본 연구는 농업 작업능률 향상에 적합한 작업복 개발을 위해 농업 종사자를 대상으로 작업복 착용실태 및 선호도, 필요 기능 등을 조사하고자 한다. 이를 통해 농촌의 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 농촌 작업복 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 추출하고자 한다. 작업복을 착용하는 경우가 많았고 작업복 미착용 시는 트레이닝복이나 아웃도어를 착용하였다. 작업복 색상은 검정과 남색 등 어두운 색을 주로 착용하였다. 동작 시는 엉덩이, 무릎 등이 당기고 상의가 올라가 허리가 나오거나 바지 뒤가 당겨 내려가는 경우가 많았다. 작업복은 통기성, 흡습성, 신축성에 대한 불만이 가장 많았고 기능성, 활동성, 디자인, 작업효율성, 쾌적성 등의 기능을 중요하게 생각하였다. 향후 연구에서는 동작 분석을 통한 작업복 패턴을 개발할 필요가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Amid global environmental concerns, initiatives to adopt sustainable industrial processes have garnered significant attention in diverse sectors. Efforts have centered on utilizing natural resources as dyeing and functionalizing agents in the textile industry. However, the limited color fastness and functional endurance of natural compounds remains a substantial challenge. This research investigated whether ultrasound could enhance the finishing effect of natural compounds on cotton fabrics. Chestnut shell extract was prepared and applied to cotton fabrics using a pad-dry-cure technique, with concurrent application of ultrasonic power. Once integrated into the fabrics, the chestnut shell extract exhibited prolonged health benefits for users. The findings demonstrated that ultrasound treatment during the finishing process facilitated the diffusion of natural compounds from the chestnut shell extract into the fabric structure, resulting in a substantial enhancement of the finishing effect, notably augmenting the antibacterial properties of the treated cotton fabrics.

Lifespans are increasing and many consumers are interested in health issues in these busy modern days, developing functional clothing that can be worn everyday is one of the competitive solutions in the oversaturated clothing market. When developing a new item with a fresh idea, it is important to look into prior art beforehand to avoid unnecessary intellectual property right-related disputes. This study investigates Korean domestic patents and utility models about functional clothing in terms of human body performance and health promotion in order to suggest essential data to relevant developers. We selected 324 patents and utility models and made an analysis according to the year, functions, applied technologies, frequency of claims, target wearers and item types. We found problems in current functional clothing patent application trends and suggested new aspects when developing innovative functional clothing items. Data was limited to Korean domestic patents; however, this study is still meaningful giving references to technology roadmaps and encouraging new intellectual property development.

This study aims to derive the design requirements for functional clothing worn with military wearable robots using a survey of people with military experience. Specifically, 982 adult males with military and muscular exercise experience were surveyed for their demands for the clothing worn with wearable robots during military activities. The study showed that it is necessary to develop functional clothing worn inside robots suitable for frequent movements of soldiers to improve their comfort level of wearable robots. The surveyed soldiers indicated that they preferred the top and bottom clothing with high-pressure levels because the upper body felt fatigued during transportation, while both the upper and lower body got exhausted during marches. The survey of design requirements revealed that the participants preferred a top with long sleeves and a bottom with ankle-length leggings in color similar to current military uniforms. We conclude that it is important to design functional clothing worn inside wearable robots in different forms depending on frequent movements, e.g., with differentiated pressures and material placements.

This study proposes a design process for an upper limb assistive wearable soft robot that will enable the development of a clothing product for an upper limb assistive soft robot. A soft robot made of a flexible and soft material that compensates for the shortcomings of existing upper limb muscle strength assistive devices is being developed. Consequently, a clothing process of the upper limb assistive soft robot is required to increase the possibility of wearing such a device. The design process of the upper limb auxiliary soft robot is presented as follows. User analysis and required performance deduction-Soft robot design-upper limb assistive wearable soft robot prototype design and production-evaluation. After designing the clothing according to the design process, the design was revised and supplemented repeatedly according to the results of the clothing evaluation. In the post-production evaluation stage, the first and second prototypes were attached to actual subjects, and the second prototype showed better results. The developed soft robot evaluated if the functionality as a clothing function and the functionality as the utility of the device were harmonized. The convergence study utilized a process of reducing friction conducted through an understanding and cooperation between research fields. The results of this study can be used as basic data to establish the direction of prototype development in fusion research.

최근 국내외 섬유시장은 생활패턴의 변화로 레저 활동 인구가 급증하고, 스포츠 및 케쥬얼 의류의 대한 수요가 증가하고 있어 다기능성을 발휘하는 소재에 대한 관심이 높아지고 기존의 기능성과 차별화된 신소재 및 기능성 소비자 needs가 증가되고 있다. 코코넛 활성탄소 함유 PET 원사는 최근 H사에서 코코넛 열매껍질을 원료로 탄화시켜 얻어진 활성탄소를 polyester에 혼입 방사하여 상용화 단계에 있는 원사로 우수한 흡한속건성, 항균, 소취성 그리고 UV 차단 기능성 등 최근 소비자의 needs에 맞는 고기능성 신섬유 소재로 기존의 유사 기능성 섬유(숯, 대나무, 기능성 무기물 혼입 원사 등)에 비해 물질의 표면적과 공극이 넓어 보다 탁월한 성능을 발휘하는 것으로 알려져 있지만 활성탄소를 함유한 원사로 짙은 원착색으로 인해 의복의 심미성이 크게 떨어지는 단점이 있어 이를 보완 할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 상용화 단계의 코코넛 활성탄소 함유 PET 원사의 심미성을 보완 할 수 있는 편직기술과 활성탄소 입자 소실을 방지하고 기능성 발현에 알맞은 염색 가공 공정을 확립하여 심미성과 기능성을 갖는 기능성 원단을 개발하였고 개발된 원단의 물성과 기능성을 평가하였다.

국내 소모방 업체는 원료를 외국에서 수입하고 있기 때문에 wool 원료를 이용한 고감성 고기능성 제품 개발이 요구되고 있다. 또한 기존 제품은 국제 가격 경쟁력을 상실한 상태이므로 물성개전과 기능성을 향상시킨 획기적인 소재 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 최근 호주의 CSIRO 연구소에서 개발된 $\ulcorner$Optim$\lrcorner$$^{(R)}$ 은 광택이 뛰어난 모섬유 소재로서 국내에서 수입되어 고감성 의류용 직물로서 상품화가 되고 있다. 그러나 원료가격이 고가인 관계로 원료수금이 원활치 못한 실적이다. 본 연구에서는 생산원가가 저렴하며 50%까지 연신함으로써 광택은 물론 물세탁이 가능한 기능성을 부여할 수 있는 방적 소모사 상태에서 연신하는 기술을 개발하기 위한 최적 공정 조건을 결정하기 위한 실험을 실시하였고 이들 소모사를 이용한 직물의 의류물성을 분석하여 소모사 상태에서 연신기술을 응용한 광택이 우수한 고감성 직물을 개발하기 위해 연구를 수행하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 소방용 coverall의 디자인이 소방수들의 동작기능성에 어떤 영 향을 주는지에 관하여 고찰하여, 보다 기능적 인 coverall을 개발, 궁극적으로 작업자의 노동력을 향상시키고, 보다 안락한 환경 속에서 작업할 수 있도록 도와주는데에 있다. 미국 캔사스 지역의 전문 소방수를 대상으로, interview 및 video analysis를 통하여, 그들이 현재 사용하고 있는 current coverall의 동작기능면에서의 문제점을 조사, 분석한 후, 이를 바탕으로 prototype coverall을 개발하였다 prototype coverall의 동작기능성을 객관적으로 측정하기 위하여 10가지 실험동작(shoulder adduction/ abduction, shoulder flexion/extension, trunk flexion/extension(standing), hip flexion/extension(knee), hip flexion/extension(trunk), upper leg flexion, trunk lateral flexion, hip adduction, trunk flexion/ extension(sitting), upper leg flexion)을 선택하여 이의 관절각도(range-of-motion)를 Leighton flexometer, goniometer, computer-aided method를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 착용자의 주관적 평가를 위하여서는 23 항목의 wearer acceptability scale를 사용하였다. ANOVA(Analysis of Variance)와 LSD(Least Significant Difference)를 이용한 통계처리 결과, prototype coverall이 current coverall에 비해 동작기능성 (특히 crotch, torso, hip movement)에 있어서 우수함을 보이고 있다.

This study analyzes how well-being lifestyle and functional textile knowledge effect the perception of high functional sports/leisure wear importance. A survey was conducted among male and female sports/leisure wear consumers aged 15 and over in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area from May $12^{th}$ to June $2^{nd}$ 2009. A total of 288 responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression. As a result, 9 factors were determined as sub-elements of a well-being lifestyle. Knowledge levels for functional textiles were high in elastic, UV blocking, air permeable, and antibacterial properties. The perception of high functional sports/leisure wear importance was positively influenced by functional textile knowledge and two well-being lifestyle constructing factors ('self-confidence/affirmative thinking' and 'health/environment oriented eating habits').

This study aims to provide basic materials for adaptive-clothing development for disabled seniors by considering the characteristics of design with both functionality and beauty, which is displayed to overseas functional clothing for disabled seniors. After 341 photographs from 15 overseas websites which sold adaptive-clothing for disabled seniors were collected, their designs were analyzed. The content analysis and frequency analysis using the descriptive statistics were performed as the analytical methods for this study. The results are as follows; first, the design of buttons uses snap fasteners, zippers, Velcro fasteners and rubber bands so as to attach easily and keep fasteners unseen. Second, the used open system is the Back open, the Side open, the Front open and the Hip open. Third, in terms of design, the change follows easy and loose silhouette in order to act comfortably outdoors as well as indoors by making the design of onepiece dresses, jackets and cardigans similar to ordinaries. From the details aspect, a few trimmings such as color, patterns, ruffles around edge, laces and smooth shirring do not stand in the way and give mental please.
