A Study on the Influence of Passenger's Safety Communication on Safety Behavioral Intention (기내 안전정보 인지가 안전행동 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal model to explain safety behavioral intention according to the recognition of safety communication in cabin through comparison of Planned behavioral theory and Triandis' theory of interpersonal behavior. In order to accomplish the study purpose, research model and hypothesis were established based on the previous research. As a result of the analysis, it was found that attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control had a positive effect on the safety behavioral intention. Triandis theory shows that social factors and habits have a positive impact on safety behavioral intention. In addition, A comparison of the two models confirms that both psychological processes of recognition and emotion are accompanied by the relationship between safety information awareness and safety behavioral intention.

Genetic Stability of the Plant-materials Induced in the Process of in vitro Organogenesis of Japanese Blood Grass (화본과 식물의 기내 기관분화 단계별 기관분화체의 유전적 안전성)

  • 안정적인 유묘의 확보는 스마트작물생산을 위한 공정육묘 생산에서도 중요하며, 기내배양시 유전적 안정성이 높은 유묘의 대량증식은 유묘생산과 공정육묘생산에서 중요한 과정이다. 기내배양시 배양과 정에서 존재하는 체세포영양계변이(somaclonal variation)라는 장벽을 제거하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 화본과 식물인 홍띠(Imperata cylindrica ‘Rubra’)로부터 기관분화 단계별 재분화체를 작성하여 기관분화 시 기내재생체의 유전적 안정성을 조사하였다. ISSR 마커에 기반하여 유전적 변이성을 조사하고자 7종류 총 21개체의 기관분화 단계별 재분화체 및 재분화식물체에 대하여 분석한 결과, 유전적 다형성은 기관분화 단계별 재분화체 및 순화 재분화체에서 대조구인 모식물체(1.4%) 대비 같거나 높게 나타나서 재분화체에서 유전적 안정성이 다소 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, Jaccard 계수(Jaccard coefficient)로 총 21개체들 간의 유전적 유사도 지수를 평가한 결과, 유전적 유사도 지수는 0.747~1.0 사이에 분포하며, 평균 0.868로 나타났다. ISSR 마커 밴드에 기반하여 평균연결법(Average linkage method)으로 군집 분석한 결과, 모든 개체는 유사도 지수 0.809 ~ 1.000 내에 분포하였다. 유전적 유사도 지수 0.809에서 2개 그룹으로 유집되었으며, 모식물체와 실내재배, 노지재배 재분화 녹색 식물체가 같은 그룹으로 분류되었다. 이상의 결과는 화본과 식물의 기내배양에서 기관분화 시 존재하는 체세포영양계변이에 대한 기초 정보를 제공해 준다. 이들 기관분화에 따른 기내재생체의 안정성에 대한 연구자료는 향후 기내식물의 안정적인 대량번식에 있어 유익한 배경을 제공해 줄 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of In-Flight Security Officer responsible for the security of the aircraft in the situation where Acts of Unlawful Interference in Aircraft shows an increasing tendency and the aircraft security is threatened by the terror threat of IS(Daesh) and to suggests its policy implications. Based on the problems of In-Flight Security Officer system found in the media reports and laws, the US Air Marshal system and the domestic similar system were presented to the In-Flight Security Officer developmental implications. First, it is necessary to revise the "Operational Guidelines for Airline Operators' In-Flight security officer" and the related qualifications to the "National Technical Qualifications" system. Second, the plan to change the national civil servants of In-Flight Security Officer in the aircraft, Third, it is a plan to use the registered security guard system in the aircraft. Although this study has limitations the accessibility of information related to aviation security. But, contributions of this study is that the government's efforts to create the public sector jobs, the "strengthening of public services in the country", "the establishment of national accountability for safety accident prevention and disaster safety management" in the "A five-year plan for Government Operation" that it has a timeliness in that it is together. In addition, since there are not many researches related to In-Flight Security Officer, this study also has another contribution as a basic study of the researchers in the aviation security aircraft in the future.

  • 항공편과 승객의 흐름을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 디지털 시스템에 대한 의존도 증가와 승객용 기내 와이파이 서비스 등으로 인해 민간항공의 사이버 보안 취약성은 매년 증가하고 있는데 비해 공항에 대한 무장 공격, 항공기에 폭발물 설치 및 납치와 같은 전통적인 테러에 맞춰 마련된 항공보안 관련 국제협약은 사이버 위협에 직접적으로 적용하기 어렵다는 문제를 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 민간항공에 대한 사이버 공격의 예방 및 기소와 관련된 국제협약의 적정성을 검토한 후, 사이버 위협 대응을 위한 기존 국제협약 체계, 잠재적 차이 해석 등을 중점적으로 분석하여 민간항공의 안전을 위협하는 불법방해행위로부터 중요정보 및 시스템을 보호하는 항공 사이버 보안 국제표준 마련 및 이행 촉진을 강조하고자 한다.

  • The whole world is anxious that aircraft could be used as a tool for terrorism after 9/11. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines is again adding to fears about aircraft. Because these aircraft attacks cause many human casualties, the purpose of the study is to analyze the problems in the current air security system and to present alternatives. The methodology of the study used a literature research methodology to review the current status of aircraft terrorism and related regulations, such as current aviation-related laws and anti-terrorism laws, and prior studies. The purpose of the Chapter is to present an aviation security system that promotes the safety of air traffic through the prevention of aircraft terror by presenting the roles and improvement measures of aviation security personnel, foreign police officers, intelligence agencies, and legal blind spots and flaws.

  • The purpose of this study is to make people acknowledge the danger of the air terror and provide measures to prevent a recurrence of the accident and find required security. Also, the air terror is categorized into aircraft and airport and take steps to come up with preventive measures against the air terror by finding a countermeasure and precaution. The following steps should be checked to take precautionary measures against the air terror. major security crackdown and the need for a further security check should be conducted to prevent terrorists from boarding the aircraft, security around the airport needs to be tightened up by training the airport workers and promoting emergency situations, airport sheriffs and armed guards should be on patrol for the safety of the cabin, new measures of efficient security for in and around the airport and its facilities should be set up to tighten up security of baggage.

  • We Studied current Flight Information System everyone employing, and this paper designed a next generation Ubiquitous Flight Information System. Studied a Ubiquitous Flight Information System regarding AVOD, game TV, cellular phone, cabin Internet use for a customer, and airline and control of Air Traffic Service, Air Traffic Control, in seat reservation, transportation, ticketing and luggage back-tracking and airplanes in earthly service. We Designed for a Next Generation Ubiquitous Flight Information System and for necessary for network security, system security of information security system, and derived from comparative analysis of improvement point and difference to existing Ubiquitous Flight Information System and Next Generation Ubiquitous Flight Information as was based on result of research. Present vision to aerial the result of research world of this paper related industry, and ensure safety and communication efficiency and a customer and flight satisfaction, efficiency, and will reclaim the new horizon to the Flight Information Industry.
