The purpose of this study is to investigate and to display circumstances about importance issues connected with various publication data and engineering ethic principle. It is an investigation study about circumstance and actual conditions of engineering ethics education that is spoken by engineering ethics or engineer ethics on present Japan. Engineering ethics principle, or engineer ethics education is continued until present appearing in the 1980s by formal course of study in the case of American university. But, in the case of Japan, along with appearance of JABEE (Japanese Accreditation Board for engineering education), engineering ethics education for engineer is proceeded very intensively. At present, the purpose of engineering ethics education is heard on important engineering literary category so much so that can emphasize very as basic attitude to prepare everybody if it is a person who is to be an engineer. The present condition and circumstance of Japanese engineering ethics education analysis may become good information in the beginning step on ethics principle education of engineering our country.

The research is to develop U-IT Technology Transfer Re-auction System Model for technology transfer enable transactions of buyer-oriented. The buyer sends condition technology parts and data informations to provider. The First step, The buyer sends condition technology parts and data informations to provider. The Second step, the buyer's technology and conditions in the First step will be transferred to the DB of a provider who can provide that technology. The Third step, a provider can bid after inputting the conditions. The Fourth step, the buyer decides the ranking of successful bids in condition-optimized auction process. The Fifth step, the buyer invites a provider to be a successful bidder. The last step, if there's no successful bid within the period, the sale considered failed. The buyer-oriented re-auction system is that the deal will become extinct automatically when its sale failed more than two times.

This paper introduces a novel method to quantify the morphological evolution of the strain response envelope. The strain response envelope is defined as an image in strain increment space corresponding to the unit stress input in stress space. Based on the shape of strain response envelopes, the deformation characteristics of soils can be described using the framework of elastic-plastic theory. Fourier descriptor analysis was used to investigate the morphological characteristics of strain response envelopes. The numerical results show that when the stress input remains in the initial yield surface the Fourier descriptors remain constant. Once the stress input crosses the initial yield surface, every descriptors deals in this study change. Numerical and experimental results of this study show that clear yielding response is only found in natural block samples. Among the Fourier descriptors, the descriptor called as asymmetry is the best for detecting the yield and is minimally sensitive to the number of input stress paths.

Recently, researches for methods of generating binary feature descriptors have been actively done. Since matching of binary feature descriptors uses Hamming distance which is based on bit operations, it is much more efficient than that of previous general feature descriptors which uses Euclidean distance based on real number operations. However, since increase in the number of features linearly drops matching speed, in applications such as object tracking where real-time applicability is a must, there has been an increasing demand for methods of further improving the matching speed of binary feature descriptors. In this regard, this paper proposes a method that improves the matching speed greatly while maintaining the matching accuracy by splitting high dimensional binary feature descriptors to several low dimensional ones and sequentially analyzing their partial Hamming distances. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed method, experiments of comparison with previous matching methods are conducted. In addition, this paper discusses schemes of generating binary feature descriptors for maximizing the performance of the proposed method. Based on the analysis on the performance of several generation schemes, we try to find out the most effective scheme.

본 고에서는 광대역 통신망에서 가입자를 광대역 기간통신망에 접속시키기 위해 새로운 구축 개념을 가지고 대두되고 있는 가입자 액세스망(broadband local access network)에 대하여 소개한다. 이를 위해 먼저 광대역통신망에서의 가입자 전송 기술, 망 구축 기술 및 서비스 구조 개념에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고, 여기에서 광대역 가입자 액세스망의 역할을 분석한다. 다음으로 CCITT에서 92년도 White 권고안으로 제정될 관련 권고안을 정리한다. 이를 토대로 가입자 액세스망의 기능적 요구사항과 설계시 고려되어야 할 사항을 살펴보고 국내에서 개발될 광대역 가입자 액세스망의 일반적인 설계목표와 요구사항 들을 살펴본다.
