태양광발전시스템 기술은 태양광모듈-접속함-PCS가 포함되는 BOS 기술로부터 시작되어 독립형 또는 계통연계형으로 전력을 생산하게 하는 설치, 운전, 운영기술이 모두 포함된다. 태양광 밸류체인 기술마다 급속한 산업 성장으로 단가경쟁력이 치열한 요즘 태양광발전시스템 기술은 설치단가, 발전단가를 낮출 수 있는 최후의 마지막 수단이라고 생각하고 시스템 설치단가, 운영단가를 낮추기 위해 많은 연구를 수행 중에 있다. 그러나, 태양광발전시스템 기술이 정상적으로 완성되지 못하면 경제적 손실은 물론, 내구성능과 수명, 민원에 의한 분쟁, 사고 등 다양한 고통을 겪게 된다. 본고에서는 이러한 태양광발전시스템에 대한 다양한 고장 사례와 민원 분쟁 유형을 진단하고, 그에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

As people are more concerned about their health and medical care, there have been an increasing number of medical disputes due to increased medical demand. In order to prevent and provide solution to currently surging medical accidents and disputes related to orthodontic treatment, in July 1998, the Korean Association Of Orthdontists surveyed 2,200 members of Korean Association of orthodontists on 30 items to recognize the pattern of medical accidents and prevent them. The survey was about accident-related items including personal profiles of members and patients who have undergone medical accidents or disputes, the cause and solution to the accidents, cautions related to members orthodontic treatment, and medical recording and archival. Based on the survey result, we analyzed characteristics of medical accidents and disputes in orthodontic area. It is more important to predict and prevent possible medical accidents or disputes based on current situation than to solve them after disputes occur. For this, we should not be negligent in raising treatment proficiency level based on patient-doctor trust and in obtaining new medical information. We should also provide medical environment where Patients themselves can decide whether to get treatment after they are offered detailed explanation on diagnosis, treatment procedure, complication, and possible hazard. We should take caution when treating patients and pay attention to charting and maintenance, which is the most fundamental, as well. Also at the Korean Association of orthodontists level, it is desired to provide education program on prevention and solution to medical accidents and disputes, and actions and organizations that can help when accidents and disputes occur.

오라클은 지난해 자바기술과 특허를 보유한 썬마이트로시스템즈를 인수하면서, 구글의 안드로이드가 자바 특허기술을 침해했다며 구글을 상대로 고소장을 제출하였다. 오라클은 이번 특허소송에서 자바표준기술에 대한 특허 7건을 구글이 침해했다고 주장하고 있다.

In this research, we would like to understand the measures to be taken in the event of a patent dispute by Chinese companies that are growing rapidly and competing with Korean companies in the global market, at a time when the fusion and compounding technology are accelerating. For this reason, the patent dispute countermeasures shown in the previous research were derived through deep interviews with experts, and a questionnaire survey was conducted with patent practitioners of Chinese companies. As a result of the analysis, the importance of cross licensing, patent invalidation proceedings, proceedings through collaboration with other companies, royalty payments, and patent invalidation proceedings in the case of a patent dispute in the Chinese industry is high. Shown. The results of this study provide practical guidelines to help corporate patent practitioners understand the best course of action in the event of a patent dispute, respond in a timely manner, and save time and money. It seems that it can be done.

The object of this study is to present a strategy against technology protectionism of advanced countries focusing on international cooperation policy of KIPO and infringement of overseas intellectual property rights on the notion that a policy performed without a long-term plan will not lead to industrial growth in the long run. The number of dispute cases of intellectual property rights in Japan ranks first with 275 cases compared to that of other countries. Among the dispute case, the number of validation trial is 107 cases(38.9%), and correction trial is 83 cases(30.2%). The USA ranks second in dispute of intellectual property rights. Among the dispute of intellectual property rights in the USA, the number of validation trial is 66 cases(64.7%), and correction trial is 21 cases(20.6%). A strategy against technology protectionism of advanced countries is as follows. A strategy is required to cope with infringement of overseas intellectual property rights. Korean government has to strengthen the function of overseas intellectual property rights protection center, strengthen boundary restriction of infringement goods, promote international dispute study, train international dispute specialist, solve jurisdiction problem of patent court system, improve trial system, construct confidence as social capital etc. Enterprises have to maintain No Patent No Future policy, specialize on application and countermeasure against infringement dispute, participate for formation and standardization of Patent Pool, strive for specialization regarding technical transfer and license management.

무역수지 측면에서 스웨덴의 무기수출량은 연간 약 7천2백억원 정도이며, 이것은 전체 민간수출량과 비교할 때 큰 부분이 아니다. 고용에 관한 논쟁도 스웨덴에서는 결정적인 문제가 아니다. 약3만명이 직접적으로 방위산업에 참여하고 있으나, 이는 제조업 근로자의 10%, 전체근로자의 1%에 불과하다. 스웨덴은 다른나라의 군사적인 분쟁에 연루되는 것을 원치 않으며, 특히 2개의 초강대국이 포함된 분쟁에 연루되기를 원치 않는다. 통계적으로 볼 때 지난 20여년 동안 스웨덴 정부는 매년 현존하는 전체 독립국의 약 4분의 1에 해당하는 35-40개국에 무기판매를 허용하였다

최근에 네트워크와 하드웨어 기술의 발달에 따라 디지털 컨텐츠의 지적소유권에 관한 분쟁이 많이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠의 전자상거래에서 지적소유권에 대한 분쟁을 해결하는데 사용될 수 있는 익명성을 제공하는 핑거프린팅 방식을 제안한다. 제안하는 방식은 판매된 디지털 컨텐츠를 재분배하는 구매자를 판매자가 등록센터의 도움 없이 재분배자를 식별하는 향상된 자동식별기능을 갖는다.
