최근 대재해 발생의 증가 추세에 따라 손실이 증가되고 담보력이 축소되어 보험손실액이 매년 증가하고 있다. 세계 재보험업계가 대형 재해 및 배상책임 보험 클레임 증가로 인해 이중고를 겪고 있기에 대형위험의 요율 인상이 불가피한 실정이다. 이러한 경색화 상황 속에서 국내 보험사 간의 거래 확대와 더불어 수익성을 고려한 적정한 위험도 평가와 기술적 내부 역량 확대가 요구되고 있다.

After Satoshi Nakamoto published 'Bitcoin: A peer-to-peer electronic cash system' in 2008, Blockchain has been GPT (General Purpose Technologies) that affect the whole cycle of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. This study attempted to identify the innovativeness of Blockchain. Because of Blockchain's ambidextrous characteristics, Blockchain has two kinds of innovativeness, technological innovation by physical technology and social innovation by social technology. Thus, this study will be useful to increase understanding and establishing strategy for Blockchain.

Built upon ethnographic method such as participant observation and in-depth interview, this study analyzes the material culture of electronic flower auctions at Yangjae Flower Market. From the viewpoint of Actor-Network Theory(ANT), this research examines how human actors like dealers and auctioneers interact with nonhuman actors such as market devices and these interactions form networks called "agencement." This research is focused on three main objectives: first, to study how the performance of auctions - i.e. the interactions between auctioneers and dealers - change in the wake of new market devices in the auctions; secondly, to look into what changes artifacts bring to the social relationships between auctioneers and dealers; lastly, to analyze the influence of new market devices on auction price in the market. The results of this research are as follows. First, the appearance of new market devices generates changes in the performance of auctions, which means the change of 'agencement' of flower auctions. Direct interactions between auctioneers and dealers turned into indirect interactions through new market devices. Moreover, the changes in the agencement brought changes to the identity of auctioneers and dealers. Secondly, the new agencement caused by the inflow of new market devices formed the trust between the devices and human actors, which gave rise to the trust in electronic auction and in counterpart actors as well. In addition, new market devices lowered direct interactions between auctioneers and dealers and thus made more equal relationships between the two than before. Lastly, market devices like trading screen reduced the leverage of auctioneers by providing dealers with bidding information previously possessed by auctioneers much openly and dealers were able to decide auction prices in more reasonable and dispassionate manner. Economic agency, power, trust, price, and information in the market is material and sensory.

인터넷 전자상거래 시장의 성장에 따라 디지털 상품에 대한 온라인 판매가 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 현재의 디지털 상품 온라인 유통 체계는 저작권 및 사용자 사용권을 제대로 보장해 주지 못하고 있다. 디지털 상품 중에서도 가장 큰 이슈인 MP3 미디어 데이터는 불법 재생 및 복제에 대해 무방비 상태에 놓여 있다고 해도 과언이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 동적 사용권 관리 기술을 활용한 효율적인 MP3 미디어 데이터 온라인 유통 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용권 보호를 원하는 사용자와 저작권 및 불법 재생과 배포의 차단을 원하는 저작사 및 지적 재산권 소유자의 요구 조건을 충족시켜 준다. 추가적으로 MP3 미디어 데이터의 불법 재생 및 배포를 차단할 수 있는 MP3 미디어 데이터 유통 시스템의 궁극적인 모델을 제시한다.

연구목적은 CALS와 GIS (Geographic Information Systems)를 융합한 효과적인 전자상거래 운용 및 관리시스템의 개발에 두고 있으며, 이는 CALS와 EC로만 국한된 전자상거래 환경에 융통성 있는 지리정보기술 (Geographic Information Technologies)과의 상호운용에 의한 기법으로 전자상거래를 보완하여 생산과 판매 그리고 판매와 수요간의 비용절감의 효과를 달성하기 위함 에 있다. 전자상거래 분야의 문제점으로서 지역과 지역간에 형성되는 상거래의 공간적인 분포관계나 경제적인 연계관계 등에 대한 구체적인 요인분석이나 대처방안이 제시되고 있지 않고 있으며, 생산지와 분배처 그리고 수요자간의 공간적인 제반문제들에 의한 과도한 물류비용의 부담, 불확실한 수요공급의 추이, 급변하는 경제동향의 이해, 비정형적인 공간거래에 따른 비용의 발생 등이 대상이 되고 있다. 이들 문제점에 대한 해결 방안은 공간간의 상거래 상관관계를 제시해주는 분석기능의 제공, 지역간에 상거래 자료를 기록 관리하게 할 수 있는 공간DB의 도화 편집기능의 제공, 과거에서 현실까지의 자료에 의한 향후의 지리공간에 대한 상거래 추이를 위한 시공간 기능의 제공 등을 들 수 있다. CALS-GIS의 운용에 따른 기대효과는 다음과 같다. GIS의 공간분석기능을 활용하여 상거래 공간간의 지역성이나 경제성에 의한 상호간의 비용발생을 절감한다. GIS의 공간DB의 도화기능을 활용하여 지역사회간의 특성에 대한 자료를 도면에 의한 기록관리로 원활한 운영환경을 만든다. 시공간 모델링 기법 (Spatio-temporal Modeling)으로 과거에서 현재까지의 자료에 의한 향후의 지리공간에 대한 추이를 파악하여 상거래의 전략을 체계적으로 구축한다. 생활지리정보의 제공에 의한 다양한 정보의 접근에 의한 부수적인 관리의 도구로 전환할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다. System 개발을 개방형 환경으로 구축하여 CALS-GIS의 운영 이외의 차세대 신기술까지도 접목할 수 있는 시스템 환경으로 구현되어 제공된다.

This study relates to the effect from enforcement of regulations in 2014 against controlling shareholder expropriation in Korean corporations. The relationship change between related party transactions (RPTs) and the corporate values of listed Korean corporations is analyzed for the five-year period before and after enforcement of the regulations (2009-2013 and 2014-2018). Three types of RPTs regarding long-term supply contracts, loans, and credit were adopted for analysis. Following are the results of a regression analysis with panel data that consist of 6,534 firm-year observations. First shown is that the enforcement of regulations affects the relationship between RPTs and corporate value. Specifically, for all corporations, the result implies that the purpose of expropriation is weakened, and the efficiency and transparency of transactions in corporations are enhanced due to enforcement of the regulations. Secondly, the extent to which the regulations exert influence on designated and non-designated corporations differs. Regulation enforcement seems to be more influential on non-designated corporations than on designated ones for the efficiency and transparency of transactions in the long-term contract type of RPT.

Due to a rapid advancement in the electronic commerce technology, the payment method varies from cash to electronic settlement such as credit card, mobile payment and mobile application card. Therefore, financial fraud is increasing notably for a purpose of personal gain. In response, financial companies are building the FDS (Fraud Detection System) to protect consumers from fraudulent transactions. The one of the goals of FDS is identifying the fraudulent transaction with high accuracy by analyzing transaction data and personal information in real-time. Data mining techniques are providing great aid in financial accounting fraud detection, so it have been applied most extensively to provide primary solutions to the problems. In this paper, we try to provide an overview of the research on data mining based fraud detection. Also, we classify researches under few criteria such as data set, data mining algorithm and viewpoint of research.

The primary purpose of Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) is to facilitate investment in renewable energy technology. Since emission trading program has similar purpose, it is conceivable to attempt to link RPS and emission trading program through interlinked markets. RPS in Korea with single REC and emission allowance markets has particular advantages for constructing linkages between two markets. This paper provides a real option model to examine investment effects of linkage of RPS to the trading program. Emission permit price and REC price are assumed to follow stochastic processes and renewable investment is irreversible. The result shows that linked market provides further incentive for renewable investment by raising managerial flexibility for power companies.
