In order to revitalize the regional economy and culture, understanding what cultural resources are about is of prime importance. When considering cultural resources, one ought to appreciate that developing content industries can contribute to the development of the regional economy and the sustainability of the country. Recently, vast amounts of aid and financial resources have been earmarked for the development of the national cultural industries. Each region of our country has enhanced its autonomy in terms of decision-making, thus increasing the resort to cultural and natural resources. However, when industrializing and excavating hidden cultural resources, vitality should be breathed into regional and national economies. Moreover, as an issue of national importance, this could held resolving pressing matters such as the creation of added-value jobs, the merger of industries, basic architecture, societal problems and the revitalization of rural communities, to name but a few. Therefore, so as to develop regions through the revitalization of regional economies and the improvement of infrastructures, it is necessary to encourage cultural industries and the excavation of cultural resources. The present research suggests to upgrade the values of regional and cultural resources so as to revitalize cultural regional resources through concrete policies. This basically implies carrying out a program which aims at diffusing cultural values by resorting to cultural resources as tools of revitalization. Finally, the importance of cultural resources must be reflected in a diversified spectrum of policies aimed at bringing values out of cultural resources. Yet, thorough researches on proposals for a better use of regional resources are still much needed.

Agricultural sector in Korea faces the threat of aging farmers and many other difficulties. Because agriculture is a very less-competitive industry in Korea and many solutions to improve the competitiveness of Korean agriculture should be studied. The advent of Internet of things(IoT) technology makes possible many new industries and business models in the current society. The adoption of this new technology in agriculture can bring about innovations in agricultural production and distribution as $6^{th}$ industry. This paper summarizes the opportunities in IoT and smart farm. The major benefits and obstacles in introducing smart farms are reviewed and the cases of two successful smart farms in Korea are analyzed. Through these case studies, we can recognize the current status and future strategies in Korean smart farms.

텔레매틱스 정보통신 기술은 위성, 무선 정보통신 네트워크와 차량, 도로 네트워크 상에서 휴먼이라는 네트워크간의 새로운 패러다임 관계를 만들었다. 무선음성 데이터 통신과 인공위성을 이용한 위치정보시스템을 기반으로 자동차를 이용해 정보를 주고받을 수 있도록 하는 기술이다. 즉, 위치측정시스템과 무선통신망을 이용해 운전자와 탑승자에게 교통정보, 응급상황에 대한 대처, 원격차량진단, 인터넷 이용 각종 모바일 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 단말기와 운영체제를 말한다. 또한, 디지털 기술의 발전으로 정보기기, 컴퓨터, 가전기기 및 통신기기간의 기술융합이 활성화되면서 이와 관련된 네트워크, 단말기, 소프트웨어 응용 및 서비스 등의 분야에서도 연관 효과가 발생한다. 특히, 고속화와 모바일 환경의 급속한 확대로 운전자는 이동 중에 차량 내에서 모든 업무를 처리할 수 있는 이동 사무실 이라는 새로운 개념의 차량 정보화를 요구할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 텔레매틱스의 개요, 단말 플렛폼 표준 기술, 다양한 서비스 및 기술동향에 대한 전반적인 내용을 기술함으로써 향후 핵심기술을 도출하고 사업화에 대처하고자 한다.

This paper shall suggest the improvement model for invigorating cyber threat information sharing from the national level, which includes, inter alia, a comprehensive solutions such as the legislation of a guideline for information sharing, the establishment of so-called National Center for Information Sharing, the construction and management of a integrated information system, the development of techniques for automatizing all the processes for gathering, analyzing and delivering cyber threat information, and the constitution of a private and public joint committee for sharing information, so much so that it intends to prevent cyber security threat to occur in advance or to refrain damage from being proliferated even after the occurrence of incidents.

The study is to suggest the example of convergence capstone design operation in department of early childhood education at a college and intellectual property rights application and registration. Based on key experiences such as practical training, students derived ideas for solving problems across the field related to young child, and overlaps with existing intellectual property rights ideas were verified. Linkage with industry and engineering experts was established for mentoring, after going through a refinement process, it contains the process by which five teams among the winning works of the school competition achieved the result of patent application and registration. Through this, we revitalize convergence capstone design education that goes beyond a creative and practical competency-centered curriculum and is linked to the performance of securing intellectual property rights.

Recently, the Internet of Things is an important technology with a Cloud computing services and a Big data in the IT fields. and The Internet of Things is widely used in various industries. This trend may be referred to as the emergence of significant based technologies for realizing a ubiquitous times. But the security problems of Internet of things are expected to increase with being realized in a variety of industries. and it will be have to provide a corresponding technology to the security threat for this. Therefore, this paper will be analyzed to the security threats of the Internet of Things by the cases. Thereby this is expected to be utilized as a basis for the countermeasure of Internet of Things in a future.

With the rapid development of mobile technology the use of smartphone is spreading. In order to activate mobile banking and market in the future, the most important key is a secure financial transactoin. However, because many apps are developed without security check in proportional to the spread of smartphone, security threat is inevitably high. Current smartphone banking is processed as the way of the existing public certificate or OTP technique in the mobile environment, but many security hole about current technology is pointed out steadily. Therefore, in this paper we are to improve a existing security hole by reinforcing the security through multi-factor authentication and providing a physical non-repudiation.

In order to commercialize technology, Korea is continuously fostering specialized institutions for technology transfer/commercialization, and it is composed in various forms. However, there are limited studies on corporate performance according to the type of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institution and the type of support. This study aims to measure the combined utilization performance and performance of companies that have adopted the technology by classifying the types of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions. To this end, a study was conducted on 380 companies that promoted the introduction and use of external technologies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the more the combined use of technology transfer/commercialization specialized institutions has a positive effect on corporate performance, and has different effects on corporate performance depending on the items of external technology introduction. In addition, it was found that the earlier the industrial growth stage is, the higher the corporate performance. Through this study, implications of strategies for the use of specialized organizations for technology transfer and commercialization and introduction of external technologies of the company were presented at the corporate level.

최근 의료기술 발전에 따라 질병의 예방 및 관리에 대한 소비자의 요구사항이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항에 부응하기 위해 IT와 의료분야의 융합으로 u-헬스케어 서비스가 실현되고 있다. 언제 어디서나 의료서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스의 활성화는 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용이 전제조건이 될 것이다. 그러나 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용으로 인해 의료정보에 포함된 개인정보, 병력정보 등의 프라이버시가 침해될 우려가 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료데이터의 공유 및 활용상에서 발생하는 보안 요구사항을 검토한다.

오늘날 ICT는 타산업과의 융합을 통한 경제성장의 핵심수단 및 사회이슈를 해결할 도구로서 인식되고 있으나, 우리나라의 R&D 성과활용은 기술개발의 성공률에 비해 매우 낮은 수준이다. 이는 R&D의 공급자인 연구자 중심의 기획, 기술개발 추진이 주된 원인으로 지적되고 있다. 이에 따라, 수요자의 요구에 부합되는 시장성 있는 제품 서비스 구현이 R&D 추진의 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있으며, 기획에서부터 실사용자의 요구사항을 도출하고 기술개발과정에서 지속적으로 사용자의 피드백을 통해 수정해 나가는 리빙랩 방식의 적용이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 그러나, 그동안 리빙랩 R&D는 사회문제해결형 또는 지역환경개선형에 집중해서 추진되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업 R&D사업에의 리빙랩 도입 방안에 대해 검토해보고 이를 통해 기술개발 결과물의 사업화 가능성을 향상시키기 위한 효율적인 R&D 추진방안에 대해 제안하고자 한다.
