Data has emerged as a key driver of national, corporate and individual competitiveness as a result of the entry into the data economy. The value of personal information is increasing in various fields such as customized services and social problem solving. MyData refers to a new paradigm in which individuals have the authority to manage and control their information and make active decisions on where to use and scope of personal information. MyData, which is emerging as a big topic in the data economy, is a necessary concept in an era when the value of data is important, and related laws and systems should be prepared.

The progress of digital revolution leads to technology and industry infusion which make new products and new commodity markets in the existing industries. Under the circumstance of new innovation patterns in industries and globalization of the world, innovation firms adapt different evolution processes for different business situations. Technological innovation enhances the competitiveness of fins in the business world. This paper shows the researches on technological innovation which make constant economy growth in the knowledge based economy. And this paper also suggests the policy on technological innovation for the future growth of society. Main focus of this paper are as follows. First, the theoretical survey on technological innovation is reviewed. Second, the program and the supporting system for technological innovation in the USA and Europe are investigated. Third, the situation and problems of Korea is analysed. Fourth, strategy and suggestions on the development of technological innovation in the 21st century knowledge based economy is suggested through the window of cluster and regional economy development.

This study classified hairdressing techniques into hairdressing equipment, beauty/care, and styling and investigated current trends in patent applications. In addition, it analyzed what aspects should be concentrated on in terms of future hairdressing techniques and their growth potential. The results found the following: Hairdressing techniques have been on the rise since 1990 in terms of patent activities. In particular, they have been most active in 'electric hairdressing equipment such as hair dryers and hair straighteners. According to analysis of applicants' application trends, technique leaders were different by sector. In hairdressing techniques, in other words, expertise should be developed by sector. It is anticipated that this study would facilitate and expand the hairdressing market by analyzing hairdressing technique patent trends and establishing future directions for R&D in hairdressing techniques.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of merchants' perceptions of service quality, youth mall creation, and traditional market revitalization on management performance to derive factors that can improve the self-sustainability of the traditional market. In particular, it was intended to predict the practical effect of the youth mall creation project by including merchants' perceptions of the rapidly emerging youth mall to revitalize the traditional market. In this study, 430 small business owners from five private traditional markets in Iksan were surveyed, the research model was verified by analyzing the technical statistics, reliability, and validity of the data collected using the SPSS 21.0 program, and the hypothesis was verified through correlation and regression analysis. Although youth malls are actively promoted at the government level to revitalize traditional markets and improve management performance, this study confirmed that the creation of youth malls in traditional markets does not directly affect traditional market revitalization and management performance, confirming that policies to create youth malls that can actually help revitalize traditional markets and improve management performance in the future need to be promoted.

The latest convergence of broadcasting and communication makes the boundary between medias be ambiguous. It pursues the new type of culture that the unspecified many participants seek the satisfaction for the same target in an realtime environment. ARG(Alternative Reality Game) is a new alternate real game created by media convergence and it processes the more realistic interactivity between users through ARS, SMS, BLOG, Cafe and Messages. This paper analyzes the implementation, design, and construction schemes of ARG in the side of the human thinking and media. We also propose the evolution and role of the broadcasting by combining broadcasting for the activation of ARG.

The existing smart grid, which is centered on the power grid, is rapidly spreading to new energy and renewable energy such as heat and gas, which are expressed as smart energy. Smart Energy interacts with electric energy and is connected to wired / wireless network based on IoT sensor based on energy analysis using AI to rapidly expand ecosystem with various energy carriers and customers. However, smart energy based on IoT is lacking in technological and institutional preparation for security compared to efforts to activate the market according to the interests of government and business operators. In this study, we will present Smart Energy 's privacy policy in terms of value system(CPND) of convergence ICT.

In the MEP(Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) field, the utilization of BIM-based drawings is lower than in the architectural and structural sectors, and the limited BIM collaboration problem caused by different levels of BIM utilization in each field is becoming a serious problem in adoption and utilizing BIM. Therefore, this study analyzed the current status of BIM application in the field of mechanical equipment in the construction industry and analyzed the practical problems and limitations of adoption and utilizing BIM from a corporate perspective based on Delphi analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the limitations of the current MEP BIM application were classified into economic, technical, institutional, and social factors to derive detailed items, and, accordingly, the improvement measures were classified as institutional, policy, and technical measures. As a result, the company intends to maximize the value of BIM utilization in the MEP field by presenting improvement plans to activate BIM in the field of mechanical equipment based on the opinions of the company, thereby laying the foundation for BIM in the construction industry by creating a collaborative BIM environment for each sector in the domestic construction industry.

도시화가 급속도로 진행됨에 따라서 일상생활에서 생활폐기물의 관리와 처리에 대한 문제가 심각해지고 있다. 이 문제를 해결하고자 어플리케이션을 통해 생활폐기물 처리를 쉽게 할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. '싹처리'는 편리성, 정확성, 확장성, 수익성을 가지고 (중)대형 생활 폐기물 처리하는 딥러닝 어플리케이션이다. 어플리케이션 내의 저장된 딥러닝 과정으로 학습되어진 생활폐기물 분류 모델을 통해 폐기물 사진을 자동 인식하는 과정으로 누구나 쉽게 폐기물 배출을 신청할 수 있다. 정확한 딥러닝 알고리즘과 전이학습, 데이터 검수 등을 통해 높은 성능의 사물 자동 인식을 할 수 있다. 이 시스템을 통해 임산부, 장애인, 독거노인 등의 사회적 약자는 불필요한 과정 없이 손쉽게 폐기물을 처리할 수 있고, 더 나아가 중고시장의 활성화에 기여할 수 있는 가치가 있다.

This study was to find the factors influencing satisfaction of Korean medical tour services of Chinese college students. Structured questionnaire was developed to collect data. The data were collected from the 175 students between May 1 and May 15 in 2015 in an international college in China. The expectations and the evaluations on the Korean medical tour services were compare by t-test. To find the factors influencing satisfaction on Korean medical tour services, diverse linear regression models were estimated. According to the best fit regression model, technologies, quality of medical tour services, and health care cost significantly and positively influenced satisfaction on the Korean medical tour services. The results of the study suggested that we need to prepare marketing strategies to improve understandings on Korean medical tour services for the Chinese college students. Improvement of technology, improvement of quality of health service, and setting of reasonable price are important to attract more Chinese patients to Korea.
