  • Recently, a topic of Archival Science can be said 'paradigm shift'. Therefore, this study aims to establish a relationship between oral record and Archival Science through concept of the archiving 'social memory' related to paradigm shift of Archival Science. In addition, an active role theory by an archivist as main agent of archival oral record management reflecting the characteristics of oral record based on this will be supported. Especially, even if it has already been handled through previous studies, it will be focused on drawing new meaning by applying creative perspective. Main content of this study is as follows. Firstly, discussion will be progressed by establishing the concept of the archiving 'social memory'. This is related to the topic of 'paradigm shift' in the Archival Science. Despite that active research has been conducted among mainly archival researchers overseas, it has not been handled yet in Korea. Therefore, this study aims to determine to organize this part as detail purpose. Secondly, the point will be progressed with a special focus on collecting and planning stages among the stages of records management. A viewpoint of the Archival Science should start from the stage of collecting and planning the previous record of production point of time, and then should be reflected for acknowledging the subsequent stages. Therefore, collecting and planning are the most important, and this is closely connected with a characteristic of oral record which production means collecting. Thirdly, the concept of 'oral record' is established with the viewpoint of the Archival Science. The various documents have been producted through oral interview has been known to many oral history researchers as 'oral source'. It aims to conceptualize them as 'oral record' with the viewpoint of the Archival Science. Fourthly, it is an establishment of meaning why oral history should be handled in the Archival Science. It is necessary to rationalize the purpose and its appropriateness handling oral history in the Archival Science. It should clarify the reason why oral history is important in the Archival Science and what it means. This will help examine the meaning of the recording of 'oral record.' A characteristic of the oral record can be effectively revealed through the recording, and ultimately, it aims to be able to shed new light on the value of oral history and oral record. Finally, it defines the role of archivist in oral history. A point that archivist in oral history is not just an assistant who organizes and preserves oral records collected by researchers will be emphasized and persuaded. In this study, oral history study in the Archival Science which has obtained appropriateness by the theoretical discussion as above should be conducted in a connection with other studies without occupying oral history by the Archival Science and in a direction of the leap of Korean oral history study. If this is possible, it will contribute to development of the Archival Science and of study area expansion, enhancement of the role and potential of archivist, at the same time, eventually it will positively influence on oral history study.

  • As interest in private records began to develop in the research of archivists, discussions began about the value of private records and how to collect and manage private records from the standpoint of archivists. After that, the conceptual discussion on community archives, from the point of view of the community, collecting and preserving their own records, and the democratization of records and the sovereignty of records are discussed. As a result of this trend, maeul making projects were started in each region, and citizen archivists appeared who do archives activities. and research on the role and system of public institutions to support them and community archives. Recently, as research on regional record activities has begun, the current status of education and activities in each region is being announced. in addition archives education programs are being actively conducted nationwide to train citizen archivists. The purpose of this thesis is to find out their identity of their, in order to cultivate sustainable citizen archivists and to suggest the direction the citizen archivists training program should pursue. First, we consider that the educational goal of citizen archivists training program is to train citizen archivists who practice the knowledge learned through education, and examine the identity of 'citizen archivist', the goal of training education. In this study, local archivists are regarded as local members who engage in archiving activities based on their locality, and they are judged to be the main actors and core beings in building community archives. Also the activities of citizen archivists are viewed as active and subjective beings that realize 'Archival autonomy' by implementing 'Archival autonomy'. In addition, it analyzes the cases of researchable citizen archivist training programs in Korea that were conducted to foster local archivists and examines the current situation. Finally, the direction of citizen archivists training program for cultivating citizen archivists is presented. In this paper, I think that the citizen archivists training program should be designed as a curriculum to parctice the education goal, not as public program.

  • Traditionally, the concept of transfer is that physical records such as paper documents, videos, photos are made a delivery to Archives or Records centers on the basis of transfer guidelines. But, with the automation of records management environment and spreading new records creation and management applications, we can create records and manage them in the cyberspace. In these reasons, the existing transfer system is that we move filed records to Archives or Records centers by paper boxes, needs to be changed. Under the needing conditions of a new transfer paradigm, the fact that the revision of Records Act that include some provisions about electronic records management and transfer, is desirable and proper. Nevertheless, the electronic transfer provisions are too conceptional to apply records management practice, so we have to develop detailed methods and processes. In this context, this paper suggest that a electronic records transfer process model on the basis of international standard and foreign countries' cases. Doing transfer records is one of the records management courses to use valuable records in the future. So, both producer and archive have to transfer records itself and context information to long-term preservation repository according to the transfer guidelines. In the long run, transfer comes to be the conclusion that records are moved to archive by a formal transfer process with taking a proper records protection steps. To accomplish these purposes, I analyzed the 'OAIS Reference Model' and 'Producer-Archive Interface Methodology Abstract Standard-CCSDS Blue Book' which is made by CCSDS(Consultative committee for Space Data Systems). but from both the words of 'Reference Model' and 'Standard', we can understand that these standard are not suitable for applying business practice directly. To solve this problem, I also analyzed foreign countries' transfer cases. Through the analysis of theory and case, I suggest that an Electronic Records Transfer Process Model which is consist of five sub-process that are 'Ingest prepare ${\rightarrow}$ Ingest ${\rightarrow}$ Validation ${\rightarrow}$ Preservation ${\rightarrow}$ Archival storage' and each sub-process also have some transfer elements. Especially, to confirm the new process model's feasibility, after classifying two types - one is from Public Records center to Public Archive, the other is from Civil Records center to Public or Civil Archive - of Korean Transfer, I made the new Transfer Model applied to the two types of transfer cases.

  • This paper focused on documentaries and for specific places and described the documentary shooting methodology from the perspective of a Cinematographer. 'Old Seoul Station' and 'DSME' (DAEWOO Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd.) are monumental spaces that reflect the value of Korea modernization and are shared by Koreans' collective memories, unconsciousness, and unique feelings for the place. 'Old Seoul Station' has changed its place identity to a new space called "Culture Station Seoul 284." 'DSME' is a large-scale industrial complex that still functions actively, and it is like an organism that seeks to change according to changes in its industrial structure. and observe and record images of space related to place identity and the people related to it. It shows the construction of staring into a space in a particular place and continuously recording and placing moments of experience, such as the appearance of people working and resting. If it is not recorded through this, it allows us to see intangible narratives related to volatile place identity, and enables specific place experiences through theaters. This study focuses on production theory based on examples of documentary filming methods for these specific places.

  • Suk Dang Kim Sangjeong (1722-1788) was one of the Big Three Noron literati of the mid-18th century, and is an author worth taking note of in that he expressed the duty to pursue the Qin-Han gomoon-ron (古文論) more clearly and radically than anyone else. The literary debates that unfolded in the letters he exchanged with Ahn Doje (安道濟) and Sin Daejeon (申大傳) are the clues that may explain the continual development of Qin-Han gomoon-ron within Joseon. His gomoon-ron is a self-reflection of the Dang-Song gomoon-ron that continued as tradition in the Noron literati after Kim Changhyeop (金昌協), and also reflects his literary and periodical confidence. At the same time, he also makes a distinction with Qin-Han gomoon-ron set forth by the Seven Masters literature from the Ming Dynasty (前後七子) in that he takes precautions against plagiarism and emulation. It has rarely been shown that his sentences plagiarize and excessively cite the classics, or that he abstrusely elaborates sentences. He sorted through things of value worth recording and cleanly reenacted them based on the scenes and conversations, further, delivered applicable normative lessons through allegoric writing. This may be discussed as the portions that are possessed by the Qin-Han gomoon-ron that he pursued, and particularly that have the esthetic and contact point of historical prose. Kim Sangjeong's writing pursued the Qin-Han gomoon-ron of a prior era, and though distinguishable from authors of difficult writings, possesses unique characteristics that make it distinct from the Dang-Song gomoon-ron that focuses on argument. The direction of Kim Sangjeong's antiquarianism seeks after imperial loyalty, and is mutually intelligible with the artistic discourse of the Noron Cheongryu literati such as Lee Yunyeong, Kim Sangsuk, Lee Insang, and Hong Naksun who preferred archaeological finds and classical prose. While their literary tastes are a reflection of their conservative worldviews, they may also have been utilized as a foundation supporting their lives which were devoted to literature.

  • Lots of cultures, memories, histories of the local life have disappeared. Some sectors of universities and religion have keep their records in manuscript archive only. On the other hand records of public sectors were at least able to be managed by the records management law. Citizen's groups and academic bounds were also roles to get public records strong. However can we just describe whole body with only public records? As records management law a record of private sector which has value of preserving can be managed under national protection. Yet establishment of local archive is not obligate. Only stressing on public records is like what dictatorial government acted in past years. It is what we ignore diversity and request of community. We need to move our view that we have focused on public and central sectors to private and local sectors. Local records management based on locality could help to complete the entire puzzle. The way complete the puzzle is various and wide spheres including from cultural space to being extinct village. Locality is defined as the property in certain area or distinctiveness of locals. Establishing production strategies is as important as collecting records produced over the past years for local archiving. Local archiving has to be regionally conducted in phase. Moreover common wealth and recognition of communities are reflected in the acquisition process. In next to archiving local organizations and private records according to collection policy, methodology on local archiving needs for archive management and use in various public and private fields. This methodology could be possible by building a local archive networking tool. It is true that Local archiving is not familiar and clear yet. If we can turn the effort for public records we have made to endeavor for private sectors, we might expect big fruits in private sectors. We easily emphasis on globalization or internationalization, our daily lives start on our villages. Setting aside our small communities, such a puzzle of the whole would never be completed. This is good time to begin finding lost puzzle for future. The key that can find lost puzzles be held in archiving localities.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' conceptions and conceptual types on molecular kinetic theory of gases. Data was collected by a series of semi-structured and in-depth interviews, and has been analyzed. This study showed that the students came to science classes with various prior conceptions of many disciplinary topics. Their conceptual types of their prior knowledge were distinguished as superficial terms-speaking, partial sense-making, and causal sense-making by the degrees of organization and elaboration of conceptual networks. These conceptual types had influence on the ways students understand and think of science, a stability of their conceptions, a tendency to distinguish school science from everyday science, and building a meaning of concept in contexts. It was referred that the students didn't have proper understanding on the nature of scientific knowledge and had been limited their participations as active learners. Therefore, in order for students to experience conceptual change, they must have opportunities of manifesting their own thinking, taking part in discussions, and promoting their motivations and metacognition of knowing and learning science.

  • Shim Dae-Yoon's ChunChuSaJeonSokJeon presented a new direction of the study about ChunChu in Chosun dynasty. It broke the rigid frame for the study about ChunChu in Chosun dynasty and was an experimental challenge trying to interpret ChunChu based on the view of Post-Neo-Confucian. This study is to identify the nature of the Shim Dae-Yoon's interpretation about ChunChu based on the view of Post-Neo-Confucian and to analyze his analytical methodology. Shim Dae-Yoon's interpretation about ChunChu, first of all, newly identified its nature beyond existing Confucian approach. Second, it attempted to approach to the true nature of ChunChu criticizing existing Confucian interpretation as well as differentiating its interpretation methodology. In this approach, Shim Dae-Yoon highlighted the realistic value of ChunChu focusing on the objectivity as a record instead of the absoluteness as a classical text. His study about ChunChu can be evaluated as a significant role in the intellectual history setting up a Post-Neo-Confucian foundation for the study about ChunChu though it failed to structure a complete theoretical frame.
