국내 원자력 산업이 활성화됨에 따라 우리 나라의 IAEA 보장조치 대상시설과 시설에서 취급하는 핵물질이 지속적으로 증가하여 왔다. 점차 증가하는 시설과 핵물질들을 효율적으로 통제, 관리하고 원자력의 평화적 이용에 대한 대외적 투명성 제공 및 핵물질 취급에 따른 대외적 의무사항들을 효율적으로 이행하기 위한 국가차원의 법적, 제도적 정비가 요구되어져 왔다. 이에 따라 '95년에 개정된 원자력법 및 관계 범령에 따라 과기처는 '96년도부터 국가사찰을 실시할 예정이며, 이러한 국가사찰 및 국가통제 시스템을 원자력연구소의 원자력통제기술센터가 지원하도록 명시하였다. 이러한 근거로 개발된 국가사찰 지원시스템(National Inspection Support System : NISS)은 여러 가지 사찰기술 중에서 시설이 계량관리 자료를 정확하게 기록하고 유지하였는지에 대한 장부검증, 표본선택을 위한 계층분류 및 사찰결과보고서 작성 등을 수행 할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 사찰관은 시설 핵물질의 재고목록, 재고변동기록 및 근거서류 등과 같은 많은 계량관리 자료의 검증을 신속하고 정확하게 수행하여 업무의 효율성 및 검증결과에 대한 신뢰도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

In this study of the documentation process, a toddler's behavior was interpreted through use of text and picture both of which are subjective representations of reality. Two teachers deconstructed and reconstructed their knowledge of a photographed toddler by first referring to scientific theories from a text. They used these theories to analyze markings drawn on paper by the toddler in the photograph. But, the theories from the text were transformed into a new theory in the documentation process of reflecting on the history of markings in different contexts. Thus, the semiotics of pictures and texts changed in addition to change in meanings. This demonstrates the variability of signs, as in the concept of "rhizome" (Deleuze and Guattari, 1999).

자동차 산업 인프라의 발달로 자동차 사용 인구는 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따른 자동차 사고도 매년 증가하고 있다. 자동차 사고는 개인 및 사회의 비용손실과 즉결되므로 많은 운전자들이 자동차용 블랙박스(사고영상기록장치)를 구입하여 장착하고 있다. 이런 자동차용 블랙박스는 교통사고 시점의 영상을 저장 재생 하므로 정확한 사고원인을 규명하는데 활용되고 교통사고를 예방하는 효과가 있다. 그러나 그 이면에 자동차용 블랙박스는 자동차가 운행될 때 마다 영상을 촬영하고 저장되기 때문에 의도되지 않은 개인의 사생활이 노출 될 수 있으며 또한 저장된 사고영상 데이터를 의도적으로 조작하여 교통사고의 원인규명을 방해하는 문제가 발생 하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 국내 관련 동향을 알아보고 보안기술을 적용 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Recently, They are usually recording the patient information on the Hospital Information System. In the department of Radiology, For the purpose of assuming patient exposed dose, Authors contrived the mathematical calculation model by use of x-ray out put data on the Excel program, if they in put the exposure factors (kVp, mAs, thickness), the program could automatically calculate the patient Skin dose. The assuming data by three dimensional equation has average errors within ${\pm}5%$, there for We could make good use of clinical field in department of radiology.

The purpose of this study was to identify differences in records for each section of the wheelchair marathon and to provide information necessary for training and basic data for developing training methods. The subjects of this study were analyzed for the records of a total of 5 foreign male athletes and 4 domestic top athletes who completed the 42.195km full course among the participants at the 2016 Seoul International Wheelchair Marathon. Every 5km section records and finish records were used, and the first section to the ninth section were set. As for the data processing method, descriptive statistics (Mean, SD) were used using the statistical program SPSS 25.0. The following conclusions were drawn according to the above research methods and procedures. In the case of the winning W1 athletes, the record at 30km to 35km was the fastest 8 minutes and 43 seconds in the entire section, and the difference was 1 minute and 4 seconds compared to the K1 athletes of the nation's No. 1 athletes. In order to be ranked higher in international competitions, training to adapt to a quick pace at a later stage is required. That is, it was found that the second half face should be faster based on the half distance. In addition, in each section of the first half, it is necessary to develop a race pace suitable for the average speed level for each individual section. Therefore, it is considered that the fitness training program that can maintain the early race and the training program that can cope with changes in pace after the second half should be applied.

Business organization have developed in close association with the society afterward. Moreover, under capitalism business archives, though they are created in private sector, have started to have public characteristics and be used in public domain beyond internal use in business organization. Records and Archives management at a corporate level increasingly become indispensible. Business organization can use archive management to improve job efficiency and customer service and to facilitate legal matters, marketing, advertising, property management, personnel management and publicity. Additionally, They can secure corporate identity and social reliability as well as transparency in management. This is turn helps secure corporate competitiveness to play as a medium for creating new profit, which will enhance corporate brands. The records and Archives management, which recently kicks off among business organization, are to collect scattered archives and seek systemic management through archives management systems. This study present ways to collect archives scattered before archives management systems were adopted according to archives management. As a prior investigation, the scope and characteristics of business archives are defined. Visit to business organization to collect data and interview with officials responsible were carried out as a preliminary investigation to conduce acquisition policy. Based on the results of the investigation, acquisition policy of Meritz was conducted. into internal and external collection activities, event collection activities. Value appraisal and display appraisal of archives were established as a appraisal policy for efficient management and utilization of collected business archives. This study takes the case of Metitz Fire & Marine Insurance Co, Ltd (Meritz) as a example to present ways to manage business archives specifically.

Since the opening of Joseon in 1876, the photographic records of the late Joseon Dynasty and the period of the Korean Empire exist more than expected, considering the technological level and the social situations at that time. Photographs related to Korea can be distributed in various forms, such as illustrations of books printed to introduce Korea to Western society, plates of graphic journalism like newspapers or magazines, vintage prints, photo-postcards, stereo-photographs, card-type photographs, and lantern slides. There are still a great deal left in various archives of the Europe, America, Japan and Korea. According to related researchers, Korean-related photographs taken between 1863 and 1910, since Koreans were first photographed, were at least 3,000 to 4,000 cuts and the photo postcards issued was 25,000. It is said that most of them exist. This paper categorizes two ways of producing and distributing photographic records related to Korea, which were early modern times. The subjects of the photographs are clearly Korea or Koreans, but most of the producers of these photographs were Westerners and Japanese, who were imperial servants of imperialism. In the case of photography, there is a great possibility of distortion of the facts depending on the needs or perspectives of the producers. In order to correct the distortion, not only the contents of the photograph but also the intention of the producer, the production and the communication status should be grasped. This is because the problem of reading photograph records accurately and fairly in an age where there is no real experience is the cornerstone for understanding modern Korea correctly and broadly studying the Modern History of Korea.

2007년 매출2006년 대비 2882%증가,수주액 3148% 증가라는 대기록을 남긴 곳이 있다. 바로 (주)한성종합기술단건측사사무소(대표 김황평). 한성종합기술단은 지난해 약 151억6876만원의 매출을 기록해 2006년 5억2627만원 대비 무려 2882%가 증가하는 실적을 남겼다. 주로 ESCO분야 보안등과 냉난방교체사업을 추진하던 한성종합기술단이 지난해 2월 신재생에너지사업부를신설하면서 적극적인 영업활동을 통해 이 같은 매출 신장을 이뤄낸 것. 한성종합기술단을 찾아 지난해 실적과 올해 사업계획에 대해 들어봤다.

근접장 초해상 기술 중 대표적인 Super-RENS (Super Resolution Near Field Structure) 기술을 이용하여 25GB 용량의 BD(Blu-ray Disc) 다음 세대로 예상되는 100 ${\sim}$ 200 GB 용량의 Media 및 기록 재생 기기를 개발하고자 한다. 현재까지 이 기술의 어려움이었던 Stability 특성은 10만회 재생 내구성을 확인하엿고 CNR (신호 대 잡음 비) 특성은 50 nm 미세 마크에 대하여 40 dB의 특성을 확보 하였다. 이 특성은 대략 75 GB에 대응하는 것으로 BD System을 그대로 사용하면서 달성한 세계 최고의 기록 밀도로 평가된다. 향후 과제는 Jitter. Error Rate등 실제 신호 특성의 확보로서, 이의 확보를 통하여 기술의 상품화 가능성이 확인될 것이다.
