To protect the Cu surface from oxidation in air, a two-step plasma process using Ar and $N_2$ gases was studied to form a copper nitride passivation as an anti-oxidant layer. The Ar plasma removes contaminants on the Cu surface and it activates the surface to facilitate the reaction of copper and nitrogen atoms in the next $N_2$ plasma process. This study investigated the effect of Ar plasma on the formation of copper nitride passivation on Cu surface during the two-step plasma process through the full factorial design of experiment (DOE) method. According to XPS analysis, when using low RF power and pressure in the Ar plasma process, the peak area of copper oxides decreased while the peak area of copper nitrides increased. The main effect of copper nitride formation in Ar plasma process was RF power, and there was little interaction between plasma process parameters.

The artificial intelligence speaker market is in a new age of mounting displays. This study aimed to analyze the difference of experience using artificial intelligent speakers in terms of usage context, according to the presence or absence of displays. This was achieved by using semantic network analysis to determine how the online review texts of Amazon Echo Show and Echo Plus consisted of different UX issues with structural differences. Based on the physical context and the social context of the user experience, the ego network was constructed to draw out major issues. Results of the analysis show that users' expectation gap is generated according to the display presence, which can lead to negative experiences. Also, it was confirmed that the Multimodal interface is more utilized in the kitchen than in the bedroom, and can contribute to the activation of communication among family members. Based on these findings, we propose a user experience strategy to be considered in display type speakers to be launched in Korea in the future.

Recently, multimedia streaming service has been activated, and the demand for high-quality multimedia convergence contents services is predicted to increase significantly in the future. The issues of the increasing network load due to the rise of multimedia streaming traffic must be addressed in order to provide QoS guaranteed services. To do this, an efficient network resource management and mobility support technologies are needed through seamless mobility support for heterogeneous networks. Therefore, in this paper, an MIH technology was used to recognize the network situation information in advance and reduce packet loss due to handover delays, and an ACLMIH-FHPMIPv6 is designed that can provide an intelligent interface through introducing a hierarchical mobility management technique in FPMIPv6 integrated network.

This study aims to understand realities of senior couple's violence by dividing them into victim and assaulter, and then grasp the degree of the effect of violence on desirable cohabitation. Conjugal violence was divided into emotional, minor physical, severe physical and sexual violence. Mental health was subdivided into depression, stress, aggression and self-esteem. Emotional violence appeared most often at 29.9%, and physical violence was under 3% in the case of being victimized, while emotional violence accounted for 25.4% and physical violence for under 2% in the case of offense. The effect of conjugal violence on mental health was that depression and stress increased significantly although some disparity existed between types of violence. In the circumstances of inflicting violence, the degree of aggression was significantly different in common. In conclusion, conjugal violence has a great influence on couple's mental health though the extent of damage was different depending on the type of violence and whether the person was the victim or attacker. So diverse welfare program should be implemented and activated.

This study is a qualitative study that conducted one-on-one in-depth interviews and focus group interviews to understand the meaning of the experience of participating in a cardio-cerebrovascular disease prevention management program using a mobile app for middle-aged female workers. The subjects of this study were 26 female workers over 50 years of age who participated in a cardio-cerebrovascular disease prevention program using a mobile app in a department store. Participating experience derived from the research result were 'Pleasure of getting to know', 'Activation of mutually friendly relations', 'health concerns take care of me ', 'Accepting an unfamiliar culture', 'Convenience as if receiving counseling anywhere. Through these results, it was shown that the mobile app improves the will to practice health behavior, and it is suggested that a standard to guarantee that the mobile app is a safe program is necessary to reduce anxiety about unfamiliar programs when installing the mobile app.

The purpose of research is to suggest the direction of rural tourism and food products by looking at the relevance of the intrinsic motivation and food preference. Through the analysis, factors of 'leisure oriented', 'family oriented', 'relationship oriented', 'health oriented', and food preference 'cooking health', 'material function', 'local resource' and 'consume experience' were extracted. Through the correlation analysis, 'leisure and health oriented' was found to be significant with cooking health, 'relationship and health oriented' was significant with material function, 'leisure, family and relationship oriented' was significant with local resource and 'relationship oriented' was significant with consume experience. Therefore, tourists who want rest, healing and health need to provide healthy dishes, tourists who want family and leisure provide local or special dishes, and tourists who want to have a relationship with people need to provide functional foods or herbal medicine dishes. Food products that meet the needs of tourists will induce revisit by increasing tourist satisfaction and bring economic revitalization of the region through the expansion of rural tourism.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Consciousness of biomedical ethics on Nursing professionalism on Attitudes of organ transplantation among nursing students. Data were collected among 202 nursing students in G,P city, from october 12 to 22, 2021. The collected data was analyzed a using t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Stepwise multiple regression using SPSS 20.0 WIN program. The average score for Consciousness of biomedical ethics was 3.39±0.44, Nursing professionalism was 3.84±0.56 and Attitudes of organ transplantation was 3.67±0.25. Factors Influencing Attitudes of organ transplantation were Right to life of newborn, Euthanasia, Social recognition, Professionalism of nursing and Role of nursing service. These variables accounted for 52.4% of Attitudes of organ transplantation. Based on the outcome of this study, developing an education program related to organ transplantation to contribute to the activation of organ transplantation.

Recently, with the development of IoT technology, the number of farms using smart farms is increasing. Smart farms monitor the environment and optimise internal environment automatically to improve crop yield and quality. For optimized crop cultivation, researches on predict crop productivity are actively studied, by using collected agricultural digital data. However, most of the existing studies are based on statistical models based on existing statistical data, and thus there is a problem with low prediction accuracy. In this paper, we use various predition models for predicting the production and sales profits, and compare the performance results through models by using the agricultural digital data collected in the facility horticultural smart farm. The models that compared the performance are multiple linear regression, support vector machine, artificial neural network, recurrent neural network, LSTM, and ConvLSTM. As a result of performance comparison, ConvLSTM showed the best performance in R2 value and RMSE value.

As digital technology converges into the e-commerce market across industries, online transactions have activated, and the use of online has increased. With the recent spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, this market flow is accelerating, and various product information can be provided to customers online. Providing a variety of information provides customers with various opportunities but causes difficulties in decision-making. The recommendation system can help customers to make a decision more effectively. However, the previous research on recommendation systems is limited to only quantitative data and does not reflect detailed factors of products and customers. In this study, we propose an intelligent recommendation system that quantifies the attributes of products and customers by applying text mining techniques to qualitative data based on online reviews and integrates the existing objective indicators of total star rating, sentiment, and emotion. The proposed integrated recommendation model showed superior performance to the overall rating-oriented recommendation model. It expects the new business value to be created through the recommendation result reflecting detailed factors of products and customers.

The main purpose of this study is to quantitatively grasp the effectiveness of the gardening program by conducting a gardening program to induce active activities of the elderly and to induce healing functions and social activities, and then observing the results before and after implementation. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, as a result of conducting 30 gardening programs for 20 elderly people at two elderly care facilities, the measure of depression was found to have an improvement effect as a practice-oriented program, and it was found to revitalize the elderly. In addition, it was found that the quality of life was improved by the gardening program, and it was found to be helpful in activating the brain.
