본고는 최근 정보통신, 디지털 가전, 교통, 자동차, 의료, 조명산업 등으로 응용분야가 급속히 확대되고 있는 LED의 산업동향 및 정책적 추진 방향에 대해 소개한다. LED는 빛을 활용하는 경제 사회적 공간에 감성 융합 친환경이란 개념을 접목시켜 다양한 고부가가치 파생산업을 창출하는 등 신성장동력의 원천기능을 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

오늘날 디지털 컨텐츠 시장의 급성장, 그리고 전자책이 갖는 장점들로 인하여 전세계적으로 전자책에 많은 관심을 집중시키고 있으며, 이에 전세계적으로 각국에서는 전자책 문서의 표준화를 위한 컨소시엄이 활동 중에 있다. 또한 전자책을 보기 위한 도구인 E-Book Viewer에 대한 여러 연구 및 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 이 중에서 주석 기능은 정보 공유 및 검색과 같은 다양한 활용을 위하여 반드시 필요한 기능이라 하겠다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주석을 지원하는 PDA용 E-Book Viewer의 설계를 위하여 Windows 환경에서 QT Labrary를 이용하였으며, 폰트의 크기와 스킨의 색상, 주석의 표현 여부 등을 설정할 수 있고, 특정 단어를 검색하는 기능을 지원한다.

과학기술처가 마련한 기능대학 법안 전문30조와 설립계획안이 6월2일 경제장관회의에서 의결되었다. 고급기능 관리자인 기능장의 의성을 위해 세워질 기능대학과 대학부설 기능대학은 수업년한 2년이며 기능대학은 창원기계공단등 정부가 지정하는 곳에 설치되며 대학부설 기능대학은 국공립 대학이나 사립대학에 설치할 수 있다. 과기처는 우선 창원기계공업 기지내에 기능대학 1개를 설립하기로 하고 서독차관140만달러 포함 내외자 36억원을 들여 시범교를 운영하기 위해 추경예산에 부지조성비로서 4억8천만원을 요청 연말까지는 정식발족시키기로 하였다. 과기처는 건물과 시설을 79년까지 갖추고 기계, 금속, 전기전자등 주로 중화학공업분야 과목 신입생을 모집 이수자에게는 기능자아 자격을 수여하게 된다. 다음은 기능대학 설립 추진 경위와 설치 계획 전모이다.

Coriander(Coriandrum sativum L.), which has a unique flavor and antioxidant and anti-cancer effects, is a natural functional spice most preferred by Chinese, and its nutritive superiority is recognized and its consumption is increasing even in Western countries. This study attempts to increase use and consumption of Gochujang in the Chinese market by adding coriander to Gochujang. For this purpose, coriander powder and extract were added to Gochujang. Conclusions drawn from this study are as follows. CP7(7 g of coriander powder, 93 g of hot pepper paste) showed the highest score in color(4.04), coriander smell(3.72), coriander taste(3.92), and softness(4.36) while CJ4(10 g of coriander juice, 90 g of hot pepper paste) showed the highest score in gloss(3.42), coriander smell(3.04), and coriander taste(4.29), This reveals that, with increase in the addition of coriander extract, coriander smell and taste grow stronger and Gochujang smell and taste grow weaker.

Objectives : 본 연구는 암환자의 위장관 기능장애를 개선시킬수 있는 보다 효과적인 약물개발의 일환으로 곽향 추출물의 장운동에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 수행되어졌다. Methods : 생리적인 상태에서 곽향추출물이 장운동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 장운동촉진제인 carbachol과 곽향추출물을 실험쥐들에게 투여후 15분후 charcoal meal을 먹여서 charcoal meal의 소장내 통과 정도를 비교 측정하였다. 또, loperamide, scopolamine, nicotine으로 장운동을 억제시켜 놓은 실험쥐들에 15분 간격으로 곽향 추출물과 charcoal meal을 먹인 후 역시 charcoal meal의 소장내 통과 정도를 비교 측정하였다. Results : 곽향 추출물은 생리상태에서는 장운동에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 곽향추출물은 loperamide와 scopolamine으로 유발된 장운동 억제상태에 대하여 부분적으로 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 nicotine으로 유발된 상태에 대해서는 영항을 끼치지 않았다. Conclusion : 곽향 추출물은 소화관 기능부전 완화에 효과적으로 작용하는 천연물이라 추론할 수 있다.

Recently, the need of wast incineratory has been recognized. However, the waste incinerator is considered the typical example of NYMB syndrome as a locally unwanted facilities. Therefore, the site selection of waste incineratory should be determined very carefully with consideration of various location factors. The purpose of this study is to provide a new decision-making process model for site selection that provides a rational and a systematic way. The fuzzy set theory and AHP theory, which have merits to overcome uncertainly and complexity of spatial data, are applied to select candidate sites for the waste incineratory. The method is able to produce a more flexible and objective solution for selecting suitability sites in comparison to rigid boolean logic. The result of this study shows that geographic information systems have clear implication for informing the spatial decision making process.

2013 년을 기점으로 우리나라는 물론이고 해외 각국에서도 5G 에 대한 본격적인 준비에 돌입하고 있다. 산업 측면에서 볼 때, 본격적인 4세대 표준인 LTE-Adv. 기술의 중요기능 중의 하나인 Carrier Aggregation 이 이미 우리나라에서 상용서비스 중이고 다양한 장비 및 단말 들이 출시되고 있는 등, 본 궤도에 들어섰다고 볼 수 있기 때문에 자연스럽게 차세대 기술을 고려할 때가 되었다고 볼 수 있다. 본고에서는 1장에서는 5G 표준화를 전망해 보고, 2장에서는 해외 각국의 5G 관련 대응 노력들을 분석하며, 3장에서는 5G 시대를 겨냥한 활발한 국제 협력 움직임에 대해서 정리해 보고 결론으로는 우리나라가 갖추어야 할 준비사항에 대해서 제안해 본다.

환경수의 변화중 염분변화는 어체의 삼투압의 변화를 유도하고, 이때 어류는 염분 변화에 대처하기 위하여, 항상성(homeostasis) 유지측면의 삼투압 조절을 한다. 이러한 환경수의 염분변화에 따라 어류는 일정한 체내 삼투압 유지를 위하여 수분과 세포 내 염류 및 영양물질의 농도를 조절하려고 한다. 해산어류의 삼투압 조절기능을 응용하여 담수순화에 관한 연구보고는 숭어에서 수행되어 왔으나(장과 허, 1999; 허와 장, 1999), 다른 어류에 관한 자료는 부족한 실정이다. (중략)

To improve the quality and palatability of Kochujang, the physicochemical properties, antioxidant capacity, and sensory evaluation of Kochujang were assessed when red ginseng and wild herbal extract were added during fermentation. This study investigated the antioxidant capacities of general Kochujang (GK) and Kochujang prepared with red ginseng and fermented wild herbal extract (RGK) by employing various in vitro antioxidant assays such as DPPH and FRAP assays. Inhibition of lioxygenase (LOX) activity was also investigated. RGK exhibited significant antioxidant effects compared to control in DPPH, FRAP, and LOX assays. The LOX inhibitory activity of RGK ($68.68{\pm}3.37%$) at 100 ${\mu}g$/mL was markedly higher than those of GK ($31.21{\pm}2.64%$) and NDGA (positive control, $30.54{\pm}1.36%$). All concentrations of RGK showed significantly higher FRAP activities than that of GK. The addition of red ginseng and fermented wild herbal extract exhibited better sensory characteristics in terms of color, flavor, taste and overall preference. We concluded that RGK improves not only functional properties but also sensory properties as well.

현재 운영중인 문서식 절차서 시스템과 개발이 완료된 전자식 절차서 시스템인 Maiden Reactor Project의 COPMA를 분석하여 COPMA가 가지고 있는 기능들에 대한 장, 단점을 파악, 평가하였으며, 그 평가를 이용하여 KNGR 전자식 절차서 시스템의 상위개념을 설정하고, 전자식 절차서 시스템이 필수적으로 가져야 하는 기능들을 도출하였다.
