A Study on Social Impacts of Archives through Outcome-based Evaluation (성과평가에 기반 한 기록관의 사회적 영향 분석 연구)

  • Archives identify and preserve records created by society. By making them available to people, archives can be a means of support to the community. The purpose of this study is to develop a model to measure the social impact of archives. Reviewing findings from previous research on the social impact of archives, this study's model is based on the logic model, an outcome-based evaluation model, given that impact is not only followed by outcomes but can be the outcome itself. The scope of social impact is limited to community empowerment in terms of the applicability of the suggested model. The model, which includes short-, medium-, and long-term outcomes, could be used to measure changes in the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of archive users, and the social engagement of the people who experienced those changes in the community. The proposed model could include final outcomes that indicate the increase of community empowerment according to the civil society engagement. It is expected that the model is validated through applying quantitative and qualitative methodologies to measure the social impact of archives.

A Study on Performance Measurement of Generational Diversity Company using Balanced Scorecard (BSC): The case of Japanese Companies (균형성과평가(BSC)모델을 활용한 청년·고령자 고용상생기업의 경영성과측정 -일본의 사례분석을 중심으로-)

  • This study aims at analyzing the management strategy and performance of companies that have been pursuing Generational Diversity. The management strategies were examined in terms of production, organizational structure and skill development. Performance was then evaluated using Balanced Scorecard (BSC). We selected four Japanese companies that practice Generational Diversity between the younger(age less then 34) and older generation(age older then 65). Our findings suggest the following. The common management strategies of the four companies include 1) creating generation-diverse teams 2) ensuring flexible work arrangements and 3) providing skill training programs. These strategies have yield positive outcomes such as sales increase, cost reduction (financial perspective) and expansion of the market share (customer perspective). Non-financial performance includes improvement of product and service quality (internal business perspective) and skill improvement of both the young and the old workers (learning and growth perspective). This study provides practical implications to domestic companies for their successful management of generational diversity in workplace.

  • 식생전이에 따른 기간분리는 해외 및 국내 논문에서 식생영향을 받지 않는 곡선식과의 차이를 검토하고, 측정성과별 분류를 통해 곡선식을 개발하는 방법이 제시하고 있으나 적용기간 설정에 대한 구체적인 방법이 없다. 또한 상하류 비교를 통해 기간분리의 적정성을 검토할 수 있다고 명시되어 있으나 비교 관측소가 없는 경우 검토에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구는 2017년 수위-유량관계곡선식의 적용시간 결정에서 현장 식생모니터링 자료와 함께 연간 수온변화를 참고 자료로 활용하였다. 연간 수온자료를 산정하기 위해 측정된 수온과 해당 기온에 대한 상관관계식을 개발하였다. 또한 산포가 발생하는 측정성과는 생성된 연간 수온자료를 참고하여 전이여부를 판단하였다. 2018년은 2017년의 계절별 수온변화 자료 및 수집된 주요 수중식생의 생활사를 참고하여 연간 측정계획에 활용하였으며, 수위-유량관계곡선식 개발 시 동일한 방법을 사용하였다. 2017년은 가뭄으로 인해 수중식생에 의한 전이가 활발했던 기간으로 측정성과에 대해 식생영향 최고 기간과 최대 기간의 동일수위에 대해서 유량을 비교한 결과 $0.003m^3/s{\sim}1.099m^3/s$의 범위를 보였다. 유출량 비교의 경우 기간분리를 적용하지 않았을 경우 약 40.1% 과대 산정되었다. 2018년은 잦은 강우로 인해 수중식생의 이탈 및 전이 영향수위의 발생빈도가 비교적 적어 동 수위 유량을 비교한 결과 $0.19m^3/s{\sim}0.49m^3/s$의 범위를 보였다. 연 유출량을 비교한 결과, 기간분리를 고려하지 않은 경우가 약 39.6%로 과소 산정되었다. 따라서 본 연구사례를 통해 식생에 의한 기간분리가 발생하는 지점에 대해서 비교적 합리적인 측정주기 계획을 위한 확립 근거와 기간분리 적용기간에 대한 합리적인 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 현대사회에서 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 사회전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 변화 속에서 국민에게 보다 편리하고 효율적인 행정서비스를 제공하려는 정부의 노력도 끊임없이 진행되고 있다. 전자정부 11대 중점과제의 하나인 "4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템 구축" 사업은 2002년부터 운영 중에 있으나, 정보연계사업 고유의 성과를 평가하는 체계가 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 평가체제의 미비는 사업목표의 객관적인 달성정도를 파악할 수 없을뿐 아니라 향후 달성목표치 설정을 위한 기준선정이 불가능하며, 나아가 대국민 서비스의 질적 향상을 극대화 하는데 필요한 객관적인 자료의 부재로 이어진다. 본 연구는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템이 구축목표에 부합되게 운영되고 있는지를 평가하는 지표가 필요하며, 그 필요성에 따라 IT조직 및 기술에 관한 성과평가기법인 IT-BSC 성과평가모델을 활용하여 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 특성에 최적화된 성과평가모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 성과평가모델는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 성과평가지표로 활용됨으로써 향후 운영방향설정 및 목표달성도 측정의 주요한 정보로 활용될 것이다.

  • The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.

  • Due to the recent surge in natural disasters, with rising social concerns, investment on research & development (R&D) project in natural disaster mitigation area is continuously increasing. However, current R&D performance management system of natural disaster mitigation area does not properly reflect characteristics and social ripple effects of R&D projects. It is indicated that mainly due to the current performance index consists of easy-quantification factors and the performance evaluation system adopts simple aggregation method. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop new performance evaluation system considering characteristics and social ripple effects of natural disaster mitigation R&D projects. To this ends, this study derived 3-dimensional performance measurement index through literature review and natural disaster mitigation R&D projects analysis. Finally, based on the derived performance measurement index, this study suggested new and effective performance evaluation system for natural disaster mitigation R&D projects.

  • Today, SCM is used as a important tool of management innovation for enterprise's survival and development. BSC forces managers to focus on balanced measures of business performance that are most critical. The purpose of this study is to find out the determinants of SCM adoption through the analysis which examine the relationship among the key success factors, and business performance using the BSC perspective. This study also gives the suggestion for the effective SCM implementation in the korean companies. This study has been conducted using the data collected from 107 companies implementing SCM. By analyses of the questionnaires, empirical results shows that the implementation of SCM has positive effect on organizational performance with 4 perspectives of BSC. The contribution of this study is that it provides a conceptual framework and empirical evidence of the causal relationship between key success factors, and business performance with 4 perspectives of BSC concept. This study showed that more consideration are essential to obtain balanced business performance for companies with SCM adoption plan.

  • Recently technology commercialization has been the focus of technology Promotion Policy in Korea. This paper tries to develop a composite indicator for measuring trends and prospects of national technology commercialization through integrating large amount of information into easily understood formats. The indicator is composed of five sector indicators including activity, cooperation or networking, performance, environment, and psychology indicators, each of which aggregates five individual variables. The statistical method of standardizing and weighting variables in the aggregation process are also mentioned. This indicator is expected to be a useful monitoring and policy tool for the Korean technology market.

연구개발팀의 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 갈등과 변혁적 리더십의 역할

  • 최근 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 주목을 받고 있으나 팀 다양성이 팀 창의성으로 발현되는 과정과 팀 다양성의 조건 하에서 팀 창의성이 촉진되는 조건에 대한 연구는 제한적으로 이뤄졌다. 국내 24개의 연구개발팀을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 팀 다양성, 특히 정보다양성이 팀 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것을 증명하였다. 또한, 팀 구성원간 갈등은 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 유의한 매개효과를 발휘하지 못하는 것을 확인하였다. 변혁적 리더십은 정보다양성과 직무 갈등 사이에서 부(-)의 조절효과를 보였다. 예컨대, 변혁적 리더십이 강하면 정보다양성이 높은 팀일수록 직무 갈등이 낮게 나타났다. 저자는 팀 다양성과 창의성 사이에서 갈등의 조절효과를 증명하기 위해서는 특히 동양권 국가에서 보다 면밀한 측정 방법이 요구되며 팀 다양성이 주는 가치(value in diversity)를 높일 수 있는 잠재적 매개변수의 탐색이 필요하다고 제안하였다.

  • To verify confidence of the measurement such as Firm performance of Entertainment system, Cronbach's alpha coefficient were measured and showed 0.7 or higher alpha values. Feasibility of the measurement is also ensured by exploratory factor analysis. This thesis are formulated and analyzed as two little hypotheses to make certain that systematization of entertainment company influences on the performance. As a result, the two hypotheses are significant influential factors on the performance of entertainment company. The result are somewhat predicted because it was constructed by theories and preceding research which the researcher had already recognized. But this study was conducted to provide suggestions to establish a theory of entertainment industry by active follow-up studies for resolving will-less different results in this field due to a lack of the proceding research. And it is required to be established through the academic interchange among the similar studies.
