In this study, the effects of science achievement faculties improvements upon students' logical thinking, science inquiry skills, experiment attitudes, manipulated skills and inquiry process skills were investigated in high school inquiry chemistry experiments. For this purpose, the participants were 150 students taking the course of high school chemistry class in Anyang-city. Logical thinking and science inquiry skills' data were collected from written tests, inquiry process skills' data were collected from reports and experiment attitudes and manipulated skills' data were collected from classroom observations. As the results of this study, students' inquiry process skills, experiment attitudes and manipulative skills were very low. But other parts except inquiry process skills were significantly increased. And the science achievement of students were improved when continuously inquiry chemistry experiment were applied to students.

In this study, the physical, mechanical, structural, and environmental performances based on field measured data were evaluated to check the suitability of concrete for ecological preservation and cultivation of a hydrophilic environment. More specifically, the study is focused on developing an environmentally friendly functional concrete with river ecology restoration and natural river early formation capabilities. The mechanical performance evaluation results showed that the increase in mix rate of the PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) reinforcement fibers and silica fume caused an increase in the strength. The optimal mix rate was found to be 0.05 volume % PVA fiber and approximately 10% silica fume. The frost resistance evaluation showed that superior performance was gained when 0.05 volume % PVA fiber and 15% silica fume was mixed simultaneously. In the structural performance evaluation, the bending strength was improved by 47.7% compared to plain concrete when mixed with 0.05 volume % PVA fiber. The flexural toughness also saw significant improvement. The environmental monitoring of field performance showed that grasses germinated most rapidly, but the growth of red poppies, a plant that germinates in the spring, was most active with passing of time. Coverage measurements in all of the monitoring locations found favorable coverage of over 95% after 12 weeks. The study results showed that the environmentally friendly functional concrete had outstanding environmental performance.

시사일러스트레이션은 80년대 이후 인쇄매체의 다양화로 인하여 매우 활발하게 적용되어지고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 시사일러스트레이션의 경우 시각적 커뮤니케이션 매체로서의 기능을 독립적으로 발휘하지 못하고, 아직도 과거의 일러스트레이션과 같이 텍스트의 복조역활을 하고 있거나 또는 지면을 장식해주는 단순한 그래픽 적 요소로서의 역할만 하는 경우가 많이 있다. 현재 시사 매거진의 주당 발행 부수가 70여만에 이른다는 점을 감안할 때 그 역할이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있으므로, 본 논문에서는 그 동안 일러스트레이션의 평가가“잘 그렸다”,“못 그렸다”는 식의 평가방식을 벗어나 가능한 한 학술적인 근거를 갖는 평가 기준을 세워 보고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두었다. 평가의 기준으로서는 우선 일러스트레이션을 시각적 정보전달 매체로서의 기능적 측면이 될 수 있는“소통 성(Communicability)”과 모든 시각적 조형예술작품의 경우와 마찬가지로 그의“조형성(Shape-Quality)”측면에서 검토가 가능하도록 하여“유사성 문제”,“가시적 특징 파악의 문제”그리고“객관성 문제”등 8가지의 기준을 세워보고자 하는 데에 그 의의를 두고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usability of the tablet PC-based Korean high-tech AAC(Augmentative Alternative Communication System) software. In order to develop an AAC software which is appropriate to Korean cultural/linguistic contexts and communication needs of the users, we examined the necessity and ease of use for the communication functions that are required in native Korean communication, such as polite expressions, tense expressions, negative expressions, subject-verb auto-matching, and automatic sentence generation functions, using a scenario-based user testing. We also investigated the users' needs, preferences, and satisfaction for the tablet PC-based Korean high tech AAC using a semi-structured and open questionnaires. The participants of this study were 9 special education teachers, 6 speech therapists, and 6 parents whose children had communication disabilities. The results of the usability testing of the tablet PC-based Korean high-tech AAC software presented positive responses in general, by indicating overall scores of above 4 out of 5 except in tense and negative expressions. The necessity and ease of use in the tense and negative expressions were evaluated relatively low, and it might be related to the inconsistent interface with the polite expressions. In terms of the user interface(UI), there were users' needs for clear visual feedback in the symbol selection and display, consistent interface for all functions, more natural subject-verb auto-matching, and spacing in the text within symbols. The results of the usability testing and users' feedback might serve as a guideline to compensate and improve the function and UI of the existing AAC software.

Softwares, especially like machine learning applications, affect human's life style tremendously. Accordingly, the importance of the cost model for softwares increases rapidly. As cost models, LOC(Line of Code) and M/M(Man-Month) estimates the quantitative aspects of the software. Differently from them, FP(Function Point) focuses on estimating the functional characteristics of software. FP is efficient in the aspect that it estimates qualitative characteristics. FP, however, has a limit for evaluating machine learning softwares because FP does not evaluate the critical factors of machine learning software. In this paper, we propose an extended function point(ExFP) that extends FP to adopt hyper parameter and the complexity of its optimization as the characteristics of the machine learning applications. In the evaluation reflecting the characteristics of machine learning applications. we reveals the effectiveness of the proposed ExFP.

중장년자에서는 생활습관에 의한 질병이 대부분인 바 그 주요 원인인 생활습관은 산소소모가 공통적인데도 불구하고 이를 근거로 한 기능관리는 건강관리 측면에서 취급된 바 없다. 띠리사 기능관리에 의한 건강관리의 예로써 생활습관의 평가와 고나리에 있어서의 기상계 호흡기능검사의 역할을 소개하고 기능관리에 의한 건강관리, 건강상태를 이용한 건강관리, 일반호흡기능검사의 의의와 한계, 새로 개발된 기상계 호흡기능검사 지표의 의의, 건강정도로 본 건강관리를 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문은 산사태 감지 및 붕괴예측을 위한 현장에 USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network)을 적용한 실시간 모니터링 시스템 모델을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 성능을 검증하기 위해 USN기반의 상시모니터링시스템모델을 제작하고 실험적 평가를 수행하였다. 성능평가는 지표변위 센서모듈 동작특성 실험적 평가, USN은 Data 수집 전송 효율성 실험적 평가, 개발한 상시감시모니터링 프로그램 동작성능 실험적 평가 등을 수행하였다. 성능평가 결과 지표변위 측정센서모듈은 변위각도에 일치성을 확인하고, USN은 지표변위 센서모듈로부터 측정된 Data를 상시모니터링시스템에 오류 없이 전송되는지를 확인하였으며, 개발한 상시모니터링 프로그램 동작기능은 실시간 모니터링 그래프, 임계동작 알고리즘, 위험성 통보 문자서비스(SMS)기능, 알람서비스기능, 현장 감시카메라 등 동작기능의 우수성을 실험으로 증명하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 산사태 감지 예측을 위한 USN기반 실시간 모니터링 시스템 모델은 산사태위험성노출 지역에 원격 실시간 모니터링 시스템으로 널리 사용될 것으로 사료된다.

본 논문에서는 단일광자방출 전산화 단층촬영영사(SPECT)을 이용하여 심근의 기능을 보다 쉽고 정확하게 평가하기 위해 반자동 분할 및 정량적 데이터를 시각화하는 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 먼저 반자동 분할에서는 환자영상에서 보여지듯이 심근 기능이 저하되어 부분적으로 심근이 불연속적으로 나타나는 영상에서도 내.외벽의 외각을 연속성을 가지고 견고하게 분리할 수 있도록 사용자가 간단히 조작할 수 있는 반자동 분리 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 또한 내.외벽으로 분리된 외곽선들을 이용하여 측정한 지역적 모션 데이터를 사용자가 보다 이해하기 쉽도록 Bull's eye 그래프를 이용하여 가시화하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 반자동 분할 및 정량적 데이터의 시각화 인터페이스는 환자의 심근에 대한 기능 영상처럼 분석이 어려운 영상에서도 보다 견고하고 정확한 평가를 할 수 있도록 해준다.

최근 논란이 되고 있는 새만금간척사업에 대한 환경영향평가서를 최초 작성할 당시는 갯벌의 가치를 사업의 편익에 포함시키지 않았으나, 이후 환경단체에서는 새롭게 부각된 갯벌의 기능과 가치를 포함시켜 경제성 분석을 다시 할 것을 주장하였다. 이 자료에서는 지금까지 발표된 갯벌과 논의 가치 비교와 새만금사업의 경제성 분석을 검토하였다. 갯벌의 가치에 대하여 금전적인 평가를 한다는 것은 주관적인 요소가 개입하게 되므로 여전히 학자 간에도 의견이 일치하지 않으며 경제성 분석에 포함할 항목에 대해서도 합의가 이루어지고 있지 않아서 일반인에게는 매우 혼란스럽기만 한다. 새만금사업환경영향공동조사단의 공동조사에서는 우리나라 최초로 갯벌의 정화능력 실험과 설문조사를 통한 갯벌의 가치 평가를 시도하였다. 그러나 연구자가 검토한 결과 새만금사업 편익 총액의 51%를 차지하는 국토확장효과가 과대하게 평가되고 농산물 증산액과 논의 공익가치 역시 과대하게 평가되어 경제성 평가를 왜곡시켰다고 판단된다. 갯벌의 기능과 가치에 대한 평가는 앞으로 객관적인 연구결과에 의존해야 하며 환경학계의 검증을 거치는 작업이 필요하다고 본다.

The paper evaluated the effects of port hinterlands and suggested the policies to improve them in Korea. The results of evaluation indicated that it is difficult for the effects to be evaluated so good. It seems that a lot of efforts should be made to make port hinterlands carry out their own functions well, in that, in particular, they have had so bad effects in carrying out such functions as production, international trade, and city. Policy actions were suggested including reduction of rent, strengthening international logistics networks, and governmental funding etc.
