The study was performed to identify the functional status change of beneficiaries of Long-Term Care Insurance and its related factors. We conducted the logistic regression with 17,652 beneficiaries during August and September in 2008. As a result, activities of daily living(ADL), behavioral changes, rehab, instrumental activities of daily living(IADL) and cognitive function, followed by nursing care area were improved in a greater degree. For the institutional service, level-1 beneficiaries was significantly improved in rehab area and level-2 beneficiaries was improved in ADL. For the home-visit care service of in-home services, level-1 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, level-2 beneficiaries was improved in ADL and rehab area, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, cognitive function and behavioral changes. For the day-and-night care service, level-1 beneficiaries was improved in ADL, IADL, behavioral changes and rehab area, level-2 beneficiaries was improved in behavioral changes, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in cognitive function and behavioral changes. For the short-stay service, level-3 beneficiaries was improved in behavioral changes. By the above results, there was a difference in a functional improvement by level and used services. Therefore, government need to provide the personalized service system based on the objective and comprehensive understanding for health and functional status of beneficiaries.

The purpose of this study was to study the Relationships between Sport for All Participation and Physical and Mental Function affecting the Elderly's Self-perceived Health. For accomplishing this purpose of this study, the 308 subjects were selected by the multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method from the Seoul, in the years of 2008. presently. Out of the 360 questionnaires responded to, only 308 were used for data analysis because 52 were responded to incompletely or incorrectly. The survey questionaries were used to collect data. The questionary for physical function state were developed and standardized by kung-hee chung(1993), yang-lae Kim(2005). And mental function state were divided two parts; self-perceived scale and depress scale. The questionary for self-perceived scale were based on MMSE-K(Mini Mental State Examination-Korea). The questionary for Depression were based on Depression Scale developed by Beck(1978), adapted in Korean and standardization by Lee Young-ho & Song Jong-yong(1991), regulated by Jo Gyu-whang(2004). From the analysis of this study, the following conclusions were obtained: First, according to the elderly people's participation in leisure sport activities, it partially affected physical and mental function state. Second, according to the degree of elderly people's participation in leisure sport activities, it partially affected physical and mental function state.

지상시험에서 위성 카메라의 규격에 정의된 모든 원격명령과 상태정보 인터페이스를 확인하고 카메라의 기능 시험을 수행해야 한다. 위성 카메라는 많은 원격명령 및 상태정보 인터페이스를 정의하여 사용하므로 수작업으로 이 모든 인터페이스 및 기능을 시험하는 것은 무리가 있다. 따라서 빠르고, 정확하고, 꼼꼼하게 이를 점검하기 위한 시험 소프트웨어가 필요하다. 시험 소프트웨어는 모든 원격 명령을 카메라에 전송하고, 원격상태정보를 수신하여 명령의 동작여부와 카메라의 상태를 확인한다. 소프트웨어는 명령마다 임의로 파라미터를 세팅할 수 있어 정상적인 명령에 대한 카메라의 동작뿐만 아니라, 비정상 명령에 대한 처리 능력까지 살필 수 있다. 또한 시스템의 메모리에 데이터를 업로드 혹은 다운로드할 때는 데이터의 양이 많기 때문에 소프트웨어는 여러 서브 명령으로 나누어 전송하거나 수신하는 것이 필요하다. 메모리 업로드 다운로드를 위해 소프트웨어는 인터페이스 규격에 맞추어 헤더 정보를 생성하고, 데이터 분석을 위해 별도의 기능을 갖는다. 소프트웨어는 비주얼 C++과 네트워크 기반의 데이터소켓버스를 이용하여 설계하였다. 메인 GUI는 데이터소켓버스를 이용하여 로컬컴퓨터의 서버를 구동하여 카메라를 제어하고 영상데이터를 수신한다. 소프트웨어는 유저가 운용하기 쉽고, 모든 명령과 상태정보 인터페이스를 빠짐없이 점검하기 위해 기능별로 분류하였으며 명령과 연관된 상태정보를 함께 체크할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 시험시 카메라의 상태를 확인하기 위하여 전원상태, 온도, 기본 상태정보를 항상 모니터링하는 기능을 추가적으로 갖는다.

인터넷을 기반으로 웹이 급속하게 성장함에 따라 웹 기반 어플리케이션의 품질이 점차 중요시되고 있다. 이로 인하여 웹 어플리케이션의 품질을 검증할 수 있는 수단이 필요하게 되었고 산업계에서도 연구가 활발히 이루어 지고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 대부분의 연구가 웹 사이트에 대한 부하시험들에 치중하고 있고, 기능적 측면의 시험은 제대로 지원하고 있지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 웹의 기능적 측면을 시험할 수 있는 기법을 제시하려 한다. 웹을 기반 모델로 보고, 웹의 동적 행위를 웹의 상태 전이로 정의하였다. 이러한 상태 전이를 표현하기 위한 상태 전이 그래프를 제안하였고, 이를 기반으로 기존의 상태 기반 시험 기법을 도입하여 시험사례를 생성하는 기법을 제시하였다.

Our study aims to assess life satisfaction and evaluate its relationship with depression, nutritional status and cognitive function among the elderly. This study is a pathway analysis study using 9089 elderly people and was conducted as a supplemental analysis using the data from the 2017 Korean Elderly Examination Survey. As a result, depression, nutritional status, cognitive function and life satisfaction showed significant correlation. Nutritional status(.46, p=.007), and cognitive function(-.27, p=.014) were directly affected by depression. Both nutritional status(.08, p=.009) and cognitive function(-.03, p=.010) had effect on life satisfaction but life satisfaction was mediated by nutritional status and cognitive function in affecting to life satisfaction. It suggests that nursing intervention is needed for nutritional status and cognitive function for life satisfaction of the elderly.

인터넷 네트워크에 존재하는 방화벽(Firewall) 또는 라우터(Router) 장비에서의 패킷 필터 기능은 모든 방화벽 장비의 기본적인 기능이 될 수 있다. 하지만 최근에 등장한 세션기반의 악의적 침입과 바이러스의 출현으로 패킷 필터기는 단순한 정적 패킷 필터 기능이 아닌 상태기반 패킷 필터의 동적 패킷 필터 기능을 요구하게 되었다. 또한 최근에 인터넷 속도가 급증하는 환경변화에 맞추어 방화벽 장비의 TCP 패킷 처리기능은 매우 빠른 처리속도를 요구하고 있다. 이에 우리는 매우 빠른 고속의 TCP 상태기반 패킷 필터 처리를 요구하는 에지(Edge)급 라우터의 방화벽 옵션카드를 만들기 위해 하드웨어 기반의 TCAM(Ternary CAM) 관리를 이용한 TCP 세션 상태기반 (Stateful) 패킷 필터기를 구현하였으며, TCAM 제어와 패킷의 상태기반 검사 등 모든 기능처리는 FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)를 이용한 하드웨어 로직(Logic) 및 상태기(State Machine)로 구현하였다. 그리고 본 논문의 구현방식을 적용한 방화벽 옵션카드는 인-라인(In-line) 모드로 구성될 경우 1GHz 이상의 Wire Speed를 만족하는 처리성능을 보여주었다.

본고에서는 TDX-1의 유지보수 기능으로서 개발된 각 기능별 개요 및 특성에 대하여 기술함으로써 TDX-1의 기능을 이해하거나 타 교환기와의 특성을 비교하는데 도움을 줄수 있도록 하였다. TDX-1의 유지보수 기능은 그 수행대상에 따라 프로세서계와 텔리포니계 유지보수 기능으로 구분된다. 프로세서계의 유지보수 기능에는 시스팀 시동, 프로세서 상태처리, 프로세서 시험, 시스팀 클럭관리와 프로세서 장애처리 기능 등이 있으며 텔리포니계 유지보수 기능에는 시스팀 장애 처리, 네트워크 상태 처리, 네트워크 시험과 시스팀 경보처리 기능 등이 속한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigates 10-year trajectories of cognitive functions among older adults in their 70s to understand changes in cognitive functions as a continuum until very late life. This study also examines differences in trajectories of cognitive functions by gender and by changes in marital status, especially widowhood. Among participants of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing(KLoSA), the sample of this study includes 800 older adults in their 70s during the first study wave (2006) and those who reported their cognitive functions for six consecutive study waves (2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, and 2016). The analyses were conducted in two steps. First, we conducted Latent Class Growth Analyses(LCGA) to investigated heterogeneous trajectories of cognitive functions in 10 years. Then, we performed multinomial logistic regression. Three heterogeneous trajectories of cognitive functions were identified. One group of 48.7% of older adults showed high cognitive function at baseline and maintained it over 10 years. Second group of 14.7% of older adults reported low cognitive function scores at baseline and showed continuous decline over time. Third group of 36.6% were showed mid-level cognitive functions and maintained their functions over time. We also found significant gender differences but not significant differences in marital status when we consider both in our model; however, the we found significant differences in changes in marital status when we did not consider gender in the model. The results suggest that the importance of considering dynamics of gender and changes in marital status to understand changes in cognitive functions in later life.

This study was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of health status and the moderating effect of economic activity in the relationship between depression and cognitive function of the elderly. For this, the data of 2017 National survey of Older Koreans that was collected all over country by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs were analyzed using Structural Equation Model for statistical analysis method. The results are as follows. First, the elderly's depression was found to have a negative effect on cognitive function and health status. Second, the health status of the elderly was found to have a positive effect on cognitive function. Third, a significant mediating effect of health status was founded in the relationship between depression and cognitive function. Fourth, the moderating effect of the elderly's economic activity was found in the path through which depression affects health status and health status affects cognitive function. Based on these research results, implications of social welfare were suggested.

일반적인 엘리베이터 시스템에서는 로드셀이라고 하는 센서가 설치되어 탑승자를 포함한 모터에 걸리는 전체부하를 측정한다. 그리고 이 무게 정보는 브레이크가 풀리고 엘리베이터가 움직이기 시작하기 전에 토크 전향보상을 하는데 사용되고, 엘리베이터는 브레이크 개방 과정에서 정지상태를 유지하여 엘리베이터가 부드럽게 출발하도록 한다. 안티롤백은 로드셀없이 브레이크가 열리는 동안에 위치 편차를 억제하는 기능이다. 다른 회사에서는 이 기능을 기존의 PI 제어기를 사용하여 개발하였다. 반면에 이 논문에서는 안티롤백 기능을 위하여 상태궤환 위치제어기를 사용하였으며 그 적절성을 논의한다.
