The purpose of the study is to evaluate Korean Records Management Metadata Standard with special emphasis on the contextual elements in their implementation aspect, and to provide the direction of the Standard revision for improving the metadata quality of RMS developed by National Archives of Korea. The present paper begins with comparing RMS data and the Standard elements, and examines the problems of current accumulation practices of contextual metadata elements in the RMS. Finally it makes some suggestions concerning the Standard revision as well as RMS function upgrade.

National construction project for SOC(Social Overhead Capital) is led by the government and invested high cost and all capabilities for long times. In general case the life times of SOC facilities are permanently. According to the long life time of the facilities documents and records of national projects are also retained permanently. Consistent classification systems are required to operation and maintenance of the facilities efficiently and to support the organic co-works for several Stakeholders. Therefore the classification of national construction projects are based on WBS of the project. WBS is the hierarchy structure that established and developed in project management project management methodology to produce deliverables of the projects. As a result, this study provides a prospect of project records classification systems in the 21st Century.

As the network and electronic devices have been developed rapidly, the influences the web exerts on our daily lives have been increasing. Information created on the web has been playing more and more essential role as the important records which reflect each era. So there is a strong demand to archive information on the web by a standardized method. One of the methods is the snapshot strategy, which is crawling the web contents periodically using automatic software. But there are two problems in this strategy. First, it can harvest the same and duplicate contents and it is also possible that meaningless and useless contents can be crawled due to complex IT skills implemented on the web. In this paper, we will categorize the problems which can emerge when crawling web contents using snapshot strategy and present the possible solutions to settle the problems through the technical aspects by crawling the web contents in the public institutions.

Hongdong Herstory in an narrative-based archival activities. This Herstory Workshop designed by a facilitator who is using her love for language and storytelling to empower all voices. Herstory Workshop has been opened at winter every year for a month. The place where the workshop opened is located at farming area. Hongdong Herstory Workshop has been the field where the members of the community having a talk together. 20 women have been participated at the Herstory Workshop. Herstory projects have been published every year. This essay is an trial for rearchiving the herstory projects. This essay focused on the narrative function of archives.

Archival Objects are defined as objects having historical, aesthetic, and artistic value as well as archival value created and used with a particular purpose in business process. Increasingly, many countries including Canada, Australia, China are recognized the importance of Archival Objects and designated them as national records. In Korea, Archival Objects are involved in national records through '2006 Plan for the Archives and Records Management Reform'. So National Archives and Records Service provided a foothold for comprehensive plan of national records management including Archival Objects. And also, by revising Records and Archives Management Act in 2007, National Archives and Records Service declared aggressive will to management Archival Objects. Until now, Objects held in public institution were easy to be damaged because definition or scope of Archival Objects was ambiguous and management system for material character wasn't exist. Even though the revised Records and Archives Management Act suggest definition and declare the responsibility of management, management system focused on various shape and material of objects need to be established. So this study has defined Archival Objects shortly and carried out a research 5 institutions on the actual management condition. By researching the result of institution survey, Records and Archives Management Act and actual Records Management System, we could find some problems. In solving these problems, We provide objects management process in the order capture ${\rightarrow}$ register ${\rightarrow}$ description ${\rightarrow}$ preservation ${\rightarrow}$ use${\rightarrow}$disposition. In addition, close cooperation between records center and museum of institution should be established for the unitive management at national level. This study has significance in introducing a base to manage Archival Objects systematically. By studying more, we hope to advance in management of valuable Archival Objects.

In this paper, we propose a design of CCTV enlcosure record management system based on blockchain. Since CCTV video records are transferred to the control center through enclosure, it is very important to manage the enclosure to prevent modulation and damage of the video records. Recently, a smart enclosure monitoring system with real-time remote monitoring and opening and closing state management functions is used to manage CCTV enclosures, but there is a limitation to securing the safety of CCTV video records. The proposed system detect modulated record and recover the record through hash value comparison by distributed stored record in the blockchain. In addition, the integrity verification API is provided to ensure the integrity of enclosure record received by the management server. In order to verify the effectiveness of the system, the integrity verification accuracy and elapsed time were measured through experiments. As a result, the integrity of enclosure record (accuracy: 100%) was confirmed, and it was confirmed that the elapsed time for verification (average: 73 ms) did not affect monitoring.

증강현실(AR)이란, 현실의 이미지나 배경에 3차원 가상 이미지를 입혀 실시간으로 출력되는 컴퓨터 그래픽 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 AR 서비스를 이용한 여행 기록 애플리케이션을 제안한다. 현재 제공되는 서비스에서는 장소에 대해 제공하는 정보가 매우 한정적이다. 따라서 공유 커뮤니티를 형성할 수 있도록 하여 다양한 정보를 전달하고 직접적인 시각 자료를 제공받을 수 있는 애플리케이션이 필요하다고 생각하여 기획하게 되었다. ReactNative와 SpringBoot를 사용하며, MySQL을 이용하여 데이터를 저장한다. Google Map API를 활용하여 사용자가 기록하고자 하는 장소에 대한 위도와 경도 정보를 받을 수 있도록 하며, AR 기능은 Unity로 구현하였다. AR을 포함한 혼합 현실 서비스를 제공하여 사용자들이 본인의 경험에만 의존하는 것이 아닌 풍부한 몰입력과 현장감을 통해 보다 가시적이고 생생한 다이어리 기록을 만들 수 있다.

The study aims to develop and verify evaluation factors and items for assessing the quality when digitizing intangible cultural heritage record information resources. To derive evaluation areas and factors, the study analyzes the digitalization cases of the National Intangible Heritage Center and International Information and Networking Centre for Intangible Cultural Heritage in the Asia-Pacific region (ICHCAP) under the auspices of UNESCO, along with digitalization-related guidelines, National Archives of Korea standards, and previous studies. Afterward, to select the importance of evaluation factors and items developed, the study conducted a survey on working-level officials of intangible cultural heritage-related organizations and those working on digitalization, and established an allocation system based on the selected importance. Furthermore, the study performed a pilot evaluation by applying it to a digitalized intangible cultural heritage record information resources and conducted a focus group interview (FGI) to verify the results of the evaluation. Through the evaluation factors and items developed in this study, the agency can objectify the deficiencies of digitalization at a glance and use them as basic data by practitioners in the future.

지난해 11월 대입수학능력시험이 치러지고 대입전형이 시작되면서 다양한 입시 관련 정보를 제공하는 사이트들의 트래픽이 대폭 상승했다. 전에 비해 신입생 전형제도가 복잡해지면서 다양한 입시 관련 사이트들이 자세한 입시정보 서비스와 채점 서비스, 지원대학 정보등의 각종 부가 서비스를 제공 하고 있어 수험생과 학부모의 큰 인기를 끌었던것으로 분석된다. 디지털대성학원은 순방문자수가 10월 36만명에서 11월 90만명으로 2배이상 증가했으며, 전체 순위도 10월 823위에서 11월 425위로 400위 이상 큰 폭으로 상승했다. 이밖에도 씨스쿨, 에듀피아가 각각 전월대비 46만명, 36만명이 증가한 99만명, 105만명을 기록했다.

환자의 생체신호 측정 및 관찰, 영상 위생 등을 포함하는 직접간호는 간호사들의 총 간호활동 시간 중 내과는 48%, 외과는 40% 로 간호사들의 업무 부담이 되고 있다. 또한 의료기관에서 사용되는 의료기기들은 여러 회사에서 구매하여 사용되기 때문에 각 회사마다 상이한 프로토콜을 가지고 있어 하나의 시스템으로 생체신호를 모으기가 쉽지 않다. 따라서 여러 장비에서 생체신호를 실시간으로 취득하여 통합 관리할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 통해 간호사의 직접간호 업무량을 줄여 간호사의 근무환경 개선뿐만 아니라 중증환자의 경우 환자 생체신호에 대한 실시간 원격감시가 가능하고 환자에게서 발생된 모든 생체신호가 데이터베이스 시스템으로 기록관리 됨으로 인해 환자의 생체 신호에 대한 이력 추적관리가 가능함으로써, 양질의 의료 서비스가 가능한 환자케어시스템을 개발하고자 한다.
