The future outlook for defense faces various and challenging environments such as the acceleration of uncertainty in the global security landscape and limitations in domestic social and economic conditions. In response, the Ministry of National Defense seeks to address the problems and threats through defense innovation based on scientific and technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, drones, and robots. To introduce advanced AI-based technology, it is essential to integrate and utilize data on IT environments such as cloud and 5G. However, existing traditional security policies face difficulties in data sharing and utilization due to mainly system-oriented security policies and uniform security measures. This study proposes a paradigm shift to a data value-based security policy based on theoretical background on data valuation and life-cycle management. Through this, it is expected to facilitate the implementation of scientific and technological innovations for national defense based on data-based task activation and new technology introduction.

The battlefield environment of the Korean peninsula is rapidly changing due to the advancement of the weapon system brought by the political situation of adjacent countries and the 4th industrial revolution. The reduction of population also caused a sharp drop in the recruitment of military personnel, making it unavoidable to reform the military structure. This meaningful study is timely with recent news reports on the shortage of recruitment by 10,000 persons in the last five years. Universities are also seeing a decrease in the number of new students due to the reduced school-age population, and affiliated universities are responding to this issue with great seriousness. With a reduction in manpower, requirement-handling military units need to step up their efforts to secure competent noncommissioned officers while affiliated universities must also train capable noncommissioned officers. As a solution to the matter at hand, this study aims to suggest a method that may vitalize both the navy and the navy-affiliated universities based on the results of literature research.

The K-Beauty beauty industry is emerging as a future-oriented growth industry that creates high added value. Therefore, this study analyzed the trends of the K-Beauty beauty industry, the latest cosmetics industry trends, and previous studies and reports related to global competitiveness with the purpose of suggesting a direction to develop into a promising industry with future value needs and competitiveness of consumers. First, it is necessary to induce the demonstration of social and economic value as an export-beneficial industry by enabling division of roles between industries and governments by sector based on innovation and creativity. Second, it is expected to succeed only when beauty and IT are fused to form and expand an innovation network. Finally, if legal and institutional improvements are preceded to solve the task of creating new jobs and fostering professionals that meet the goals of industrial development, it will be possible to strategize the revitalization of the future-oriented K-Beauty beauty industry.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of firefighters' social capital on subjective happiness. This research was conducted from Jun 12 to Aug 25, 2017, and a descriptive analysis, t-test, hierarchical regression analysis was carried out based on the results of a survey with 351 firefighters in Gyeonggi-do to verify the research hypothesis. As a result, it was revealed that network(${\beta}=.315$, p<.001), trust(${\beta}=.293$, p<.01), cooperation(${\beta}=.225$, p<.01) and trust among other sub-variables of firefighters' social capital had significant effects on subjective happiness. Based on the results, this research suggested that various measures to strengthen social capital would be required in order to improve fire-fighters' happiness: efforts to increase trust within the organization, political support for vitalizing formal network as a communication channel among firefighters organizations, encouraging interest in the community and promoting informal network such as volunteer work, developing transparency in operating the organizational policy and system, etc.

The purpose essay, through overall theoretical studies and comparison analysis of a performing art situation, aims to search for the creation and direction of various performing arts and examined the prospect and activation plans for performing arts of the future. The summary of the main contents deducted from this research was as follows. First, branding through unique competitive contents was found only in Northern Gyeonggi-do. Secondly, excellent performing art human resource supply from the locality is an urgent priority. Thirdly, by propelling diversification of performing programs, the performing art consuming activation movement that induces people to participate in the performances was actively developed. Fourthly, the most important thing for the ultimate goal achievement of art policy is excellent human resource development through professional education in each field of art.

The legal dispute of electronic commerce and computer crimes are increasing because the electronic services like e-government and e-commerce are now widely used. Computer Forensics becomes the method for recovery, preservation, analysis and report regarding digital evidence essential to resolve the legal dispute and computer crime. In this paper, the developmental process of Computer Forensics is discussed. It is intended to elicit constructive discussion regarding the domestic Computer Forensics. And this discussion will be of help to establish the secure e-business and e-government services in the field of the research, legal system and technical skill of domestic Computer Forensics.

최근 통신산업의 최대 이슈인 새로운 성장동력원 발굴의 중심에는 통방융합 서비스가 있으며, 통방융합서비스 제공을 위한 인프라를 어떻게 구축할 것인가 하는 것이 전세계 통신사업자들이 안고 있는 숙제이다. 이에 KT에서 개발 중인 가입자당 양방향 100Mbps를 제공할 수 있는 저가형 WDM-PON 시스템을 소개하고, 아울러 FTTH 구축 활성화를 위해서 해결해야 할 문제점들에 대하여 기술적 측면과 제도적 측면에서 언급하였다.

금융과 IT의 융합을 의미하는 핀테크(Fintech) 열풍이 전세계적으로 뜨겁게 불고 있다. 핀테크를 통해 신기술들이 금융 산업 전반에 융합되면서 새로운 형태의 금융서비스가 등장하고 기존의 금융 시스템들이 가져왔던 문제점들을 개선하는데 기여할 것으로 보인다. 하지만 핀테크 산업 활성화를 위한 지속적 규제 완화와 이용자 편의성을 위한 각종 절차의 간소화 그리고 채널 서비스 기술간의 융복합이 일어나는 환경에서 제공되는 핀테크 서비스의 안전성에 대해 우려가 있다. 핀테크 시대에 정보보안은 성장의 인프라이며 금융상품을 선택하는 중요한 기준이 될 것이므로 보안리스크의 정량화와 단계별 통제 방안을 수립하고 사용자 인증, 결제정보 보안, API(Application Programming Interface) 보안 등 필요한 보안요소를 사업모델에 맞게 적용함으로써 편리성과 보안성을 함께 확보할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안 관점에서 핀테크의 서비스의 특징과 보안 취약점을 분석하고 관련 위험을 줄이기 위한 대응방안을 모색해 보았다.

사물인터넷 기술이 활성화되면서 원격 접속 및 제어가 가능한 스마트 가전기기의 보급이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트 가전 기기의 보안취약점을 이용하여 개인정보 유출, 프라이버시 침해 등 사이버 보안 관련 범죄도 같이 증가하는 추세이다. 최근 저성능 디바이스에서 경량 암호를 이용한 안전성 보장 방안에 대한 연구가 진행 중이나, 저성능 디바이스에서 4K/2160p 이상의 영상 데이터를 실시간으로 암·복호화하는 것은 높은 지연시간을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 하드웨어 기반 암호 알고리즘 가속기를 이용하여 저성능 디바이스에서도 구현 가능한 대용량 영상데이터 실시간 암·복호화 시스템을 제안한다.

Dance studies inherently have a nature of convergence and integration. Meanwhile, dance studies have extended their realm by investigating dance phenomena from many perspectives which art theories cannot explain. However, the previous and current dance studies are inadequate to explain a confluence society which is characterized as techuim, Interaction, freedom and openness according to the digital revolution. Hence, a result of research trend in domestic dance studies, it is found that dance studies have been studied in four perspectives since the early 2000s: first, a triggering the various studiesa of the convergent and integrative dance; second, an attempt to the convergent and integrative program development research; third, the vitalization of the convergent research on dance digital contents; and fourth, a research on the convergent dance art phenomena. These researches have played an important role in boosting a change in the structure and realm expansion of dance studies that are interdisciplinary research enabling a holistic approach to the integration and convergence between scientific technique, skills of dance art and other studies. However, it should be acknowledged that one problem is the current research development plan or/and research program have very little feasibility and practicality except an interdisciplinary research on the dance digital contents. Therefore, it is suggested for the development of dance studies in the age of convergence as follows: first, a dance convergent study integrated in skills and theories of dance and science that would pave the way for an academic foundation leading to a new humanistic model in the age of convergent; and second, a need for a paradigm shift that theories should be deployed in the scene on a commercial scale in order to produce effectiveness of the interdisciplinary and integrative research on dance studies by turning into a behavioristic research phase. third, it needs to changeover from large scale of convergent performance into small scale of convergent performance based on original idea for accumulation of teachnique research and promotion of dance convergent performance.
