In order to provide theoretical guidance to research in platform strategy, we build the conceptual framework based on the organizational ecology and analyze symbiotic/competitive relationship between platform entities. Platform owner and service provider (i.e. complementors) make symbiotic relationship, where platform owner provide service provider user-base and platform resources such as marketing tools and platform technology, and service provider provide platform owner services which users utilize. In addition to symbiotic relationships, platform owner has competitive relationship with other platform owners, and service provider builds competitive relationship with other service providers. In these relationships, the strategy of platform owner affects service provider and service provider builds a strategy for their own survival and success. This type of interaction makes competitive dynamics in platform. However, previous platform literature focuses on strategies to enhance network effect from the perspective of platform owner. Thus, there is little attention on interaction among the service providers. Using the framework based on community ecology of organizational ecology, we analyze interaction and strategy between platform owner and service provider in the viewpoint of platform openness strategy and platform pricing strategy. This research contributes to the literature of platform strategy by providing a theoretical framework based on organizational ecology to deeply understand the dynamics of platform.

Service companies are making constant efforts to gain positive business performance such as customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and valuable management. Compared to other industries, service companies are highly dependent on workers for responding to customers and satisfying various customer needs in terms of business content and type. Thus, the attitude, given, environment, and capacity of the workers who supply service and serve customers are important factors that directly and indirectly influence customer satisfaction and performance. To enhance the performance of organizations and gain competitive advantage, it is important to provide the various forms of social support for workers as service suppliers. In this sense, active interests including the development of personal competence, support for working environment, and providing chances for the development of new services are significant. This study is a follow-up study on the influence of social support for positive psychological capital, creativity, and work performance of service workers. Among the service process matrix, this study targets the workers involved in mass service fields and seeks to examine how support for co-worker influences the performance through self-efficacy. No empirical analysis has examined workers involved in mass service fields. Thus, this study aims to take an approach different from that of previous studies and to suggest more effective human resource management strategies for enhancing the competitiveness of service companies and provide related implications.

With the rapid changes in the industry paradigm including the 4th industrial revolution, the survival and sustainable growth of SMEs and venture capital companies are facing a more difficult environment. The organizational capabilities help these companies to overcome the difficulties, such as absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity. It require many interconnected functions and capabilities to increase company performance. This study is based on the research about market adaptation capacity (agility, flexibility)'s mediating effect between organizational capacity(absorption capacity, innovation capacity, adaptation capacity) and corporate performance(financial, non-financial performance). According to the results of empirical analysis, First, Absorption capacity have a significant effect on agility. Second, Innovation capacity have a significant effect on flexibility. Third, Innovation capability have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fourth, Flexibility have a significant effect on corporate performance. Fifth, The mediating effect of flexibility between organizational capability and corporate performance was verified. Finally this paper also propose some suggestions on how to increase corporate performance for SMEs.

Plum is a typical fruit that is consumed processed rather than raw. In this study, we manufactured one of the processed foods, viz., plum Jangachi. In this process, the manpower-dependent seed separation and flesh cutting operations were automated by mechanizing, thereby altering the manufacturing process. Quality and Safety were assessed through microbial evaluation, analysis of color, and detection of preservatives in the plum Jangachi. Preference factors were identified through sensual evaluation. When compared with other plum Jangachi currently available in the market, our product was determined to contain 2.7±0.1 Log CFU/g total aerobic bacteria, which is slightly higher than the average of other products. This was not surprising, as the figures are due to the inherent characteristics, which were determined to be lower as compared to other commercial plum Jangachi. Other coliforms, tar dyes, and preservatives were undetected, thereby conferring satisfactory Quality and Safety. In general, there was no statistical difference in the sensual evaluation and appearance; overall, our product received better feedbacks than products on the market. Taken together, our results provide a foundation for applying the mechanization of plum-processed foods, thereby promoting the local economy in the main production area, and overall characteristics obtained are regarded sufficient in terms of market competitiveness.

Drawing upon research in affect and social identity theory, this study examines when and how an individual's trait positive affect (TPA) exerts a significant effect on the person's organizational citizenship behavior directed toward individuals (OCBI). A moderated mediation model was tested by using the data of 293 employees nested in 66 work groups. Results demonstrate that the indirect effect of TPA on OCBI mediated by group identification (GI) is significantly positive only when perceived group positive affect (PGPA) is low, highlighting the substituting role of PGPA in the relationship between TPA and GI. The significant conditional indirect effects at the low level of PGPA suggest that TPA functions as significant, affective resources for enhancing GI and consequently increasing OCBI of the focal member when PGPA is low. By contrast, TPA's role in enhancing GI becomes redundant when PGPA is high. The current analysis reveals potential complementary functions of TPA and PGPA in explaining subsequent identity cognition and individual behavior.

This study tried to understand the effect of internal resources, capabilities, and business model innovation of venture enterprises on industrial property performance, as based on previous studies that securing industrial property rights has a positive effect on the technology commercialization of venture companies. Venture company capabilities were classified into intrinsic elements of a company (company's research resources) and creative elements (commercialization capabilities) that implement them, and they were intended to show that they could lead to a company's potential competitiveness through innovation in business models. In order to verify this research purpose, an empirical analysis was conducted on 1,733 corporate companies among venture confirmation companies subject to the 2019 venture company precision survey. It was confirmed that the systematic research organization and commercialization capabilities of venture companies were significant (+) in industrial property performance. However, in the final research model that applied both the rules of the business model's innovation variable, commercialization capability and business model innovation were significant (-), and research organization × business model innovation showed significant results (+). This means that venture companies' excellent resources and capabilities can have a positive impact on industrial property performance individually, but when applying the level of innovation in the actual business model, they must interact with the business model. The results of this study are meaningful in that it is necessary to pursue business model innovation that secures clear differentiators compared to competitors as well as strengthening the company's internal resources and capabilities to secure industrial assets and innovation growth.
Korea has entered the ranks of advanced countries in terms of economic size and technological competitiveness. However, its industrial accident fatality rate remains among the lowest in OECD countries, and recent incidents such as various building collapses have resulted in numerous deaths of workers or citizens, reminiscent of accidents in developing countries. According to the 2022 Industrial Accident Status Analysis by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, out of the 874 fatalities in work-related accidents in 2022 across all industries, 402 were in the construction industry, accounting for approximately 46% of all fatalities. In particular, the construction industry's fatality rate stands at 1.61, significantly higher than the overall industry fatality rate of 0.43, indicating its severity. Construction ranks highest in terms of fatality rates, with mining at 12.18 and fishing at 1.80. When categorizing construction projects into private and public, private projects show significantly higher figures in terms of contracts, contract amounts, accident numbers, and fatalities compared to public projects. However, unlike public agencies, many private clients lack adequate safety and health activities and lack established safety and health systems. This study aims to raise awareness among private clients about the need to establish safety and health systems and enhance safety and health activities, and to discuss the direction of future development of advanced safety and health practices among private clients.

Through the pandemic, the topography of dining culture is rapidly changing due to the advancement of the food delivery market. Competition in the domestic market is intensifying as Coupang Eats recently surpassed Yogiyo and jumped to second place, and Baedal Minjok(Baemin), the industry's No. 1 company, is also preparing to introduce a subscription system. While the growth of the delivery market is slowing, the use of takeout and pick-up services is increasing due to rising delivery costs and food prices. From Generation Z's perspective, the main factors influencing the active use of app services were identified through prior research as usability and convenience, cost sensitivity, and hedonic motivation. While, they are leading the trend of minimizing spending through 'stepping stone consumption' and delivery pot process instead of choosing a subscription system. Accordingly, we aim to provide customers with a better experience and help strengthen competitiveness by proposing ways to improve and revitalize new delivery apps that reflect the characteristics of Gen.Z. As a result of the expert Delphi survey, we will receive impact evaluation scores in the following order: direct view of accumulated discounts, addition of family benefits, coupon reinforcement, SNS promotion, pick-up walk, in-store promotion, and discount rate display, and review their application to practice. It presents academic and policy implications regarding the food tech market.
To analyze the national competitiveness of Korea leads to the conclusion that global high-tech enterprises have been playing leading and pulling roles in making Korea in line with advanced countries even though the country is lacking in various natural resources. The characteristics of these companies above are as follows; Firstly, these enterprises continue to accumulate core technologies and know-how with highly competent human resources and well-organized management. Secondly, they are well structured and equipped with information technology infrastructures which are, for example, ERP, SCM, CRM, and PLM. Among them PLM is considered to be the principal core information technology infra in manufacturing industry. The urgent task of manufacturing industry recently is to develop new products to accept various needs of consumers, and to launch the products in time to market, which requires the manufactures to be equipped with product development infra and system to upgrade product fulfillment and mass production system in a short period. The introduction of PLM System is a solution of core strategy as a manufacturer for collaboration, global development, reengineering of manufacturing system, the innovation and efficiency of manufacturing process, and product quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success factors of introducing PLM System and its practicing effectiveness. And the results of empirical study are as follows; (1) Technical success factors positively impact system quality and user satisfaction, (2) Organizational success factors positively impact system quality, but does not impact user satisfaction, (3) Environmental success factors positively impact system quality and user satisfaction, (4) System quality positively impacts user satisfaction, (5) User satisfaction positively impacts the effectiveness of implementing PLM systems, but system quality does not impact it.

Gross Domestic Product(GDP) is affected by the economic power of each industry. Therefore, using statistical data related to the food and drug industry, we tried to determine the proportion of GDP and analyzed the impact of the food, medical & drug industry on the domestic economy through comparison with other industries. The food, medical & drug industry has a wide range of industries among domestic industries and is closely related to the lives of the people. In addition, human lifespan is increasing, and recently, due to the spread of an infectious disease called COVID-19, the bio sector belonging to the food, medical & drug industry is in the spotlight. Attention is needed to the industry as the competitiveness of the food, medical & drug industry is expected to increase. The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety provides statistics on the food, medical & drug industry, but does not provide a systematic share of GDP. Since it is difficult to determine how influential the industry is compared to other industries, this study attempts to obtain the share of GDP in the food, medical & drug industry and compare it with other industries. In the process of obtaining GDP in the food, medical & drug industry sector, there was a difficulty in that the figures in statistical data were not unified by time point. In order to overcome the limitations, statistical data as a standard are determined. The GDP of the Food, Medical & Drug Industry was estimated using total added value, production, sales, and added value by industry. Compared to other industries, the Food, Medical & Drug Industry's GDP ranked second after the GDP of the manufacturing industry. As a result, it suggests that the food, medical & drug industry has a great influence on the national economic power among domestic industries.
