A organization confront new information systems and technologies , they often force to make very expensive decisions on the basis of little information about the product's benefits and potential acceptance within the organization. This paper identifies trust and governance factors influencing the implementation of business-to-business electronic commerce systems. The result support between information technology governance and governance in value chain and business-to-business electronic commerce systems implementation, but there is no evidence that trust enabled implementing business-to-business electronic commerce systems.

This study presents a concept of technology trade network and management, and proposes a procedural method for optimally selecting the technology transferor when a technology transferee needs to buy a specific technology. We develop a technology trade network where technology supplier, technology marketer, and technology transferee are informatively linked. And a technology trade management consists of three step of estimating technology, trading technology, and commercialization technology. Technology transferees could import the best appropriate technology which they want through these technology network method and cost optimization method. And we hope that these methodologies can be used in selecting new technology. A methodology can be classified into an estimating technology process and a choice of technology supplier process. In an estimating technology process, we calculate the technology similarity quantitatively through developing method of estimating technology which is focused on its technological characteristics. After defining the related cost of technology introduction, we suggest goal programming model to find a solution which can be acceptable both maximizing the technology similarity and minimizing the cost of technology. And suggested model is verified with a supplier selection problem of next generation tanks.

지능정보기술 기반의 4차 산업혁명으로 기존의 산업구조 및 시장경제에 큰 변화가 있을 것으로 전망되는 가운데 글로벌 기업들은 신시장의 주도권 선점을 위해 적극적인 외부기술 도입과 개방형 혁신을 추진하고 있다. 국내에서도 "기술의 이전 및 사업화 촉진에 관한 법률"을 근거로 기술이전 사업화에 대한 제도적 틀이 마련되었으며, 공공기술을 중심으로 기술거래시장이 확대되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 ICT분야의 기술이전 실 사례분석을 통해 기술이전 거래방식의 유형별 특성을 살펴보고 앞으로의 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

Since the concept of virtual currency called Bitcoin was announced in 2008, the blockchain technology, which is the basis of Bitcoin, is attracting attention as an important platform technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution that can change our society in the future. Although Existing electronic financial transactions store and manage all transaction history at a reliable central organization such as government and bank, blockchain-based electronic financial transactions are composed of a distributed structure in which all participants participating in the transaction store and manage the transaction history, it is possible to secure transaction transparency while reducing system construction and operation costs. Besides the virtual currency that started with bit coins, the technology of these blockchains has been extended in various fields such as smart contracts and document management. The key technology area of this blockchain is security based on proven cryptographic technology to make it difficult to forge and hack, but there are security risks such as security vulnerabilities in the virtual currency trading service, We will discuss security risks in using virtual currency and discuss countermeasures. Especially security accidents of virtual currency exchanges are occurring frequently recently, the damage of users who trade the virtual currency is also increasing, we propose security threats and security countermeasures against virtual currency exchanges.

ebXML은 e비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 그 동안 기업간 협력의 가장 큰 장애물로 여겨졌던 정보 시스템의 이질성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 기술이다. ebXML에서는 전체적인 프레임워크를 구성하는 주요 요소로서 거래 절차를 기술하는 비즈니스 프로세스, 거래에 이용되는 공통의 용어와 그 의미를 정의하고 있는 핵심 컴포넌트, 거래에 필요한 정보를 저장하고 검색하는 레지스트리, 거래 문서의 전송을 위한 메시징 서비스 등을 정의하고 있다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 ebXML에서의 거래 절차는 비즈니스 프로세스에서 요구하고 있는 다양한 비즈니스 문서의 교환에 의해서 수행되며, 이때 필요한 비즈니스 문서의 모델은 핵심 컴포넌트를 기반으로 저작된다. 본 고에서는 우선 ebXML의 기술 구조 전반에 대하여 살펴보고, ebXML 핵심 컴포넌트 및 관련 기술에 대하여 자세히 설명하기로 한다.

본 고에서는 인터넷 기반에서 디지털 콘텐츠 유료화를 위한 정보거래시스템의 구현을 목표로 디지털 콘텐츠 유료화에 관한 최신의 기술 동향 및 실제적인 시스템 구현을 위한 구성 요소들을 살펴 보고자 한다. 이에 디지털 콘텐츠 유료화를 위해서 반드시 필요되는 디지털 콘텐츠 보안 기술, 과금(빌링)시스템, 전자 결제 방식 및 PG, 디지털 콘텐츠 전송기술, 디지털 콘텐츠 저작권 보호 기술 등에 대한 내용 중심으로 고찰할 것이다. 또한 이를 기반으로 구현하고자 하는 정보거래시스템의 커머스 모델로는 C-to-C 개념으로 인터넷 기반의 정보 생성자와 정보 이용자를 직접 연계하고, 정보 이용에 대한 지불 처리가 가능하도록 하여 기존의 C-to-B 및 B-to-B 기반 전자상거래에서 C-to-C 기반 전자상거래 개념 도입을 통한 정보거래 기반 및 정보 자체에 대한 인터넷 거래 활성화를 유도할 수 있는 기술적 기반 환경을 조성하고, 실제적으로 활용이 가능한 프로토타입 모델을 설계하고자 한다.

최근 인터넷의 보급과 전자거래의 확산을 통한 산업 정보화의 필요성이 인식되고 국가와 기업체에서 이를 위한 다양한 과제가 추진 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자거래 표준 중 제품 정보의 공유 및 교환의 표준으로 개발된 STEP(STandard for Exchange of Product model data), 문서 표준인 XML, 그리고 EDI 표준인 EDIFACT(EDI For Administration, Commerce and Transport)의 최근 동향과 상호 데이터 교환의 필요성을 소개한다. 그리고 상호 스키마 레벨의 매핑 관계 정의와 구현을 통한 이들 CALS 표준간의 데이터 교환 기술을 제시한다. 이러한 데이터 변환 기술은 전자거래의 B-to-B 및 B-to-C에 모두 적용되어 제품 데이터의 활용을 원활히 한다.

휴대폰 및 PDA의 급속한 보급에 따라 무선 인터넷을 통한 전자 거래에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 하지만 작은 대역폭과 낮은 기기 성능등 무선 환경이 갖는 한계는 무선 인터넷을 통한 전자 거래의 발전에 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선을 이용한 전자거래 시스템에서 공증 서비스를 제공함으로 온라인 결재에 대한 적법한 법적인 절차를 마련할 뿐만 아니라 거래에 대한 안전성 및 신뢰성을 제공하는 시스템을 구성 하고자 한다.

최근 통신 기술과 컴퓨터 기술의 괄목할 만한 발전으로 가장 않은 연구의 초점이 되고 있는 것은 인터넷을 이용하여 거래하는 전자거래이다 따라서 실세계의 상거래를 사이버 스페이스에서 구현할 수 있도록 하는 한 가지의 기술로서 인공지능을 이용하여 모델링하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 전자거래(EC) 컴퍼넌트형 지식 기반의 지능 에이전트 유형을 제시하고, 특히 기존의 전문가 시스템의 추론 엔진에 다층의 지식 기반과 정보처리 엔진을 이용하여 에이전트 상호간에 효율적이고 유기적인 활용 방안을 제안한다. 또한 컹색 에이전트에 필요한, 고객 만족을 위한 상품 검색의 이론적 모델을 설계한다.
