This paper is to develop an integrated LAN unit (hereinafter called ILU) which connects the transformed signals from on-board equipments with the information display unit and vice versa. In developing the ILU, the topology, transfer mode, and protocol was inspected considering the structure and characteristics of a related ship. The principle of development was determined type. Finally the ILU appropriate for the ship's characteristics was designed and developed.

웹 기반의 학습활동 중에 이루어지는 상호작용에는 학습자-컨텐츠 상호작용 학습자-교수자 상호작용, 학습자-학습자 상호작용이 있고, 학습효과를 보장하기 위해서는 이 세 가지의 상호작용을 유기적으로 통합 활용하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 새로운 상호작용을 정의하고 이를 '학습자-교수자-컨텐츠 상호작용'이라 하였다. 또한 상호작용의 기본이 되는 학습자-컨텐츠 상호작용을 증진시키기 위한 3가지의 전략을 제안하였다. 첫째, 화면구성 원칙을 따라야 한다. 둘째, 'Learning by doing'이 가능한 컨텐츠가 되어야 한다. 셋째, 학습내용은 세분화하고, 학습내용 내에도 학습능력에 따라 적절한 피드백이 가능해야 한다가 그것이다.

배전 계통은 기본적으로 방사상 구조를 가지고 있지만 향후 분산 전원의 출현 등으로 계통 운영의 복잡성이 증대될 것이다. 따라서 계통의 재구성이나 복구와 관련된 운영 전반에 관한 판단의 정확성과 신속성을 요구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 HMA(Hierarchical Multi Agent) 방법을 이용하여 배전 계통의 운영에 활용해 보았다. HMA 방법은 서로 다른 행동 특성을 가진 Agent들이 자신의 역할을 수행하면서 전체적인 최적해를 찾을 수 있고 적은 정보를 이용하기 때문에 사고에 대처하는 속도가 빨라질 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 배전 계통에 맞는 HMA 모델과 각 Agent들의 행동 원칙을 제안하고 활용 방안을 제시하였다.

The origin and growth of laryngology is inseparably linked to the development of endoscopic surgery of the larynx. Phonomicrosurgery is a means of maximally preserving the layered microstructure of the vocal fold, that is, the epithelium and lamina propria. Phonomicrosurgery has developed from convergence of micro laryngoscopic surgical technique theory and the mucosal wave theory of laryngeal sound production. Improvements in technology (i.e., laryngoscopes, handled instruments, and lasers), which in part arise from developments in more frequently performed minimally invasive surgical procedures, will probably facilitate the next generation of procedural innovations. The best methods of optimizing phonosurgical outcomes include making an accurate diagnosis, completing a comprehensive voice evaluation, providing sufficient preoperative therapy, carefully selecting patients to undergo phonomicrosurgical procedures, and requiring sufficient postoperative rest and therapy. Phonomicrosurgery will continue to evolve as a result of the interdependent collaboration of surgeons with voice scientists, speech pathologist, and other voice professionals.

신호보안장치는 안전성을 기본 개념으로 탄생했으며, 열차를 안전하고 효율적으로 운행하기 위하여 고안된 설비이다. 안전성, 정확성, 신속성, 대량 수송, 환경친화성, 에너지 효율성 등은 다른 교통수단과 구별되는 철도의 장점이며 이의 달성에는 신호보안장치가 긴요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 신호보안장치는 Fail-Safe 원칙을 근간으로 개발되었다. 그러나 신호보안장치가 전자화되고 복잡해지면서 철도시스템에서 차지하는 비중이 높아지고, 전세계적인 무역자유화 및 개방화, 국제화 추세 속에서 좀더 체계적이고 일관성 있는 안전성에 대한 접근이 요구되면서 철도신호보안장치의 안전성 규격이 유럽과 일본에서는 1990년대 후반, 한국은 2000년대 초부터 발표되기 시작했다. 이들 안전성 규격은 재래식 시스템보다는 새로 개발되고 있는 전자화 및 컴퓨터화된 신호보안장치들을 주요 대상으로 하고 있다. 최근 확률형 아이템이 이용자들에게 투입 비용보다 높은 가치의 아이템을 획득할 수 있을 것이라는 막연한 기대감을 갖게 만들어, 게임 이용자의 사행성을 조장하고 과소비를 부추긴다는 우려가 제기되고 있다. 특히 복잡한 확률구조와 관련하여 허위로 표시하는 등 거짓 또는 과장 광고가 만연하여 게임 업계의 자율규제가 실효성을 잃고 게임제작업자가 허위로 확률을 고지하여 이용자들을 기만하는 사례 등이 사회적으로 문제가 되고 있다. 이에 국민의힘 하태경 의원이 일정 규모 이상 게임제작업자는 게임물이용자위원회를 두도록 하는 게임산업진흥에 관한 법률 일부개정(안)을 2021년 3월 24일 대표발의하였는데, 이 법안이 게임산업을 과도하게 규제한다는 비판이 제기되고 있는바, 해당 법안을 분석하여 입법취지에 부합하는 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, Low Impact Development (LID) has been emphasized as a critical strategy for improving urban water cycle and adapting to climate change. LID is needed to be incorporated in urban planning and development process for effective implementation in the real world. However, little research has examined the relationship between urban planning and LID in Korea. This study addresses this critical gap by 1) examining whether current urban planning institutional system considers LID or not and 2) assessing the extent to which local comprehensive plans integrate LID in seven large cities. Study results show that a few planning guidelines declaratively mention the need of LID but they don't include specific LID strategies. In addition, we found that 7 local comprehensive plans in the sample received a mean score of 11.71, which represents 19.52% of the total possible points and there are wide variations among cities. These findings indicate that there is still considerable room for improvement of local governments on LID. We propose the revision of planning guideline by incorporating LID principles and non-structural and structural LID technologies.

A hybrid information service may include local and/or remote distributed services, both and electronic. Also, a hybrid information service can be described as one which an appropriate range of heterogeneous information services is presented to the user in a consistent and integrated way via a single interface. The purpose of this study is to suggest high-level requirements and logical architecture to design hybrid library. High-level requirements analysis for hybrid library need to contain baseline requirements, basic system requirements, searching, location, requesting, delivery and payment. A logical architecture need to consider logical architecture for hybrid library management system including user access points, hybrid library management system and hybrid library components and 5 layered architecture including presenter, coordinator, mediator, communicator and provider to achieve local simplicity while still supporting complex functionality of hybrid library.

The study analyzes the optimum Korea-China FTA negotiations by utilizing the Putnam's two- level game theoretic approach. According to the Putnam's theory, the size of the win-set depends on the strategies of the Level 1 negotiators. The size of the win-set depends also on the level 2 political institutions and the distribution of power, preferences, and possible conditions among Level 2 constituents. The basic principles for the successful future Korea-China FTA negotiations should be based on comprehensiveness, substantial liberalization and gradual liberalization with consideration of sensitive sectors. This study concludes that mid-level FTA strategy with comprehensive but low tariff reduction would be of best strategy for Korea. This study also suggests the utilization of the EHP(Early Harvest Program) for the successful Korea-China FTA negotiations.

건설산업 선진화를 위한 건설생산체계 개선 공청회가 지난 6월 30일 국토연구원 강당에서 개최되었다. 국토연구원이 주최하고 대한건설협회, 대한설비건설협회, 대한전문건설협회가 후원한 이번 공청회는 향후 건설산업기본법의 개정(안)과 건설산업관련 제도개선에 활용 방안을 도출하기 위하여 마련된 것으로 김재영 국토연구원 선임연구위원이 주제발표를, 김수삼 한양대학교 대외협력부총장이 토론회 진행을 했으며, 최기원 삼건설비(주) 대표이사를 비롯하여 손태락 건설교통부 건설경제팀장, 김명수 가톨릭대학교 경제학과 교수, 유주현 (주)신한건설 대표, 이교선 한국건설기술연구원 수석연구위원, 이상호 한국건설산업연구원 건설정책연구실장, 천길주 현대건설(주) 상무, 황한석 (주)삼중엔지니어링 대표 등이 토론자로 참석하여 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 이날 토론회에서 대한설비건설협회 측 토론자로 나선 삼건설비(주) 최기원 대표는“겸업제한 폐지 등 기존 건설산업기본법의 틀을 근본적으로 바꾸는 것보다 현행법 내에서 제도개선 방안을 강구하는 것이 바람직하나, 정부방침에 의거 겸업제한제도를 폐지할 경우 상대적으로 약자인 설비건설업계를 위한 발주제도를 개선하는 방안 강구가 필요하다”고 강조했다. 최기원 대표는 또“기계설비공사의 경우 상호 실적을 인정해서는 안될 것이며, 실적인정과 관련한 혼선을 최소화하고 문제점 발생시 보완 및 조정을 위한 한시적 조정위원회 설치”를 제안했다. 이와 함께 건설공사 발주방식의 다양성 확보에 대한 의견으로 발주할 때 일반건설업자로 제한해서는 안되며, 다양한 공종과 업종의 건설공사는 통상적으로 전문분야 또는 업종에 따라서 분리발주를 의무화해야 한다고 강조했다. 이날 공청회에서 대한설비건설협회는 플로어 발언을 통해‘설비공사 분리발주를 원칙으로 하고 분리발주가 안될 경우 설비∙전문간의 공동도급으로 원도급시장 참여를 법적으로 보장할 것과 시공관리형 CM업을 신설하여 줄 것’을 건의했다. 건설교통부는 이날 공청회에서 논의된 방안을 중심으로 의견수렴을 거쳐 오는 12월 정기국회서 건설산업기본법을 개정하고 2007년 3월 시행령 등 정비안을 마련할 계획이다. 건교부는 또한 정비안을 바탕으로 다시 업계의 의견을 듣고 내년 상반기중 시행령 및 규칙 등을 개정한 뒤 5~6개월 유예기간을 거쳐 이르면 2008년부터 생산체계 개선방안을 시행한다는 방침이다. 본지는 이날 발표된 건설생산체계 개선방안과 대한설비건설협회의 의견을 게재한다.
