This study analyzed the effects of TLO's organization size, expertise, and economic compensation on technology transfer performance using the panel data of Government-Funded Research Institutes in 2013-2016. First, the size of TLO personnel and budget have a positive effect on the technology transfer performance. However, in the case of TLO manpower, the statistical significance of the effect on the number of technology transfers was only 90%, and it did not affect royalty. Second, TLO expertise has a strong impact on technology transfer performance. It shows that the number of professional license holders, such as patent attorney or a technology valuer, has a statistically significant effect on the increase of the technology transfer number and the royalty under the 99% confidence level. However, unlike expected, the size of the Ph.D. did not seem to have any effect on technology transfer performance. Finally, the economic compensation for TLO does not affect both the number of technology transfers and the royalty. It does not seem to work as an appropriate incentive system, because the absolute size of the compensation is too small. The results of the above analysis suggest that it is important to secure expertise in order for the TLO organization to play a substantial role, and it is necessary to improve the economic compensation system to attract TLOs to technology transfer.

근래에 들어 식생활의 간편화, 다양화 및 고급화 경향으로 인하여 어육소시지, 어묵, 게맛 어묵 등과 같은 수산 연제품의 생산량은 해마다 급속한 신장을 보이고 있으며 또한 여러 가지 새로운 원료를 통한 수산 연제품의 개발도 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 연제품의 여러 가지 부원료 중 탄력보강 및 증량제로서 일반적으로 많이 쓰이고 있는 것이 전분이고 대부분의 연제품에 이를 첨가하고 있다. 전분을 첨가하면 첨가한 전분량의 2-3배의 물을 첨가할 수 있으므로 대단히 증량효과가 좋다. (중략)

Recently the telemedicine platform firms which have been temporarily permitted since COVID-19 outbreak have increasingly provided online prescription drugs delivery, causing concerns among incumbent providers of medicine, some of whom began to take aggressive actions again them. In this study, using game theoretic market entry - deterrence model, we show that although the incumbent medicine provider can effectively deter entry by the telemedicine platform firms by its preemptive action, accommodation could be a optimal action when telemedicine platform firms already have penetrated the market with their being permitted to do business due to the COVID-19. However, for the incumbent to cooperate for the successful change in the retail market for medicines, policies like placing a ceiling on the maximum number of taking prescriptions by the pharmacists a day in the telemedince platform network, providing favorable exposure of community pharmacists on the telemedicine platform user interface, and allowing community pharmacies to participate as shareholders of the telemedicine platform firms in its initial public opening of capital, are suggested.

Industrial consultation is a kind of personal service for companies. The Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation sets up a consultation contract in which a professor performs the consultation as the person in charge. Recently, there is an issue regarding taxation of the consulting fee paid to the professor; in short, there is no standardized practice for the imposition of income tax. In this study, we examine the characteristics of industrial consultation and present an acceptable taxation rule based on related laws. First, it is not appropriate to regard consulting fees as wage income, considering that there is no employment relationship between the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and the professor. Considering that the base consulting fee amount is the same as the invention compensation, according to accounting practices, and that an employee invention is apt to be derived in the consultation, it is reasonable that the consulting fee should be regarded as wage income similar to employee invention compensation. As treating the consulting fee as wage income could end up reducing industrial consultations, the government should amend the income tax law to include industrial consultation as a type of other income.

값싼 이용료를 장점으로 내세워 많은 관심과 투자가 집중되었던 VoIP(Voice ever IP) 서비스가 기대와는 달리 그 시장이 매우 침체되어 있는 것이 사실이다. 이는 기존 전화 사업자들의 소극적인 서비스에 대한 투자와 인터넷의 특성상 낮은 서비스 품질 때문에 많은 이용자들이 사용을 멀리했기 때문이다. 그러나 점차 기간 통신 서비스 사업자들이 차세대 네트워크 및 광대역 통합망을 도입하면서 VoIP 서비스를 기본 서비스로 제공하고, VoIP 관련법과 제도가 정비됨으로써 VoIP 서비스의 활성화가 기대되고 있다. 또한 그동안 문제가 되어 왔던 서비스 품질은 다양한 음질 개선 노력으로 인해 이제는 양질의 품질을 제공하고 있어 더 이상 서비스 이용에 문제가 되지 않는다. 근대산업의 에너지원으로서 전력수요의 급격한 증대에 수반하여 전력계통의 초고전압화, 관련기기의 소형화 및 장기간에 걸친 성능의 안정성, 신뢰성이 절실히 요망 하겠금 되었다. 이로 인하여 전기절욘재료에 요구되는 제성능도 일반적으로 고도화되고 점점 가혹한 조건이 부가되고 있는 실정이라 하겠다. 근년 고분자화학의 급속한 진보와 고분자성형기술의 발달에 의하여 등장한 합성고분자재료는 그 물리, 화학적 성질 특히 전기적 성질에 많은 특징을 가지고 있으며 그 성능이 점점 높이 평가되고 있어 고분자재료의 진출이야말로 전기기기절연의 양상에 일대 변화를 줄것이라 하여도 지나친 표현이 아니겠다. 이와같이 고분자가 전기절연재료로써의 가치는 물가구조로 부터 기대되는 우수한 유전성과 전기절연성이 높이 평가되고 있는 점이라 하겠다.

섬유에 대한 plasma 처리의 process상 특징은, 첫째 건식공정 둘째 간략화된 가공, 이라고 하는 두 가지 특징을 들 수 있다. 일반적인 섬유가공에서는 처리시에 대량의 물이라든지, 증기를 사용하고, 또 다량의 열 energy를 표하기 때문에, plasma 처리와 같은 기상처리기술에 대한 기대가 그 무엇보다 크다. 만약, 종래의 습식공정에 의한 섬유가공공정의 전부나, 일부를, 이 건식방법인 plasma공정으로 바꿀 수만 있다면 절수라든지, energy절약에도 크게 이바지하여, 경제적인 효과가 클 뿐아니라, 염료와 염색조제들을 위시한, 가공처리제 등의 사용량도 크게 줄일 수 있어서, 공해의 미연방지에도 크게 이바지하게 될 것이다.
