한국인들의 먹을거리 사랑, 특히 건강식에 대한 관심은 남다르다. 특히 최근 생활수준 향상과 일련의 식품 안전성 사고로 인해 안전한 기능성 식품에 대한 관심이 높아 지고 있다. 이에 따라 웰빙식품, 슬로우푸드, 로하스 등 소비자욕구와 사회적 책임론에 따라 식품산업에 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그렇다면 기능성 식품이란 무엇일까? 이는 식품과 의약품의 성격을 동시에 가지고 있으며 맛도 좋고 영양도 풍부하며 안전성도 뛰어난 것들이다. 이러한 기능성 식품 산업의 기술과 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

In recent high-speed data moderns for use over PSTN or leased line, the data compression technique based on CCITT V.42bis Recommendation is of popular use along sith CCITT V.42 error control function. A remaining concern to advanced-application users is the protection against unintended eavesdropping. This paper proposes the architectural model on how the security mechanism should be adopted into the above mentioned error-correction/data compression moderns. Also, the functional definitions and the operational procedures are described in detail for possible implementation.

Car blackboxes record the information and status of driving. Since blackboxes are commonly used in daily life, the usage of video data recorded from blackboxes is increasing for investigating. Investigators use a own analysis tool suitable for their blackbox provided by the manufacturer in order to check the data. But the tools are not enough to use in the digital forensic analysis because they are dependent on a specific model of blackbox and provides ungeneralized functions. Moreover, if the manufacturer is bankrupt, then their own tools can not be obtained also. Therefore, the way data are stored in the blackboxes which are now in the market are investigated and the features and limitations which have blackbox's own analysis tools are checked. And a comprehensive tool for the analysis of blackboxes is designed and implemented as in this paper.

1990 년대부터 본격적으로 시작된 국내 휴대폰의 역사는 불과 10 년 사이에 전체 인구 중 3600 만명 이상의 가입자가 휴대폰을 사용하고 있는 모바일 강국으로 발전하였다. 국내 이동통신사들의 다양한 서비스 전략과 단말 제조사들의 다양한 기술의 발전으로 휴대폰은 단순한 전화기능만을 담당하는 커뮤니케이션 디바이스(Communication Device)에서 다양한 VOD, AOD 서비스들의 도입으로 엔터테인먼트 디바이스(Entertainment Device)로 발전했고, DMB, TV, MP3, 카메라 등 다양한 디바이스들이 결합된 컨버전스 기능성 기기(Functional Device)로 발전해 가고 있다. 이런 과정에서 사용자들은 휴대폰에서 다양한 경험을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 다양한 매체와 디바이스가 결합 된 모바일 환경 속에서 이동통신사와 제조사의 관점에서 분석한 자료를 바탕으로 하나의 통합된 경험을 사용자들에게 제공할 수 있는 방법을 고찰해 보고자 한다. 휴대폰을 만드는 제조업체가 수행하는 경험 디자인은 이동통신사에 상관없이, 자사의 경험 통일성(identity)을 강조하게 되고, 이동통신사는 제조업체와 상관없이 자사의 경험 통일성을 강조하게 된다. 통일성 뿐만 아니라 기능이나 직무(task)의 중요성도 다르기 때문에 경험 디자인을 위한 우선순위도 다르게 된다. 이것의 결과는 모두 사용자가 떠 앉게 된다. 즉 사용자의 경험이 복잡해지게 되고 이것은 장기적으로 제조업체 및 이동통신사 모두에게 불이익을 주게 된다. 본 논문에서는 제조사와 이통사를 위한 사용자 경험 모형을 세웠고, 각 요소별로 접근 방법의 차이에 대해 논의를 하였다. 사용자가 휴대폰 경험에서 혼돈을 적게 하기 위해서는 제조사와 이통사의 인터랙션은 서로 일관성이 있어야 하고, 스타일 부문에서는 서로간의 입장차이가 좁히기 쉽지 않으므로 둘 다 사용자의 선택의 폭을 넓혀주는 방향으로 진행을 한다. 기획단계에서 부터 협력을 함으로써 양사의 갭을 줄일 수 있다.

In this paper, we present a morphosyntactic and semantic study of the concessive conjunctive phrase [todavía que] in the Andean and River Plate areas of Latin America. Real Academia $Espa{\tilde{n}}ola$(2009) describes that the adverb todavía occurs in a variety of focus-sensitive environments and specially, in the Andean and River Plate areas, the phrase [todavía que] participates in the concessive constructions and triggers an additive interpretation. It is well known that the Quechuan suffix '-raq' and the Aymaran suffix '-raki' have the meaning of todavía which is characterized as a additive particle. Due to the absence of the paratactic relationship between the mentioned Spanish adverb and those indigenous suffixes, the adverb todavía in [todavía que] is used as a additive focalizer. We assume that these morphosyntactic and semantic properties are derived from the language contact of Quechua-Spanish and Aymara Spanish. Based on this assumption, we will further assume that the etymological peculiarity of todavía as a universal quantifier is closely related to the reading of [todavía que] as a Scalar Additive Concessive Conjunctive Phrase.

The purpose of this paper is to establish development concepts for a novel collision avoidance system with preventing function of navigator's human error (Hu-CAS) in ship control behaviors. Hu-CAS consists of four modules: 1) collision risk assessment module to estimate collision priority between the ship and objects, 2) decision-making module to decide collision risk levels, 3) parameter estimation module needed in the ship control to avoid collisions and 4) control system to control the rudder angle and speed. Hu-CAS, proposed in this paper, can provide a novel system substitution current Autopilot and/or a CAS be teen manned vessel and Autonomous ship in a future.

A Quarantine Pest Research Facility (QPRF) had been build in Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency and designed to ensure alien pests are safety contained inside the laboratory. Functions of QPRF including insect rearing, research, and physical containment facility were verified to check suitability as a research laboratory using the beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua. As insect rearing and laboratory facility, S. exigua completed its development for 32.2 days at 25℃. Egg hatching, pupation, and adult eclosion showed 80, 86.6, and 90%. Two pesticides, fluxametamide and hydramethylnon showed high susceptibility against S. exigua larvae by spraying and dipping methods. As physical containment facility, male adults, which were artificially released from laboratory, did not capture in delta trap installed sex pheromone lure during winter season. Based on these results, QPRF will be used for study on alien insect species.
