최근 반도체 산업 경기의 활황에 따라 반도체 생산 설비 또한 꾸준히 증설되어가는 추세이며 고진공 펌프의 수요 또한 점차적으로 증가하고 있는 현실이다. 하지만, 국내 기술의 부족으로 고진공 펌프는 대부분 해외로부터의 수입에 의존하고 있다. 반도체 생산 설비는 매우 보수적인 설비로써 새로 개발되는 고진공 펌프가 반도체 생산 설비에 사용되기 위해서는 원천기술, 상품화 기술 및 신뢰성 기술을 확보해야 하며, 특히 한미/한일/한-EU FTA 등에 대비하여 제품의 국산화가 시급한 실정이다. 이에 고진공펌프의 수입이 급증할 것으로 예상되어 국내 진공업체에서도 크라이오펌프의 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식경제부 제조기반 산업원천기술개발사업에 주관기관으로 수행하여 한국기계연구원 및 한국원자력연구원과 급속재생형 저진동 크라이오펌프의 기술 개발을 통해 전량 수입하는 크라이오펌프를 국산화를 도모 하고자 한다. 크라이오펌프의 주요 생산업체는 미국기업의 CTI사이며, 상품화 기술의 성능 확보를 위한 CTI사의 GM 극저온 냉동기와 현재 개발 및 상용화 준비를 하는 극저온 맥동관 냉동기에 대해 성능평가 지표를 제시하며, 신뢰성 확보를 위한 한국과학기술원 나노종합팹센터의 스퍼터 공정장비에 대한 CTI사 크라이오펌프와 상용화를 위한 개발품의 공정 현장시험에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

소음진동은 최근 사회적 인식이 변함에 따라 환경관련 민원 중에서 가장 많은 건수의 민원이 발생되는 요소로서 제저업체, 건설업체등의 기업 뿐만 아니라 국토개발, 도시개발을 담당하는 정부 기관 등에서 각종 업무를 수행하는데 중요한 고려대상이 되고 있다. 소음진동이 충분히 저감되지 않은 가전제품은 소비자들에게 외면당하고 민원이 발생된 건설 공사현장에서의 피해 보상금은 기업이 원가부담으로 작용되며 그 사업주체가 정부일 경우는 행정업무 처리에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 소음진동 문제를 해결하는데 가장 우선적으로 필요한 요소는 소음진동 허용기준을 적절히 산정하는 것이다. 소음진동은 발생원인이 매우 다양하며 소음진동에 노출되는 사람(혹은 건축물, 정밀기계 등)의 상대적인 위치(사회 문화적인)에 따라 피해 정도가 다르기 때문에 각국의 정부나 각종 사회단체, 기업은 독특한 국민성, 지역성, 사회개발 정도 등에 따라 적절한 허용기준을 제시하고 있다. 소음진동 문제를 해결해야 할 담당자들은 이러한 모든 여건을 고려하여 현재 상황에서 가장 적절한 허용기준을 설정하고 소음진동 저감 대책을 수립하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 설계자나 공장관리자, 건설 현장의 관리자들이 소음진동 문제에 직면 했을 때 신속히 적절한 허용기준을 산정한 후 소음진동 대책을 수립할 수 있도록 국내의 주요 소음진동 허용기준을 수립하여 데이타베이스화 하고 이를 PC통신으로 이용가능하게 하는 NVC-DS(Noise and Vibration Criteria-Database System)을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to inquiry spatial features of shipbuilding subcontract structures. These days, firms are trying to get their goals by wav of production system which is related to other firm. Shipbuilding subcontract structures which builds complex and grand plant show a different peculiarity according to spatial features having rules of business relations with contracting firms. First of all, internal subcontracting firms which takes part in the production process of contracting firm and shipbuilding cooperative complex firms which showing a peculiarity of spin-off firms are closely related with contracting firm. And firms in Changwon that have a specialized with machine industry and those of Busan that have made development in marine equipment industries traditionally are connected with subcontract relations because of a high level of specialization relatively. On the other hand, subcontracting firms which range from non-localized and provide standardized products are less connected with contracting firm. In order to develop of Korea' shipbuilding industry, first, close cooperative relation is important with subcontracting firms which concentrate internal and outside contacting firm. And, it is necessary to strengthen selective business relations with far distance firms which are specialized in technology.

제4회 2005년 한국국제축산박람회가 오는 8월 31일부터 9월 2일까지 KOTRA 대전무역전시관(KOTREX), 엑스포과학공원에서 '깨끗한 환경과 안전한 축산물'이라는 주제로 열린다. 본 박람회 주최는 대한양돈협회, 대한양계협회, 한국낙농육우협회, 전국한우협회, 한국축산환경시설기계협회가 되고, 대한양돈협회, 2005한국국제축산박람회추진위원회, KOTREX가 공동 주관한다. 행사 후원은 농림부, 농협중앙회, 한국사료협회, 대전광역시, 충청남도가 맡았다. 이번 박람회는 출품하는 전시업체와 참관객인 축산농가를 위한 박람회로 꾸미기 위해 우선 장소를 대전 무역전시관(KOTREX)으로 옮겨 축산농가들이 쉽게 찾아올 수 있도록 했으며, 전시부스 내에서 실제적인 상담과 거래가 활성화 될 수 있도록 시식행사 등 부대행사는 옥외에서 치러질 수 있도록 하였다. 2005 한국국제축산박람회는 체험박람회, 참여박람회, 비즈니스박람회라는 목표하에 전시면적 15,250제곱미터에 15개국 178여개업체가 600부스 규모로 열리게 된다. 출품대상품목은 축산기자재 및 시설, 배합사료, 동물약품, 생명공학 제품, 축산물 위생 및 가공시설, 축산물 및 가공식품, 가축분뇨 자원화 처리시설, 종축, 리모델링 관련 설비 및 기술, 컨설팅 관련 정보 및 기술 등이 있다. 부대행사로는 축산물 시식회, 축산관련 학술 세미나, 우수전시업체 선발 및 시상, 전국대학생 포스터 경진대회 및 시상, 종축 전시와 경매, 재래닭 및 특수가금 전시, 애완견 및 명견전시, 돼지달리기 및 사진찍기 등이 개최된다. 박람회 참관객은 외국인 바이어 1,000명을 포함하여 10만명에 이를 것으로 추정하고 있다. 학술행사는 박람회 기간 동안 엑스포과학기념관과 대전전시관 세미나실에서 양계세미나, 축산기자재세미나, 축산기술세미나, 양돈포럼, 낙농세미나, 한우세미나, 양돈세미나가 열리게 된다.

As global environmental problems become more serious, bio plastic suppliers in developed countries are expected to drive demand for eco friendly packaging materials due to recycling regulations and consumer's attention. To catch up with this demand, various types of bio plastics have been introduced using plants such as corn and domestic companies are increasingly interested in this. Industrial interest in bio plastics is increasing to solve the recent environmental problems. The critical disadvantages of the weak mechanical strength and expensive product cost were gradually solved by extensive researches. In order to promote the active use of bio plastics, countries around the world are operation certification marks and standard systems. In this article, we have summarized recent trends in domestic and overseas bio plastics regulations, certification marks and identification labels.

This study is aimed at a basic infrastructure for realizing urban air mobility (UAM) and personal air vehicle (PAV), which have recently been high interest as new means of transportation. The development of UAM and PAV technologies is a field of a high added value that the world is competitively pushing for the world. However, the three most fundamental aspects are the establishing an aviation certification system, finding reliable manufacturers having advanced technical abilities, and the training/securing of professional manpower. Above all, the aviation certification system will be established for the first time. Based on the certification system, it will be possible to realize the government's policy goal of introducing new means of transportation, including the production of aircraft and to realize commercialization that meets international standards that satisfy conformity and compliance. In addition, finding reliable manufacturers, fostering professionals, and establishing an educating system for stable supplying of the professionals are main projects to become a leading country in the field.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the current situation of private security companies·guards for the past three years, security companies by size, general·special (new education), and qualification system provided by the Police Agency, Security Association, etc. It provides a theoretical foundation for private security and provides a new perspective for interpreting private security. As a result, through the current situation, this private security has a concentration of metropolitan area and facility security, an abnormal personal protection company contrast, the number of personal protection institutes, there is a special security shift to regular jobs, and the current continuous education On the other hand, the education of special security guards has been shown to be limited. In the qualification system, the utilization of security instructor qualifications and the utilization and public relations of personal probation officer qualifications will appear. The current state of typical private security is as follows. The first is the balanced development of private security and the clarity of business divisions. Second, the quality of private security education and educational institutions must be high. Third is the recognition of the qualification system and active public relations.

In order to improve the productivity and quality of boat's mold in leisure boat industry, the development of modelling and machining technology of leisure boat's plug is strongly required. The traditional lines drawing approach by hand required the designer to both create fair curves and to make sure that the curves matched up to each other in the three main drawing views: profile, plan, and section. However, one will find when studying lines drawings in books that the curves might look smooth and fair, but the lines do not agree exactly in the three views. Therefore, the 2 dimensional drawing data of leisure boat are transformed using 3 dimensional design s/w and CAM s/w. In addition, the leisure boat is designed with a 3 dimensional s/w. The NC cutting data are generated by the CAM s/w. The surface characteristics of machined surface are investigated at various cutting conditions such as spindle speed, feed speed, and cutting material.

In modern society, increasingly easier access to Internet makes people want higher and more advanced services. This trend, of course, appears in the field of Security System. This study which has been performed to prove the way service quality of Security System has an influence on customer satisfaction brought the following results. First, customer satisfaction depends on social demographic characteristics. In other words, each customer satisfaction to service quality makes a difference the way he/she gains information on available facility. Usually customers showed higher satisfaction when they accepted the information from other people. Second, customer satisfaction depends on service quality itself. The effort for improvement of work efficiency or service quality in both facility itself and surroundings can make more people use and recommend the Security System without cease.

This study is to present false alarm management of alarm monitoring service, by literature analysis and interview with the persons in charge of service of alarm monitoring service companies. To reduce false alarm by customer's mistake, development of educational tool that could provide practical effect is needed. Also institutional consent to charge a specific sum of money could be considered for unnecessary dispatch that occurred by customer's mistake. To improve the false alarm by defect of equipments and installation of electronic security system, standardization of technical regulation and system installation is necessary. And to improve the performance of passive infrared sensor that cause most false alarm, the development of new type of sensor is required. It could be considered that guideline on educational contents and term definition about false alarm could be come under the security regulation.
