본 논문은 우리나라 전력전송설비들의 현황에 기초하여 향후 전력수요 증가에 따른 설비확장 시 이산화탄소 배출권의 영향을 고려한 보다 효율적인 전력설비의 선택과 중장기 전력기술개발을 위한 방향을 제시하기 위한 개념적 모형을 제시하는 한편 기술의 투자비와 이득을 최적조류계산에 의해 상정하는 방법을 제시하고 간략한 계통에서 모의함으로써 새로운 전력설비 기술개발 선택의 방법론을 제시하였다.

With the development and spread of smart devices, the proportion of mobile shopping is gradually increasing, and the market for mobile gift certificates is also increasing. This study examines the usage status and acceptance attitude of mobile gift certificates for university students who are major customers of mobile gift certificates. Also, based on the extended integrated technology acceptance model (UTAUT2), the results of the analysis of the mediating effect of the intention of the user on the relationship between acceptance of mobile vouchers and recommendation intention were presented. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility, and habit had significant influence on the intention to use the mobile gift certificates. Also, the intention to use mobile gift certificates has mediating effects between effort expectation, hedonic motivation, price utility and recommendation intention. The results of this study can be applied to strategic marketing such as recruitment of new customers through mobile gift certificates while explaining customers' acceptance of technology to mobile gift vouchers or future prospective customers.

댐건설관리법 제2조제3호에서 댐사용권을 '다목적댐에 의한 일정량의 저수를 일정한 지역에 확보하고 특정용도에 사용할 수 있는 권리'로 규정하고 있다. 즉 댐사용권을 설정할 수 있는 법적인 객체는 다목적댐에 한정된다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 댐건설관리법 상의 규정은 다목적댐만이 오롯이 댐사용권을 설정할 수 있는 특혜적 권리로 인정되고 있다. 댐용수와 하천수의 관계를 구분함에 있어서 댐건설관리법상 저류된 물은 댐건설로 추가로 확보된 하천수를 국가가 배타적인 물권적 권리인 댐사용권이라는 권리를 설정함으로서 하천수와 구별하고자 하는 주장이 하천행정 및 학계에 있어서 광범위한 지지를 얻고 있는 이유이다. 한편 하천수는 하천의 지표면에 흐르거나 하천 바닥에 스며들어 흐르는 물 또는 하천에 저장되어 있는 물을 의미(하천법 제2조제8호)하는데 댐용수와 하천수의 구분에 관해서도 이렇다 할 법적인 기준은 존재하지 않는다. 댐용수에 관한 법률 규정이 없기 때문이다. 그러나 대부분의 경우댐용수 역시 하천수의 일종으로 보는 것이 다수 의견인데 이러한 구분의 모호함 역시 댐사용권의 설정에 따른 구분의 모호함에서 비롯된 사항이라고 보인다. 본 연구에서는 다목적댐에 대해서만 설정할 수 있는 댐사용권이 가지는 의미에 대하여 새로운 법적 해석을 시도한다. 다목적댐 외에도 우리나라에서는 하천의 저수를 일정한 지역에 확보하고 있는 수많은 댐이 존재한다. 즉 댐건설관리법은 그 자체로 왜 다목적댐에 대해서만 댐사용권의 설정이라는 특혜적 권리를 부여하고 있는지에 대해 아무런 설명을 하고 있지 않다. 이 문제를 규명하기 위하여 댐건설관리법의 모체인 특별다목적댐법의 입법목적을 검토하고, 이의 모체가 된 일본의 특정다목적댐법과의 비교·분석을 수행한다. 이를 통해 댐사용권의 진정한 법적인 의미를 규명하고 댐관리 법제의 현실을 명확하게 파악하고자 한다.

The Earth's ionosphere is an area where part of the upper atmosphere is ionized and exists in a plasma state that affects radio waves. It is a field that has been studied for a long time as it directly affects real life in relation to communications. Depending on the altitude, it is divided into D, E, and F layers depending on the main ions that make up the electron density. The density of the neutral atmosphere is very large compared to the electron density, so it should be described as plasma taking that effect into account. It is an area where influences from outside the ionosphere are directly reflected, starting from the sun and extending to the earth's surface, and is a field that involves complex and diverse areas of research. In this paper, we explain the process by which the Earth's upper atmosphere is ionized to form the ionosphere and introduce the characteristics of the ionosphere at low and mid-latitudes. In addition, we introduce the research that domestic researchers have participated in related to the ionosphere to date and hope that it will be used to promote exchange in the field of ionospheric research in the future.

일찌기 1930년대에 미국에서 냉간압정법에 의한 방향성규소강대의 제조에 성공한 이래 이의 자기적특성에도 비약적인 향상을 가져와 미국에서 이미 이를 사용한 권철심형변압기가 실용화되고 있는지 오래거니와, 가까운 일본만 하여도 1958년에 권철심형주상변압기가 제조 완성되었으며, 현재는 주상변압기의 대부분이 종래의 적철심형변압기와 교체되고 있는 실정이다. 더우기 최근에는 소형의 주상변압기 뿐만아니라 중형의 권철심형 배전용변압기 제작도 가능하게 되어 그야말로 배전용 변압기분야엔 권철심형변압기 전성시대가 온것이다. 이처럼 권철심형변압기가 크게 환영받는 이유는 방향성 규소강대의 우수한 자기적인 특성을 이용하여 고성능인 동시에 소형, 경량으로 만들었다는 점이다. 국내 제조업계에서도 이와같은 세력의 영향을 받아 각 사회가 경쟁적으로 개발에 착수하고 있거니와, 거년에 일사회에서 50kVA이하 각 용량의 주상변압기 생산을 개시하게 되어 전업계에서 점차로 권철심형변압기에 관심을 모으게 되어으므로 이하에 권철심형변압기의 특성과 제조과정에 대하여 간단히 기술하고저 한다.

My company currently is operating more than 30 numbers of wide area waterworks which are divided provincially into seven section and integrated operation system (hearafter IOS) in each center plan to operate several decades of waterworks facilities. Four of them, Jeonbuk, Metropolitan, Cheung Chong and JeonNam, has been completed and the others, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam and Gangwon, are under construction. Above all, the methods are reviewed, which have been applied in IOS system to be installed already. I propose the optimal way to communicate efficiently.

This study analyzed traffic accident characteristics in Chungcheong Region through the factor analysis, cluster analysis and questionnaire survey using traffic accident analysis data for Chungcheong Region in order to improve Korea's traffic safety level. Based on the analysis results, this study suggests traffic safety technologies suitable for the situation of Chungcheong Region. According to the results of the questionnaire survey carried out for transporters in Chungcheong Region, 'the passage of pedestrians and aged people' and 'a problem of lacking visibility' were the biggest threatening factors of major traffic accidents in Chungcheong Region. The facilities required the most were 'lighting equipment in driving at night', and the expected effect by the equipment installation was high. As a result of the factor analysis and cluster analysis using the traffic accident analysis data, traffic accident risk by city type in Chungcheong Region was higher in rural areas, compared to urban areas. Especially, this study confirmed the risks of pedestrian and agricultural machine traffic accidents were high. Therefore, this study suggests three technologies to improve traffic safety level in Chungcheong Region, based on the analysis results.
