perceptions with hierarchical multiple regression analysis(PASW Statistic 18). Our findings showed that role models have positive relationships with social competence as well as entrepreneurship. Social competence influences entrepreneurship significantly, too. Social competence has also a partial mediating effect in relationship between role models and entrepreneurship. We presented both theoretical contribution and practical implication for school authorities and policy makers as to the effective pedagogy for promoting entrepreneurship of university students.

본 연구에서는 기업 내 기업가정신(Corporate Entrepreneurship)의 주요 변수에 대한 탐색적 연구를 통해 기업의 최종 변수인 성과(Performance)에 대한 영향 요인을 고찰하고자 한다. 지금까지 국내에서는 개인 수준의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이뤄지고 있지만, 조직 수준의 기업가정신(Entrepreneurship)에 대한 소개는 부족한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업 내부에서 발생하는 기업가정신에 대한 구조적인 이해와 더불어 최종적인 종속변수인 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소인 기업가지향성(Entrepreneurial Orientation)과 학습지향성(Learning Orientation)에 대한 실증적 연구에 앞서 기본적인 개념을 살펴보고자 한다.

This study focused on the study of the moderating effects of absorptive capacity(AC) of venture firms on the technological innovation performance(TIP). For this purpose, this study analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurship(ENT), innovation competence(INC), external cooperation(EXO) and AC affecting the performance of technological innovation activities in venture companies in the area of Busan. As a result of analysis, the AC showed a role of moderating processes, in which ENT have affected the INC, and ENT, INC, and EXO have affected the TIP. Secondly, several relationships which have positively influenced or mediated, have been presented. ENT has positively influenced INC, EXO, & TIC. INC have done so EXC & TIP. EXC have done so TIP. Each of INC and EXC has been positively mediating the relationship between ENT & TIP.

As the complexity of social problems and interdependency increased significantly, research on social entrepreneurship(SEship) increased rapidly. In this study, systematic approaches(bibliometrics analysis, citation network analysis, and keyword network analysis) were performed to identify research trends in business administration. To this end, keywords of 883 SEship papers published in prominent journals in the SCOPUS database were collected to investigate the existing research flow. The results of this study can be helpful for grasping the perspective of scholars in the business administration on SEship research and determining research topics through understanding related concepts.

Previous researches on technological innovation of SMEs have several limitations such as lack of study for industrial cluster system and entrepreneurship in SMEs, and ignoring role of RandD capability. So, this study suggested empirically a new model to SMEs. Major results are as follows. Firstly, system of industry and production had a significant and positive effect on entrepreneurship. Secondly, entrepreneurship had a significant and positive effect on technological innovation. Thirdly, system of science and technology had positive and significant effects on RandD capability and technological innovation. Fourthly, RandD capability had a positive and significant effect on technological innovation. Fifthly, business support system was not significantly related to entrepreneurship, RandD capability and technological innovation. Research results revealed that industrial cluster system(system of industry and production, system of science and technology), entrepreneurship and RandD capability were important for improvement of technological innovation performance in SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive insights on the current research trends in entrepreneurship based on topic modeling and keyword co-occurrence analysis. This study queried Web of Science database with 'entrepreneurship' and collected 14,953 research articles between 2002 and 2021. The study used R program for topic modeling and VOSviewer program for keyword co-occurrence analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of keyword co-occurrence analysis, 5 clusters divided: entrepreneurship and innovation cluster, entrepreneurship education cluster, social entrepreneurship and sustainability cluster, enterprise performance cluster, and knowledge and technology transfer cluster. Second, as a result of the topic modeling analysis, 12 topics found: start-up environment and economic development, international entrepreneurship, venture capital, government policy and support, social entrepreneurship, management-related issues, regional city planning and development, entrepreneurship research, and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, the study identified two hot topics(venture capital and entrepreneurship intention) and a cold topic(international entrepreneurship). The results of this study are useful to understand current research trends in entrepreneurship research and provide insights into research of entrepreneurship.

In order to analyze how the entrepreneurship affects the commercialization performance in relation to R&D input factors, technological innovation and technology in the course of technology commercialization process. Korean manufacturing venture companies has been surveyed. The structural equation model showed technology commercialization mechanism driven by entrepreneurship. Innovativeness is one of the most important factors in the success of venture firms. Technology commercialization was dependent on innovation rather than the input of research and development resources. Technological innovation shows mediating effects in the influence of entrepreneurship on commercialization performance, but technology capability has relatively small effect. Commercialization process of new product development and product improvement was different. The government needs to actively support R&D strategies and commercialization infrastructure in order to promote innovation, assist R&D workforce and enhance product commercialization in venture companies.

본 연구에서는 중소기업진흥공단이 보증한 P-CBO pool에 편입된 중소기업들의 재무적 특성을 기준으로 중소기업의 재무적 특성과 기업가정신의 관련성을 분석하였다. 중소기업진흥공단의 혁신성 위주의 선정기준과 투기등급 업체의 위험감수성에 기반하여 중소기업진흥공단 P-CBO 편입 중소기업의 경우 재무적 특성과 기업가정신 관련성이 클 것으로 해석하였다. 또한 설문을 통한 기업가정신과 재무적 성과에 관한 기존연구를 바탕으로 P-CBO 편입 중소기업의 재무적 특성이 일반 중소기업의 재무적 특성과 차별적일 것이라고 예상하였다. 주요 재무적 변수를 중심으로 2000년~2005년까지 보증된 중소기업진흥공단 P-CBO 편입업체와 유사한 신용평가등급(투기등급) 수준을 보이는 일반중소기업의 재무적 특성을 비교하였다. 연구 결과 P-CBO 편입 중소기업과 일반중소기업간에는 재무적 특성을 기준으로 한 유의적인 차이를 발견하지 못했다. 다만 P-CBO 편입 일반중소기업의 설립 후 경과연수는 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 향후에는 설문 위주의 기업가정신과 재무적 성과에 대한 연구와 더불어 설문 결과 및 재무적 특성을 실증적으로 상호 비교하고 나아가 이를 바탕으로 한 시계열적인 연구가 필요하다.

1844년 Rochdale Pioneers는 소비자 협동조합을 만들고 그 첫 번째 상점을 열었다. 이 소비조합을 통해 지역 주민에게 양질의 식품을 저렴한 가격에 제공했다. 이러한 유럽의 전통적이고 좌파성향의 경제적 분배이념이 발전하여 유럽의 사회적 기업의 발판이 되었다. 뿐 만 아니라 1991년 이탈리아에서는 주주나 소유주의 이익 산출보다는 공동체 또는 구성원을 위하는 사회적 경제 개념의 협동조합이 시작되었다. 1980년 아쇼카 재단의 설립자 빌 드레이튼은 슘페트에 의해 처음 소개된 '기업가정신'을 한 단계 높은 차원으로 끌어올렸다. 그는 기업가 정신을 사회적 혁신에도 적용하여 사회의 난제에 대해서도 창조적 파괴를 시도하자는 뜻에서 사회적'과 '기업가'를 합성하여 사회적 기업가 정신이라고 사용했다. 이러한 사회적 기업의 발전 과정에서 보면 유럽과 미국의 인식의 차이를 우리는 느낄 수 있다. 유럽의 경우는 좌파적 성향이 담겨져 있다. 유럽의 사회적 기업은 협동조합에서 알 수 있듯이 공평한 분배 개념에의 접근이다. 그에 비해서 미국의 경우는 우파적 성향이 강하다. 미국은 기업가 정신이 투철한 기업가가 많은 부를 축척하고 이렇게 축척된 부의 분배 과정에서 사회적 가치가 강조된다. 이러한 사회적 기업을 가능하게 하는 요인 중 하나가 사회적 자본으로 불리는 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 25개의 사회적 기업 실증을 통하여 생존을 위한 전략적 차원에서 네트워크의 다양성과 강도가 사회적 기업의 기업생존과 고용성장, 매출성장 나아가 권한위임에 정의 관계가 있음을 검증하였다.

세계적인 석학 피터 드러커는 우리나라를 기업가정신이 가장 왕성한 나라라고 칭찬한 바 있다. 하지만 국민소득 2만달러의 목전에서 겪은 외환위기, 내수침체, 청년실업난 등으로 10여 년 간 제자리걸음하고 있는 지금, 그 말이 참 무색하게 다가온다. 이 악순환의 고리를 끊기 위해 우리 경제 활성화의 견인차로 다시 벤처가 나섰다. 지금이야말로 우리 벤처인들이 위험을 무릅쓰고 포착한 기회를 사업화하려는 모험과 도전의 기업가정신으로 재무장하여야 할 때이다. 기업가정신은 돈을 벌기 위한 정신이 아니다. 주위 사람과 공동체를 중시 여겨 자기희생을 감수하는 결단이고, 상상하기 어려운 힘든 역경 속에서도 좌절하지 않고 죽을 힘을 다하는 도전이며, 탄탄대로를 거부하고 비바람 부는 날 풀이 무성한 인적 드문 길을 선택하는 모험이다. ‘자본이 없어서, 기술이 없어서, 인재가 없어서’일을 못하겠다고 조건을 탓하거나 주저하지 말자. “신에게는 아직 12척의 배가 있사옵니다”라며 백의종군하여 병사도, 배도, 무기도, 군량미도 없이 홀몸으로 대함대와 맞서 찬란한 승리를 거둔 이순신 장군을 되새겨보라. 우리 벤처인에겐 아직 혁신과 도전과 모험정신이라는 기업가정신이 있지 않은가. 하늘에 온통 구름이 끼여있고 천둥번개가 내리쳐도 여전히 구름 뒤에는 밝은 태양이 빛나고 있다. 우리 벤처인이 기업가정신을 놓지않고 이상을 위해 도전한다면, 곧 구름 뒤 태양은 모습을 드러내고, 그대 벤처인을 향해 찬란히 빛날 것이다. 벤처인이여! 벤처 재도약의 동력이 될 기업가정신으로 재무장하고, 두 발로 땅을 박차고 일어나 구름 위 이상을 향해 힘차게 도약하자.
