최근 정보시스템에 대한 품질평가가 사용자만족이라는 개념을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 그것은 단기적인 관점에서의 평가모델로서 장기적인 관점에서의 종합적인 품질평가가 필요하다. 기술적 측면과 인간적 측면의 성공요인을 모두 포함하여 평가차원을 분류하고, 사용자만족에서 희생을 함께 고려하는 사용자가치가지 확장하는 종합적 품질평가모형을 제시하고 국내기업을 대상으로 실증분석해 보고자 한다.

U-City는 도시에 IT를 접목하여 도시의 운영과 관리를 효율화하고 다양한 서비스의 도입을 통해 주민들의 복지 향상을 목적으로 하는 신개념의 도시이다. UMC(U-City Management Center)는 U-City의 핵심요소로 U-City의 각종 서비스의 관리 운영을 통제하고, 새로운 부가가치를 생성하는 역할을 한다. 하지만 정보화 사업을 타당성 분석없이 진행하는 경우 전반적인 재정의 운영이라는 정책적인 측면에서 문제가 발생할 소지가 크다. 따라서 UMC 타당성 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보화사업의 타당성 분석을 위한 선행연구들을 분석하고, UMC의 타당성 분석을 위하여 AHP 모델을 적용하였다. 또한 도출된 모델을 이용하여 구축중인 UMC의 타당성을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과 기술적 타당성, 경제적 타당성, 정책적 타당성 중 기술적 타당성이 가장 낮은 것으로 평가되어 향후 기술적 문제를 보완해야함을 도출하였다.

This paper presents the technology rating methodology that is applicable to defense R&D technology. First, a technology profitability index was developed using multiple regression analysis to forecast the revenue from technology transfer. Secondly, the technology evaluation index was derived using hierarchical analysis with expert opinion. Finally, the weighted average of the technology profitability index and technology evaluation index were calculated to derive the technology rating. This study is significant in that it is first attempt to evaluate defense R&D technology by rating. If the defense R&D technology rating methodology is applied in practice, it can contribute to efficient R&D budget allocation. In addition, it will help in the vitalization of technology transfer in the defense R&D sector.

This paper presents a business models of the robot industry for copying with aging society that facilitates to create new business opportunities in the convergence age. In order to identify the market drivers for both convergence and aging society, the trends of them analyzed. Through constructing and analyzing market value chain, we design a set of the business model of the robot industry focused on u-health robots of a convergence service type integrated ubiquitous, health and robot. In addition, we describe the evolution path of the proposed business model in terms of technology development and market. Finally, we develop a matrix based evaluation framework to measure and assess the effectiveness of the business model.

AIP를 설정하는 방법에서는 국가에 따라 일부 차이를 보이고 있지만, 본 고에서는 종주국이라 할 수 있는 영국에서의 최소비용대체법을 사용한 한계가치 산출방식을 사용하여 2011년에 주파수 재할당 대상이 되는 800MHz 대역을 대상으로 모형을 제시하고 적용결과를 분석하였다. 먼저 추가주파수를 사용하는 시스템과 주파수 대신 기지국 투자를 추가하는 시스템의 비교를 통하여 두 시스템간 셀간 면적비를 기준으로 한계가치를 도출하는 모형을 제안하고, 새로 도입될 기술인 LTE의 시스템 성능을 평가할 수 있는 시스템 레벨 시뮬레이터를 3GPP에서 제안하고 있는 이동통신 시스템 환경 및 요구조건에 따라 제작하였으며, 이 시뮬레이터를 바탕으로 시스템 도입 지역 또는 운영 주파수 대역에 따라 시뮬레이션을 통하여 시스템 용량을 산출하였다. 마지막으로 제안된 한계가치 모형과 시뮬레이션 결과를 결합하여 최종적으로 한계가치 산정의 기준이 될 추가기지국의 규모를 추정할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.

Since the late 20th century, there has been much effort to improve the market value of media contents which are commercialized in a digital format, by fusing digital data of video, audio, numerals, characters with IT technology together. Then by what criteria and methodologies could the market value for the drama "Sons of the Sun" or the animated film 'Frozen', often referred to in the meida, be estimated? In the circumstances there has been little or no research on the valuation framework of media contents and the status of their valuation system development to date, we propose a practical valuation models for various purposes such as contents trading, review of investment adequacy, etc., by formalizing and presenting a contents valuation framework for the four types of media of movies, online games, and broadcasting commercials, and animations. Therefore, we develope computational methods of cash flows which includes production cost by media content types, provide reference databases associated with key variables of valuation (economic life cycle, discount rates, contents contribution and royalty rates), and finally propose the valuation framework of media contents based on both income approach and relief-from-royalty method which has been applied to valuation of intangible assets so far.

전통적인 비용수익 분석법 (CBA approach) 과 활동기준원가계산 방법 (ABC approach)과 같은 지금까지의 방법으로는 전략적 정보시스템이나 정보 하부구조를 효과적으로 평가하고 정당화하는데 한계가 있다고 지적되어왔다. 따라서, 본 논문은 정보시스템의 하부구조를 이루고 있는 데이터 웨어하우징을 스물여섯 개의 데이터 웨어하우징 성공사례 분석을 통해서 데이터 웨어하우징이 가치사슬 모델의 각 활동에 어떻게 활용되고 있는지를 분석하고, 경쟁우위적 관점에서 이들 사례들의 공통점을 찾아내어, 데이터 웨어하우징을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 보다 효과적으로 정당화할 수 있는 모델을 제시하고 있다. 이 모델은 기존의 정보시스템 정당화에 사용되어왔던 방법들의 단점을 보완하여, 기업들이 데이터 웨어하우징이나 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위해서 구축하는 다른 정보시스템들을 경쟁우위적 관점에서 정당화하고자 할 때 유용한 도구로써, 기존의 방법들과 병행해서 사용하면 보다 효과적으로 정보시스템들을 평가하고 정당화할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

To fully utilize scarce spectrum resource, it's necessary to develop and evaluate promising business models prior to making technology R&D plan and industrial promotion policy. The purpose of this paper is to design potential business models, evaluate the propriety of commercializing the models, and discuss promotion policies after exploring promising sectors consuming spectrum resources. The research is based on TV white space, which is vacant TV channels in region or time domain and considered as core spectrum resource along with digital terrestrial television switchover. As the result, four kinds of business models were derived, including broadcasting and telecommunication types. Each model was discussed from four standpoints: customer value proposition, profit formula, key resources, and key processes, and the propriety for commercialization was evaluated by three dimensions: technological evaluations, business-oriented evaluations, and user-oriented evaluations. The promotion policies of government and market participants for the activation of TV White space-based business models were discussed as well.

최근 기술의 발전으로 인해 무선인터넷과 모바일을 주축으로 하는 모바일 환경이 발전하고 이에 따라 웹 접속 플랫폼이 다양해져 언제 어디서든 편리하게 웹 기반 게임을 즐길 수 있게 되었고 웹 기반 게임 소프트웨어는 국내외적으로 상당히 인기가 높아지면서 시장 가치가 높아지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 웹 기반 게임의 확산과 시장 규모에 비해 웹 기반 게임 소프트웨어의 품질을 측정하는데 필요한 품질 모델에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 웹 기반 게임의 특성을 분석하고, 웹 기반 게임 품질 평가를 위한 품질 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 웹 기반 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 기준을 제안한다. 이러한 품질 모델은 고품질의 웹 기반 게임 소프트웨어를 개발하는데 기여 할 수 있다.
