A Study on the Chemical Pre-Treatments Suitable for the Layer Differentiation of FRP Waste (폐FRP의 층간분리를 위한 전처리방법에 관한 연구)

  • As one of the methods for recycling the FRP from the waste ships, separation of roving layer from the mat has some merits in a sense of the eco-friendly and economical recycling process. Similar characteristics, however, between the roving and the mat even with different ratio of the resin and the glass and the thickness of the roving, much thinner than the mat, make the mechanically automatic differentiation difficult. In this study spectrochemical differentiation between the two layers has been made using boiling concentrated sulfuric acid, methanol and isopropanol solution saturated with KOH, or hydrogen fluoride (HF) solution. Furthermore efficiently coloring water-soluble dye following the HF treatment makes the roving layer more distinguishable photophysically. The layer differentiation and the automatic layer distraction move up the date of simple and automatic separation process for the waste FRP.

  • 연어는 습관적으로 같이 자주 나타나는 단어열로 각 단어로 분리하기보다 통합해 처리하는 것이 효율적이기 때문에 기계 번역과 음성 인식등에서 유용만 정보로 사용된다. 이러한 연어를 추출하기 위해 본 논문에서는 2가지 경우를 고려했는데, 첫 번째로 인어를 말뭉치에 자주 나타나는 단어열이라고 했을 때 단어열들의 엔트로피가 일정값 이상이면 연어로 추출했다 두 번째로 통사적 제약이 있는 연어를 주술하기 위해 앞 또는 뒤에 올 단어를 제약하는 단어의 엔트로피를 구해 일정값 미만이면 그 단어를 포함한 단어열을 연어로 추출했다. 실험은 품사 부착된 HANTCE 말뭉치를 가지고 수행했고, 젓 번째 방법으로 실험했을 때 엔드로피가 2이상인 단어열을 가지고 분리된 연어도 유도해냈다.

  • 토큰화(Tokenization)는 사람이 작성한 자연어 문장을 기계가 잘 이해할 수 있도록 최소 단위인 토큰으로 분리하는 작업을 말하여, 이러한 토큰화는 자연어처리 전반적인 태스크들의 전처리에 필수적으로 사용되고 있다. 최근 자연어처리 분야에서 높은 성능을 보이며, 다양한 딥러닝 모델에 많이 활용되고 있는 SentencePiece 토큰화는 여러 단어에서 공통적으로 출현하는 부분단어들을 기준으로, BPE 알고리즘을 이용하여 문장을 압축 표현하는 토큰화 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 기반 특허 문헌의 초록 자연어 데이터를 기반으로 SentencePiece를 비롯한 여러 토큰화 방법에 대하여 소개하며, 해당 방법을 응용한 기계번역 (Neural Machine Translation) 태스크를 수행하고, 토큰화 방법별 비교 평가를 통해 특허 분야 자연어 데이터에 최적화된 토큰화 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 사용하여 특허 초록 한-영 기계번역 태스크에서 성능이 향상됨을 보였다.

Improvement in Mechanical Strength of α-Alumina Hollow Fiber Membrane by Introducing Nanosize γ-Alumina Particle as Sintering Agent (소결조제로 나노크기 γ-알루미나 입자의 도입에 따른 α-알루미나 중공사 분리막의 기계적 강도 향상)

  • In the field of water treatment and pharmaceutical bio an alumina hollow fiber membrane used for mixture separation. However, due to the lack of strengths it is very brittle to handle and apply. Therefore, it is necessary to study and improve the bending strength of the membrane to 100 MPa or more. In this study, as the mixing ratio of the nano-particles increased to 0, 1, 3, and 5 wt%, the viscosity of the fluid mixture increased. The pore structure of the hollow membrane produced by interrupting the diffusion exchange rate of the solvent and non-solvent during the spinning process suppresses the formation of the finger-like structure and gradually increases the ratio of the sponge-like structure to improve the membrane mechanical strength to more than 100 MPa. As a result, an interparticle space was ensured to improve the porosity of the sponge-like structure with high permeability, and it showed excellent N2 permeability of about 100000 GPU and high water permeability of 3000 L/m2 h. Therefore, it can be concluded, that the addition of γ-Al2O3 nanoparticles as sintering aid is an important method to enhance the mechanical strength of the α-alumina hollow fiber membrane to maintain high permeability.

  • 현재 상용화 되어있는 산소/질소 분리용 고분자 분리막은 비교적 낮은 선택도를 가지고 있다. 즉, 이점은 확산도와 용해도를 조절함으로써 분리막의 투과선택도를 높일 수 있는 가능성을 보여주고 있으며 보다 높은 투과도와 투과선택도를 갖는 새로운 고분자 재료의 선택이 분리막을 통한 기체 분리나 그 상업적 이용에 절실히 요구되고 있다. PSf는 상용성, 화학적 내구력, 강도, 높은 유리전이온도와 우수한 기체투과성질을 가진 고분자로 분리막에 많이 응용되고 있다. Erb 등은 용매로 DMF(dimethylformamide)와 THF(tetrahydrofuran)를 사용하여 막을 제조하였다. 상부 흐름압력이 5atm일때 각 기체의 투과도 계수는, 헬륨이 11, 이산화탄소가 5.5, 메탄이 0.5, 질소가 0.2였으며, PSf막에 대한 각 기체의 투과는 Henry mode보다 Langmuir mode에서 더욱 우세하게 일어난다고 생각하였다. 또한 Ghosal 등은 PSf에 nitro기를 도입한 nitrated PSf의 투과특성을 조사하였다. 실험결과 nitro group이 치환된 PSf막이 nitro group이 없는 막에 비해 투과도는 낮았지만 선택도는 증가하였다. 구조가 다른 여러가지의 PSf막을 통한 기체 투과성질은 Ghem 등에 의해 밝혀졌다. Membrane-covered probes를 이용한 폴라로그램(polarogram) 방법은 산소를 측정하는데 가장 보편적인 방업ㅂ으로, 산소 탐침(oxygen probe)의 원리는 소위 효소 전극을 발전시키는데 이용되어 왔다. 효소전극은 산소와 실험하고자 하는 물질간의 특정한 효소반응에 기초를 둔 다양한 물질의 선택적 측정을 위한 것이다. 이때 센서에 응용되는 합성막은 산소에 대해 선택적인 투과를 해야하며, 상대적으로 높은 산소확산계수와 물에 대해서는 낮은 투과도를 가져야 한다. 높은 산소확산계수는 반응을 빠르게 하는 잇점이 있으며 물에 대한 낮은 투과도는 센서내의 전해질 물질을 유지보호하는 역할을 한다. 분리막이 산소전극에 이용될 경우 높은 산소 확산계수 이외에도 적절한 기계적 강도, 열적 안정성 등이 요구된다.

Developing Advanced Total Recycling Method of FRP Boats (FRP선박의 일괄 재처리 방법의 개선)

  • Since 1990s, the major recycling methods for mechanical recycling of FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics)boats has involved shredding and grinding of the scrap FRP in a new recycled product. But still it leads to secondary problem such as air pollution, unacceptable shredding noise level and few limited applications. This study is to propose a newly advanced method which is more efficient and environment friendly waste FRP regenerating system. As extracting FRP layer and making the recycled fiber for recycled-fiber reinforced concrete(RFRC) from waste FRP, the recycling process has some merits in a sense of the recycling energy and the environmental effects. In this study, for those tasks, spectro-chemical differentiation method and coloring water-soluble dye treatment makes the roving layer more distinguishable photophysically. Also that has remarkably reduced safety hazards and energy. Using the mechanical properties of polymers and composite, FRP with the orthotropic and laminated plastic structure has been easily separated in the new extracting system. Also the new method has introduced five kind of separating manuals for the some different compositions of FRP boats. The roving fiber of laminated glass-fiber layer is as good as the polyvinyl fiber which is cost-high commercial fiber to increasing strength of concrete products. The early study has shown the effectiveness of laminated glass-fiber layer which also is chemical-resistant due to the resin coating. These results imply that more efficient and environment friendly recycled glass fiber can be better applied to the fiber reinforced concrete(FRC) substitute and this study also has shown wide concrete applications with RFRC from the waste FRP boat.

하이드록시 아파타이트와 폴리락타이드 복합체에서 특수 상호작용력의 도입과 기계적 물성

  • 본 연구에서는 생체 적합성이 뛰어난 HA와 생분해성고분자인 PLLA와의 낮은 혼합성을 개선하기 위하여 HA를 화학적으로 개질하여 PLLA와의 특정 상호 작용력을 부여함으로서 HA/PLLA 복합체의 기계적 물성을 높이는 연구를 수행하였다. TGA분석으로부터 개질된 HA은 6wt% lactic acid 와 7 wt% DLA가 반응하였으며 HA에 비하여 유기용매에 대한 분산안정성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 용매-비용매 방법으로 제조된 HAAD/PLLA 복합체는 DSC측정으로부터 개질된 HA의 DLA 사슬과 PLLA의 LLA사이에 스테레오 콤플렉스를 형성에 의하여 HA가 PLLA사이에 균일하게 분산되었고 상분리 구조의 미개질 HA/PLLA 복합체에 비하여 기계적 물성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

Preparation of PVdF/Fe3O4-GO (MGO) Composite Membrane by Using Electrospinning Technology and its Arsenic Removal Characteristics (전기방사법을 이용한 PVdF/Fe3O4-GO(MGO) 복합 분리막 제조 및 비소 제거 특성평가)

  • In this study, the PVdF/MGO composite nanofiber membranes (PMGs) introducing Iron oxide-Graphene oxide ($Fe_3O_4/GO$, Metallic graphene oxide; MGO) was prepared via electrospinng method and its arsenic removal characteristics were investigated. The thermal treatment was carried out to improve the mechanical strength of nanofiber membranes and then the results showed that of outstanding improvement effect. However, in case of PMGs, the decreasing tendency of mechanical strength was indicated as increasing MGO contents. From the results of pore-size analysis, it was confirmed that the porous structured membranes with 0.3 to $0.45{\mu}m$ were prepared. For the water treatment application, the water flux measurement was carried out. In particular, PMG2.0 sample showed about 70% improved water flux results ($153kg/m^2h$) compared to that of pure PVdF nanofiber membrane ($91kg/m^2h$) under the 0.3 bar condition. In addition, the PMGs have indicated the high removal rates of both As(III) and As(V) (up to 81% and 68%, respectively). Based on the adsorption isotherm analysis, the adsorption of As(III) and As(V) ions were both more suitable for the Freundlich. From all of results, it was concluded that PVdF/MGO composite nanofiber membranes could be utilized as a water treatment membrane and for the Arsenic removal applications.

Development of Composite Bipolar Plate for Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (바나듐 레독스 흐름 전지용 복합재료 분리판 개발)

  • Carbon/epoxy composite bipolar plate (BP) is a BP that is likely to replace existing graphite bipolar plate of vanadium redox flow cell (VRFB) due to its high mechanical properties and productivity. Multi-functional carbon/epoxy composite BP requires graphite coating or additional surface treatment to reduce interfacial contact resistance (ICR). However, the expanded graphite coating has the disadvantage of having low durability under VRFB operating conditions, and the surface treatments incur additional costs. In this work, an excessive resin absorption method is developed, which uniformly removes the resin rich area on the surface of the BP to expose carbon fibers by applying polyester fabric. This method not only reduces ICR by exposing carbon fibers to BP surfaces, but also forms a unique ditch pattern that can effectively hold carbon felt electrodes in place. The acidic environmental durability, mechanical properties, and gas permeability of the developed carbon/epoxy composite BP are experimentally verified.

An implicit decoupling method for unsteady RANS computation (비정상 RAMS 계산을 위한 내재적 분리 방법)

  • A new efficient numerical method for computing unsteady, incompressible flows, DRANS (Decoupled Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes), is presented. To eliminate the restriction of CFL condition, a fully-implicit time advancement in which the Crank-Nicolson method is used fer both the diffusion and convection terms. is adopted. Based on decomposition method, the velocity-turbulent quantity decoupling is achieved. The additional decoupling of the intermediate velocity components in the convection term is made for the fully-implicit time advancement scheme. Since the iterative procedures for the momentum, ${\kappa}\;and\;{\varepsilon}$ equations are not required, the components decouplings bring fourth the reduction of computational cost. The second-order accuracy in time of the present numerical algorithm is ascertained by computing decaying vortices. The present decoupling method is applied to turbulent boundary layer with local forcing.
