In this paper, we proposed an integrated infrastructure for optimal information security to resolve these kinds of problems and to implement more powerful protection. The proposed infrastructure presents a security framework, provides a functional mechanism, and implements a scheme for information security based on the design concept of integrated structures. In order to ensure effective malicious traffic blocking, this paper emphasizes that a comprehensive approach through infrastructure improvement and combination of scanning tool is the only measure for preparing against today's environment of virus infiltration. The proposed model is a measure developed at a time when a permanent technological solution to virus is yet to be developed. A performance analysis model is developed and the performance is evaluated through the case studies for the proposed methodology. The effectiveness of the infrastructure for optimal information security needs the continuous diagnostic evaluation and tuning through the users or the organizations.

Content management, distribution system and DRM technology have been developed respectively, many contents services are more focused on the system like stability of distribution system or contents security than user-orient. In this paper, we would suggest multimedia contents management based on DRM and distribution model for the users of massive multimedia. The suggested model will be a total solution of content management, DRM and Watermarking functions as well as it will offer convenience to the users with Indexing DBMS which is focused on users.

최근 우리나라에서는 해양사고의 효과적인 예방을 위하여 구축 중인 한국형 e-Navigation SV20-선내시스템 원격모니터링 서비스에서는 복원성, 화재, 침수, 과도경사, 항해장비의 이상과 같이 선박의 안전 운항과 직접적으로 관련이 있는 선박의 센서들을 수집, 분석하여 이상 상태와 긴급상황을 자동으로 식별하여 안전운항을 지원하는 기능이 있다. IMO 선박안전관리 시스템의 경우 선원의 인적 과실에 의한 해상에서 안전 및 해양환경 보호를 위한 핵심 요소로서 우리나라는 SOLAS 협약 제9장(선박의 안전운항을 위한 관리)및 ISM CODE를 1999년 2월 해사안전법에 수용하여 2002. 7. 1.부터 단계적으로 시행하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이 둘의 융합 개념의 기술적 결합을 통한 체계적이고 자동화적으로 선박에서의 안전관리 능력을 제고하여 안전 사고 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 여러 가지 시스템과 더불어 사고 발생시 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 표준 토폴로지 기반 UI 및 항차 기반 위기대응 가이던스를 개발 하고자 한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of virtual reality based exercise program on gross motor function and balance of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Method : Subjects of this study, among the children who received the diagnosis spastic cerebral palsy, for children total of 8 people have agreed to research. Experimental group 4 people, control group 4 people, was a total of 8 people. Group-specific arbitration method, was applied to Nintendo Wii Fit game (experimental group) and exercise program (control group). Each training courses 30 minutes for 4 weeks, examined the changes in Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) and Pediatrics Balance Scale(PBS) ability to examine a total of 4-week course effectively. The intervention were compared by measuring before and after. Result : There were significant improvements in the subscales of the gross motor function and balance test of those who practiced with the Nintendo Wii Fit game, while the control group showed no significant changes. Conclusion : Therefore, the virtual based on exercise is effective in improvement of to improve the gross motor function and balance in children with spastic cerebral palsy.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of a 5 week walking program on body composition and functional fitness, as well as its effects on anxiety and depression in elderly women by regular walking exercise(RWE), which helps to provide proper treatment program to them. Method : The 32 subjects who had a regular walking exercise in this research and randomly assigned into two groups, a walking group and a control group. 15 subjects in the experimental group who had RWE. The 17 subjects in the control group who did not have walking exercise. The members of exercise group had walking 50 minutes a day, three times a week, for 5 weeks in same conditions. Results : After RWE, The participants showed lower body weight, body fat mass, % fat, BMI, wast-hip ratio in the walking program. Muscle mass and basic metabolic rate significantly increased after completing the walking program. The health-related physical fitness of the walking group, flexibility and static balance ability were significantly increased. elderly women taking RWE showed significant decreases in the anxiety and depression levels. Conclusion : Findings of this study indicated that A RWE program had favorable effect on body composition, functional fitness, and depression and anxiety in elderly women. Future research needs to target various elderly women groups of a long period.

본고(本稿)는 우리 경제의 개방화(開放化) 자율화(自律化) 추세 속에서 거시경제정책수단(巨視經濟政策手段)으로서의 재정정책(財政政策)의 기능과 역할에 대해 다음의 두가지 방안을 제시하고 있다. 첫째로, 분기별(分期別) 통합재정통계(統合財政統計)를 이용한 실증분석 결과에 기초해서 안정적 경제운영(經濟運營)에 있어서 통합예산관리(統合豫算管理)의 중요성을 강조하였다. 분석결과, 기존의 연간자료를 이용한 분석에서 밝혀진 바와 같이 물가 상승률과 재정적자 변수간에 정(正)의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 총통화 변수와 재정수지(財政收支)를 포함하는 물가상승률의 추정식 결과를 이용해서 단기적인 통화(通貨) 재정변수(財政變數)의 적정조합을 모색해 볼 수 있다. 다른 조건이 일정하다면 연간 총통화 증가율 1%포인트와 재정적자(財政赤字)의 대(對)GNP 비율 1%포인트 증가가 평균적으로 비슷한 정도의 물가압력을 낳는 것으로 나타난다. 둘째로, 효율적인 거시경제운영(巨視經濟運營)을 위해 요구되는 재정의 보다 근본적인 역할재정립 방향에 대해서 논의하였다. 해외자본유입(海外資本流入) 등에 대비하기 위해서는 신축적인 통화관리여건이 조성되어야 하고, 이를 위해서는 한은대출에 의한 정책금융 지원분의 재정이관 문제가 보다 적극적 전향적으로 검토되어야 한다. 총액한도대출대상 정책금융 중 지방중소기업자금의 이관문제가 검토되어야 하며, 상업어음할인, 무역금융, 소재 부품생산자금의 경우 기존의 중소기업지원관련 기금에 대한 출연을 확대해서 단기운전자금의 대출 등을 담당하게 하는 방안을 검토할 필요가 있다. 또한 총액한도대출대상 정책금융이 중소기업에 대한 지원인 점을 감안할 때, 중소기업부문(中小企業部門)에 대한 재정지원체계(財政支援體系)를 금리자유화 일정 등을 감안하여 종합적으로 정비함으로써 총액대출한도의 축소를 유도하는 역할을 재정이 담당해야 할 것이다.

Today the malicious approach and information threat against a network system increase and, the demage about this spread to persnal user from company. The product which provides only unit security function like an infiltration detection system and an infiltration interception system reached the limits about the composition infiltration which is being turn out dispersion anger and intelligence anger Necessity of integrated security civil official is raising its head using various security product about infiltration detection, confrontation and reverse tracking of hacker. Because of the quantity to be many analysis of the event which is transmitted from the various security product and infiltration alarm, analysis is difficult. So server is becoming the charge of their side. Consequently the dissertation will research the method to axis infiltration alarm data to solve like this problem.

This paper presents an integrated fault diagnosis expert system to assist SCADA operators in local control centers which controls unmanned distribution substations in a power system. The proposed system diagnoses various faults occurred in both substation devices and transmission devices. The system can be easily installed without disturbing main SCADA system. The system simply shares the dynamic information including alarms with main SCADA using dual data link interface. And the proposed expert system utilizes the fuzzy reasoning process in order to consider the uncertainty factor. The system is developed using a low cost personal computer owing to the special modular programming and the meta-inf!'lrence structure. Case studies showed a promising possibility.bility.

XML(eXtensible Markup Language, XML)은 인터넷에서의 자료 교환을 위해 고안된 언어이다. 본 논문에서는 XML의 개념을 발전시킨 확장형 규칙 표식 언어(extensible Rule Markup Language, XRML)를 제안하고 있다. XRML은 웹 페이지에 내재된 암묵적 규칙의 식별, 구조적인 규칙으로의 변환, 사람과 소프트웨어 에이전트간의 지식 공유를 가능하게 하며, 이를 통해 지식기반시스템(Knowledge Based System)과 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)의 통합을 실현할 수 있는 새로운 언어가 될 것이다. 본 고에서는 XRML이 이상과 같은 능력을 갖기 위해 반드시 갖춰야 할 6가지 설계 기준과, 이들 기준을 반영한 XRML 구성 요소로서 RIML(Rule Identification Markup Language), RSML(Rule Structure Markup Language)과 RTML(Rule Triggering Markup Language)을 설계하였으며, 개별 요소들의 기능 및 특성과 함께 태그와 DTD(Document Type Definition)도 식별하였다. 나아가 전술한 구조를 기반으로 하여 XRML을 워크플로우 시스템상의 폼처리에 적용한 Form/XRML이라는 프로토타입 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 프로토타입의 개발을 통해, 지식기반시스템의 지식을 활용하는 RTML이 폼을 비롯한 다양한 응용시스템에 내재될 수 있으며, 웹 페이지의 암묵적 규칙과 지식기반시스템의 규칙이 일관성 있게 유지될 수 있음을 보여 주었다. 요컨대 본 연구는 XRML이 지능형 웹으로 발전하기 위한 새로운 도구이며, KBS와 US의 통합을 위한 중요한 도구임을 입증하였다는 점에서 큰 의의를 갖는다고 하겠다.

EAI(Enterprise Application Integration) as an infrastructure of application integration had played an important role for many companies to make epochal changes, expense reduction, and new application services. The continuous monitoring and management of data covering whole environment of system operations should be well-supported so that the data consistency and system stability are guaranteed to implement and operate the services effectively. In this paper, the requirements and functions of monitoring system are defined for the stable EAI service. An actual web-based system is designed and implemented. This web-based monitoring system is broadly applicable to general EAI environments.
