Designing and implementing to support both technical and social interaction by group members, GDSS can effect positively on developing and sustaining knowledge-intensive organization. This study proposes usage types of GDSS as KMS. By understanding level of GDSS, knowledge transfer process, and group members' interaction modes, we suggest some additional characteristics of GDSS and possible technology to be able for ai)plying to GDSS.

In this paper, we study the effects on mathematical communication and disposition for the writing mathematics letters in secondary mathematics education. For this purpose we construct a experimental class and then analyse the students' change in those aspects after applying writing mathematics letters made some significant changes on the students communication in mathematics and disposition. First. the results for this purpose on regarding the enhancement of mathematical communication are effective. Second, the results on regarding the improvement of disposition are effective.

Objective : Reminiscence program is a method to restore psychological stability for the elderly having dementia, and at the same time it makes the aged with dementia express themselves correctly by helping them to recollect their past life memories. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on communication ability in applying the reminiscence program to elderly patients with Alzheimer's dementia. Methods : The subject were 4 patients whose Alzheimer's dementia of moderate. This experiment was designed with pre-stage, treatment-stage, post-stage. The reminiscence therapy was compose of reminiscence activities of their live; in their childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and senescence. The therapy was delivered 30 times for 15 weeks. Results : The result of the study were as follows. First, after reminiscence therapy, recognition ability was improved. Second, after reminiscence therapy, emotional side was improved. Third, after reminiscence therapy, communication ability was improved. Conclusion : In this study, the reminiscence therapy had a positive effect on the improvement of communication skills among the elderly with Alzheimer's dementia. Based on the reminiscence therapy, it is thought to be very helpful in improving the communication ability of the elderly with dementia in the future.

Visual Language란 텍스트로 이루어진 문장이나 스프레드시트와 같은 도표형식의 정보전달과는 달리 전달하고자하는 사항을 가시화하여 그래프나 이미지 등으로 한 눈에 알아볼 수 있도록 하는 시각언어를 말한다. 본 논문에서는 전달방법에 따른 의사소통의 효과를 측정하는 연구모형을 제시하여 Visual Language와 Non-Visual Language를 통한 의사소통의 차이점을 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과 Visual Language를 통한 의사소통은 Non-Visual Language를 사용하는 것 보다 신속성 과 정확성 면에서 의사전달에 효과적이라는 사실을 알아낼 수 있었으며 Visual Language를 통한 의사소통은 프로젝트에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구의 성과로는 프로젝트 관리 시 발생하는 각종 상황을 이해관계자에게 전달하는 수단으로 가시화된 언어를 사용하여 전달하고자 하는 바를 빠르고 정확하게 숙지시켜 원활한 소통을 지양하고 이로 인하여 프로젝트 성공률을 높이는 방안에 기여하는데 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether there is a statistical relationship between compensation communication and job satisfaction. The empirical study indicates that there is a positive relationship between compensation communication and organizational justice. The results suggest that employees' fairness perception is enhanced when information about compensation is relevant, accurate, and timely. Furthermore, the statistical results proved that a significant positive relationship exists between organizational justice and job satisfaction. The findings of this study reveal that when employees understand how their compensation is determined and allocated, they feel more fairly treated. The research enhances past studies by utilizing the most widely accepted measure of job satisfaction dimensions, as well as all measures of organizational justice.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the factors of communication ability and self-esteem in some dental hygiene students. A self-reported questionnaire were completed by dental hygiene students who agree with the questionnaire voluntarily in Gwangju April 1 to 20, 2017, after explaining about the purpose of this study, informed consents were written by the students. The study instruments comprised the general characteristics of the subjects, self-esteem and communication ability. Communication ability had a significant positive corelation for self-esteem(r=0.472, p<0.01). The factors that have on effect on communication ability were Counselor(${\beta}=-0.189$), Major Satisfaction(${\beta}=-0.216$), Positive Self-esteem(${\beta}=0.444$). On the basis of this findings that the higher self-esteem students have, the higher communication ability studenst have, it is necessary to find out ways to improve self-esteem, and the programs for systematic communication ability are needed to develop for dental hygiene students.

This study aims to analyze how parents and their children participating in sports after school hours positively affects their communication and behavior based on the stratified sampling of 189 students (fifth and sixth graders) in Cheongju city C-province. The result from the exploratory factor and the structural analysis using SPSS18.0 showed that participating in sports improved parent-child communication including increasing their motivation, self-confidence, and self-esteem, and reducing children's problematic behavior such as anxiety, feeling insecure, insubordination, and aggressiveness. In order to improve the children's mental health, it would be essential to set various programs of after school sports and more importantly validate its quality.

The purposes of this study were to check the effects of positivity and family communication on organizational commitment among long-term professional soldiers and examine the mediating effects of self-efficacy between them. For those purposes, the study conducted a survey with 241 long-term professional soldiers after getting an approval for cooperation from army, navy, air force, and marine units for research on professional soldiers from Ministry of National Defense in 2015. Collected data were treated with the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs to analyze the relations. The findings were as follows: first, the organizational commitment of long-term professional soldiers had positive correlations with their positivity, family communication, and self-efficacy. Secondly, the study conducted analysis by taking into consideration all the variables affecting their organizational commitment and found that the fitness of measuring and structural models was good, that their positivity and family communication had positive impacts on their organizational commitment, and that their self-efficacy had partial mediating effects between them. Based on those findings, the study proposed effective implications for the organizational commitment of professional soldiers.

The Purpose of current study is to empirically examine the impact of innovation resistance management practices on technological innovation activities and its performance. Drawing upon literature review, innovation resistance management practices are conceptualized and the measurement items of independent and dependent variables are developed. Survey-based data for this study was collected from 300 Korea manufacturers. The results of structural equation modeling analysis are as follows. First, innovation resistance management practices significantly affected on technological innovation activities and its performance. Second, technological innovation activities affected on its performance. Therefore, in order to make high innovation performance, corporate have to properly implement the innovation resistance management practices.

This study was designed to identify how teachers and students solve problems and communicate with each other during the course of study through application of PBL questions that can be utilized in math ratio and graph sections of the 6th-grade elementary school curriculum in class. Therefore we haved figure it out that through pbl class student acquired a propound knowledge in math and showed self-directed learning through various communication activities, and that they finally showed positive attitude and confidence in this subject.
