수술 전 간 기능이 저하되어 있는 간암환자의 경우 너무 많은 간 조직을 절제하면 남아있는 조직의 기능만으로는 생존하기 어려울 때가 있다 그러므로 수술전 간 기능의 평가를 정확히 할 수 있고 간절제 후에 잔여세포의 기능을 정확히 측정하는 것은 매우 중요한 의미를 갖게 된다. 현재의 일반적인 간 기능 검사나 Indocyanine 등을 이용하는 방법으로는 수술 후 잔여 간세포의 기능을 예측할 수 없다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 수학적 deconvolution 방법을 이용하여 Hepatic extraction fraction(HEF)를 구하여 수술 후 잔여 간세포의 기능을 정량적으로 예측할 수 있는 software를 개발하고자 한다. 그리하여 간암 환자의 수술여부 및 절제부위의 크기를 결정할 수 있으며 또한 HEF로 신생아 황달의 원인인 간염과 간담도 폐쇄를 식별할 수 있다.

ATM 통신망에서 멀티미디어/하이퍼미디어 응용 서비스를 제공하기 위한 통신 기능을 분석하고 프로토콜 기능 구조를 제안한다. 멀티미디어 응용 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위해서는 개별 정보 매체 흐름을 각각 지원할 수 있는 다수의 연결을 설정, 유지, 해제할 수 있는 다중연결 관리 기능이 있어야 하며, 하이퍼미디어 정보 구조를 지원하기 위해서는 해당 정보 매체의 흐름을 위한 연결을 동적으로 신속히 추가, 삭제할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 기능 구조에서는 ATM 통신망이 제공하는 광대역 전달 기능 및 통신망 관리, 제어 기능을 충분히 활용하고, 추가적인 기능을 상위 프로토콜로 구현함으로써 효율적인 멀티미디어/하이퍼미디어 응용 서비스 제공이 이루어지도록 한다.

본 논문에서는 대전력 150KVA급의 mash seam 용접기에 용접 센터링등 여러 가지 용접 효율 향상을 위한 부가 장치를 포함한 용접장치 개발을 통한 용접품질 분석결과를 보이고 있다. 일반적으로 제철소에 사용되는 수100KVA급의 용접기들은 그동안 전량 수입에 의존하던 것을 공동연구론 통해서 국산화에 성공하였다. 본 시스템은 기존의 타사제품의 기능을 포함하여 용접 센터링 장치, 용접 전후단의 크램핑기능, 선후행 코일의 선단부를 절단하는 shearing 기능, 용접 휠높이 자동조절기능을 포함하였으며, 자체 설계된 대전력용 변압기, 대전력 절환용 thyristor 제어들을 포함한 용접기로써 기존의 타사제품에 비하여 기능적, 성능적으로 향상된 형태로써 용접성능 검사에서도 양호한 결과 얻었다. 본 논문에서는 mash seam 용접기의 기본적인 기능설명과 개발된 용접기를 기능별로 설명하고, POSCO 현장적용 결과를 간략히 소개한다.

The purpose of this study was to confirm the characteristics of released prisoners through demographic and sociological variables and to investigate the effects of childhood traumatic experiences on family functioning and the mediating effects of anger expression method. For this purpose, Korea Rehabilitation Agency were selected and finally 400 released prisoners were analyzed. As a result, it appeared that anger expression method played a role of mediating variable when childhood trauma experience affects family functioning. Childhood trauma experience not only directly affects family functioning, but indirectly affects family functioning through anger expression method and the anger expression method played a role as partial mediating variable. Based on the results of this study, we emphasized the need for intervention and education for anger expression method in psychological counseling interventions to improve family functioning as a way to suppress the second offense of released prisoners with childhood abuse experience.

Metabolic network is composed of more than thousands of metabolic reactions. Therefore, understanding of metabolic behavior of microorganisms is required to engineer metabolism of microorganisms. In this paper, we employed ARACNE (Algorithm for the Reconstruction of Accurate Cellular Networks) to quantify relationships among metabolic subpathways. The results showed that ARACNE analysis can give new insight into the study of bacterial metabolism.

현재 WWW(World Wide Web), 사무 자동화 시스템(Office Information System), 전자 도서관(Digital Library) 등의 빠른 발전으로 인하여 정보가 기하급수적으로 증가하였다. 이러한 방대한 양의 정보를 처리하기 위하여 많은 인터넷 기반의 문서 표준들이 출현하였고, 대표적으로 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)이 차세대 인터넷 전자 문서의 표준으로 많은 곳에 응용되고 있다. 이에 따라 XML 문서의 정보들을 효율적이고 정확하게 저장하고 이용, 검색 할 수 있는 기능을 요구되어졌다. 현재 대부분의 연구들은 XML 문서에 대한 구조적인 정보만을 저장하고 검색하는 기능만을 지원 할 뿐 검색된 결과에 대한 재사용이나 재구성에 대한 기능의 제공은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 검색기들이 제공하는 XML 문서에 대한 구조적인 검색 기능을 확장하여 XML 문서를 보다 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 새로운 색인 기법을 제안하고, 데이터베이스 내에 저장된 XML문서에 대해 구조적인 검색과 이것을 바탕으로 문서를 재구성하고 재사용하는 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 새로운 질의어(TQL)을 설계하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate secondary science teachers' brain activation and functional connectivity during scientific observation on the biological phenomena. Twenty six right-handed healthy science teachers volunteered to be in the present study. To investigate science teachers' brain activities during the tasks, 3.0T fMRI system with block design was used to measure BOLD signals in their brains. The SPM2 software package was applied to analyze the acquired initial image data from the fMRI system. The results have shown that the left inferior frontal gyrus, the bilateral superior parietal lobule, the left inferior parietal lobule, the left precuneus, the left superior occipital gyrus, the right middle occipital gyrus, the right precuneus, the left inferior occipital gyrus and bilateral fusiform gyrus were significantly activated during participants' scientific observation. The network model consisted of eleven nodes (ROIs) and its ten connections. These results suggested the notion that scientific observation needs a connective cooperation among several brain regions associated with observing over just a sensory receiving process.

Photographs and illustrations are integral parts of current science textbooks' inscriptions. This study analysed and compared the function and structure of photographs and illustrations used in high school earth science textbooks of the 6th and 7th national curriculum. The findings of the function analysis showed that 'illustrative' function was far superior to other functions in terms of frequency and ratio. The illustrative function varied more in the 7th curriculum textbooks, especially in earth science I. 'Explanatory' and 'complementary' functions, which were relatively ignored in the 6th curriculum, significantly increased in the 7th curriculum textbooks. 'Decorative' function increased on the whole. The results of the structure analysis revealed that indexical reference remarkably decreased in the 7th curriculum textbooks, which means the retrogression of co-deployment with main text. 'Multiple' organized photographs and illustrations significantly increased in the 7th curriculum textbooks, while 'pair' and 'series' organization did not show an increase at all. It was suggested in this study that 'inquisitive' function and 'complementary' organization should be supplemented in terms of both function and structure. Moreover, the functional and structural aspects of scientific inscriptions including photographs and illustrations should be utilized by the certification criteria of science textbooks.

This study is aimed to investigate the effects of perceived value of the users in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers, which has been recently increasing, and their reuse intention. A survey research was conducted with 487 users who used the Pilates training centers and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The analysis results are as follows. First, service qualities perceived by the Pilates users including external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee showed significant impact on reuse intention, positively. Second, service qualities perceived by the Pilates users including external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee showed significant impact on both functional and emotional values, positively. Third, functional and emotional values perceived by the Pilates users showed significant impact on reuse intention, positively. Fourth, significant mediating effect of functional value was found in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers, which were external service, quality of trainers, training program, and tuition fee, and reuse intention. Fifth, significant mediating effect of emotional value was found in the relationship between service qualities of the Pilates training centers including training program and tuition fee, and reuse intention.

오늘날 모바일 시장을 중심으로 다양한 플랫폼이 등장하면서 모바일 어플리케이션 개발 시 여러 플랫폼을 고려해야 하는 부담이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 Model-Driven Development(MDD) 는 멀티플랫폼에 대응하는 어플리케이션 개발의 효율성을 높여줄 수 있다. 하지만 이 기법을 이용하는 대다수의 연구 결과들은 해당 방법론을 통해 생성된 결과물의 질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 없고, 이 때문에 해당 방법론의 성능 평가가 힘들다. 본 연구에서는 대상 플랫폼들이 제공하는 API 를 분석한 결과에 근거하여 공통 요소를 추출하고 이를 이용하여 MDD 기반으로 개발을 진행할 수 있는 개발 프로세스를 소개하고, 이를 통해 생성된 소스 코드의 기능적 유사도 및 코드 생성률과 기능적 유사도를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 코드를 AST 로 바꾸고 API 맵핑 테이블에 근거하여 동일한 키워드로 변환하고 유사도를 측정하여 설계 시 의도한 기능이 얼마나 잘 코드로 생성되었는 지 평가할 수 있는 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 이 방법을 이용하여 생성된 코드의 기능적 유사도와 코드 생성률을 측정하였다.
