The goal of this study is to analyze the problem and performance of life sympathy policy and to present development plan. For this, literature, and empirical research were performed. The analysis showed the problem of life sympathy policy in the following manner. That is the confusion of the mix of department, the lack of publicity, the uncertain of persistence and the lack identity of the monitor, the absence a unified operating instructions on the monitor, the insufficient to activities and operations housewife monitors etc. To vitalize life sympathy policy and operational needs of aspects of the institutional and the activation. First, The task of activation of the institutional challenge is to modify the related law, strengthen the organization, strengthen the personnel, expand the scope of participation monitors. The improvement of the operational aspects of the policy include strengthening integration and connectivity, the construction of policy promotion environment that reinforce feedback and outcome of life sympathy policy, And the energization of on-line activities needs the reinforcement of the operating system, etc. Through the activation of the sector policy, the application of the idea of housewives, and the participation of government policies will be a lot of contribution to the development of South Korea in the 21st century.

Sustainable development has been recognized as one of the most important issues in economic growth since quantitative growth reached its limit. It is claimed that a non-economic value such as human right, education, welfare, and health is a vital factor for sustainable development. Most of all, education is considered to be the most important key to build up sustainable society. E-learning could make it easier for all to spread equal education out. This paper suggests a model for cyber universities which can explain how much cyber universities contribute to improve the sustainable development and what social responsibilities cyber university can carry out as lifelong education institutes. Cyber universities in Korea seem to aim quasipublic, openness, and integration to solve the educational issues we face and uncover their growth potential. Cyber universities will contribute to build sustainable society through giving a huge education opportunities for all based on boosting liberal art education, mass-education, globalization, and commercialization.

다양한 디지털 가전제품을 제조하는 회사들은 초기에 제품 하나하나에 제품의 사용경험을 담는데 비중을 높여 개발을 하였다. 하지만 제품이 알려지고 종류가 많아지면서 각 제품들을 아우르는 사용자 경험요소 통합화가 필요하게 되었다. 이에 다양한 화면 사이즈와 Input Device를 가진 Handheld Device들 간의 일관된 사용 경험(user experiences)을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 연구가 진행되었다. 대상이 된 제품들은 Digital Media Broadcasting의 수신, Multimedia 파일이 재생, 파일 creation 등이 가능한 Handheld Devices였고, 각 제품들은 특정 기능에 충실한 UI를 구현하고 있다는 특징이 있다. 따라서, 기존 제품의 사용성을 저해하지 않는 수준의 표준화가 필요하며 기존 UI 사용성과 표준화 UI 사용성 간의 조화가 중요 하였다. 기존 제품의 개별 특징을 분석하고 Handheld Device의 사용자 요구사항을 조사를 통해 사용경험 요소를 발굴하고 Navigation, Menu Hierarchy, Screen Layout 등의 설계를 통해 Prototype 개발을 하고 Usability Test를 통해 보완을 하였다. Usability Test는 한국, 미국, 영국, 중국 4개국에서 광범위한 사용자 조사가 이루어졌다. 국가 선정은 제품의 주요 시장 및 각 대륙을 대표하는 기준으로 선정되었다. 사용자 그룹은 연령, 지식 수준, 성별에 구분되었고 Web Survey 1000명, Usability Test는 각 국가별 총 100명이 넘는 참석자에 의한 데이터 분석이 이루어 졌다. 이렇게 조사된 데이터를 바탕으로 UI 사용경험 요소를 정의하고 제품의 공통 가이드와 개별 가이드를 개발하는 일련의 프로세스를 확립하고 검증하였다. 본 논문을 통해 대상 제품들의 다양한 특성을 살리면서도 user Interface의 일관성 원칙을 설립하기 위해 시도했던 방법과 과정을 기술하고, 이 과정을 통해서 얻은 결과와 실제적인 경험을 소개한다.

This paper manufacturing one system and use this separatively, plan, and embody system that apply integration design method in research about characteristic of internal core of 8051 micro-processors and system reusability so that can use as module of other system. The proposed system itself by object style so that reusability may be possible in proposed method and object style for connection between this systems is required. Set on these request and when systems have own information and were linked with other systems, by supplying own information automatic movement itself is realized and system itself embodies ashes so that can be applied to other system. The proposed method in this paper analyzes and compares with existent Z-80 education board, as well as system that propose offers extensibility, it handles most function to software and development period, expense and baud dimension confirmed advantage of and so on that reduce. Also, design for object style system architecture and showed feature that extensibility and portability are augmented.

In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

Mind map is a very useful technique for brainstorming. Therefore, it can be effectively used for collaboration as a creative group conception. However, existing mind map software is not possible to collaborate because it is difficult to share mind map or discuss among members. In this study, we developed a mind map system that can support collaborative work as well as individual authoring and editing. This can incorporate individual mind maps of members into mind map of team, share and discuss them, and modify the mind map. This is convenient because it does not require a separate program installation, and verifies usability to support the process of collaborative process through usability evaluation.

As deployments of Flash memory are spreading out rapidly from tiny USB storages to large DB servers, interoperability become an indispensable requirement for Flash memory software architecture. For the purpose, many systems make use of the conventional FAT file system and FTL (Flash Translation Layer) software as a de facto standard. However, the tactless combination of the FAT file system and FTL does not satisfy diverse other requirements of a variety of systems. In this paper, we propose a novel reconfigurable integrated Flash memory software architecture, named INFLAWARE (INtegrated FLAsh softWARE) that supports not only interoperability but also reconfigurability and performance enhancement. Real implementation based experimental results have shown that INFLAWARE can achieve improvements of memory footprint up to 27% with an average of 19%, compared with the conventional FAT and FTL combination. Also, by using map_destroy technique, it can reduce response times of various applications up to 21% with an average of 10%.

With the development of the cloud industry, various efforts are being made to improve resource efficiency and environmental continuity in software development and operation methods. However, in constructing a conventional structure of structural scheme, if the functionality is improved and added, it has a problem that the efficiency of full build arrangement is reduced for the changed source. In this paper, if a problem occurs in a solution service company, communication between the development department and the operation department can be facilitated and responded quickly, and the latest source updated during processing of the problem is the management system, provided is a system that can take advantage of CI tools and continuously integrate them. As communication through the proposed system is smooth, it is expected that unnecessary work can be reduced and the speed of development can be improved.

The purpose of this research was to compare structural organization of North Korean English textbooks pre and post North Korean 2013 curriculum revision. 5 revised textbooks were selected and compared with old textbooks. First, revised textbooks are dramatically changed into colored printed edition. Second, there appears phrases related to Kim Jong Un for the very first time in the preface. Third, while old textbooks emphasized only reading and writing skills, new textbooks integrate 4 skills. Fourth, new textbooks follow united organization system according to the kinds of school; 7 sub skills of Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation for general high middle textbooks and 5 sub skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, English in Use for the first high middle textbooks. Also, new textbooks integrate English and other subject contents such as science, geography or computer. Finally, the changed structure organization of new textbooks seems to be similar with the ones of English books in the reference which is presented for the first time in North Korean textbooks.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the basic data for providing library information services of high quality with clients, by designing the model of MyCyberLibrary and evaluating it. The model of MyCyberLibrary was constructed based on the survey results on the information-seeking behavior of users and on the review of the existing mylibraries'functions. The model is implemented into the prototype system which consists of nine modules. Finally, we evaluated the proposed system via mail questionnaires, and proposed three suggestions to make this system a much more comprehensive and effective one.
