With the revision of the Data 3 Act, the financial MyData industry was created newly. MyData services collect the financial customers' data scattered in various financial companies and provide personalized services such as personal financial product recommendation, personal expenditure advice, etc. Although MyData service started in 2022, but the use of the service has not been significantly activated. This study attempted to analyze the factors affecting the use of MyData services from the perspective of financial consumers through VAM, UTAUT2 model. The factors related to the perceived value and intention to use MyData services of financial consumers were verified using benefit and sacrifice variables. Personal Innovativeness was used as a moderating variable. As a result of this study, it was found that personal product recommendation service has an important influence on the use of MyData services, and personal innovativeness has an effect as a modulating variable. It can be said that it is meaningful as a preceding study in terms of timing because it studied the perceived value of consumers less than a year after the MyData service began. From the practical perspectives, it was possible to show the change direction and marketing points of the MyData service. In practice, it was possible to confirm the direction of the service and the marketing point.

서버 하드웨어 성능 향상과 가상화 소프트웨어 기술의 발달로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 꾸준히 확산되고 있으며, 이에 따라 인터넷 트래픽 또한 대용량화와 집중화가 진행 중이다. 이와 함께, 지속적인 DDoS 공격 및 사이버테러는 전자정부, 금융, 등 모든 조직을 대상으로 꾸준하게 일어나고 있다. 다양한 사이버테러 공격에 대응하고, 대용량 클라우드 서비스 트래픽을 정밀 분석 하는 정책서버 기반의 서비스별/사용자별/그룹별 트래픽 모니터링 및 제어 관리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서 이를 위한 오픈플로우 기반의 고성능 Open DPI(Deep Packet Inspection) 플랫폼 구조를 제안한다.

ICT 기술의 발전과 금융기술의 진보로 온라인 쇼핑으로 대표되는 전자상거래는 점점 더 대중화되고 있다. PC나 모바일기기로 빠르고 손쉽게 물건을 구매할 수 있어 온라인 쇼핑은 많은 사람에게 일상이 되었다. 특히 온라인 쇼핑은 임대료, 각종 공과금, 인건비, 재고 확보 등으로 높은 초기비용이 필요한 일반 오프라인 쇼핑에 비해 낮은 진입장벽을 가지고 있어 많은 창업가들이 관심을 두고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가장 보편적 온라인 쇼핑 창업 형태인 플랫폼 기반 창업을 통해 국내 온라인 창업 시장에 대해 전반적으로 알아보고자 한다. 특히 국내 최대 온라인 쇼핑 플랫폼인 네이버 스마트스토어의 판매자를 예로 살펴보면서 기존에 많이 연구되었던 소비자 입장에서의 온라인 쇼핑이 아닌 창업자 즉 판매자 입장에서 온라인 쇼핑을 분석함으로써 국내 온라인 쇼핑 창업의 양성에 필요한 정책적 지원에 관하여 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

현재 IC카드는 통신, 금융, 교통 등의 여러 응용 서비스에서 널리 사용되고 있는데, 계속적인 하드웨어 기술의 발전으로 인한 메모리 증가, CPU 성능 향상과, 통합된 정보 가전을 위한 다양한 형태의 네트워크 연결 인터페이스 구축 노력이 다중 응용 프로그램(Multi-Application) 사용 요구 및 개방형 운영체제(Open-platform Operating System)와 맞물려 도약적인 기술 발전을 이루고 있다. 본 고에서는 널리 사용되고 있으며 향후 시장성이 가장 클 것으로 예측되는 자바 카드 플랫폼 탑재 IC카드의 기술 현황을 H/W 및 S/W측면에서 살펴보고, 자바 카드 기술의 발전 동향을 조망하고자 한다.

블록체인을 포함하는 분산원장기술은 네트워크의 참여자들이 공인된 제3자 없이도 공동으로 거래 정보를 검증하고 기록, 보관함으로써 원장의 무결성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 기술이다. 신뢰할 수 없는 네트워크 상에서 합의된 거래 기록을 유지 관리할 수 있다는 특징으로 인해 금융권 뿐만 아니라 공공, 물류, 의료 등 광범위한 분야에 적용 가능한 새로운 플랫폼으로 기대를 모으고 있다. 본 고에서는 국제 표준화 기구에서 진행되고 있는 전반적인 블록체인 관련 표준화 활동을 소개하고 향후의 전망과 이에 따른 대응 방안을 검토한다.

데이터 기반 경제가 활성화되면서 데이터의 분석과 활용에 중점을 둔 서비스가 증가하는 추세이다. 금융 분야에서만 활용되던 마이데이터를 관광정보인 외부데이터와 결합해 사용자의 디지털 흔적을 수집, 분석하는 여행 마이데이터 플랫폼을 제시한다. 이를 통해 사용자에게 신뢰도가 높은 여행정보를 제공하고 여행 후 정산 문제를 해결하고자 한다.

Mobile device has the same service as PC with the development of mobile technology, such as game, internet, economic service. This paper we play the games in Mobile Device which were popular in Pentium 1 PC, and then develop Avatar Converter by summarizing Automating Elements. In other words, we propose a method that can accelerate developing speed of Mobile Contents by recycling existing resource. The main function of Avatar Converter is that transform existing architecture with dividing logic and resource which can play in mobile by considering restriction items. It can accelerate developing speed by transforming common logic and resource in various contents development for kinds of mobile company.

With the rise of the metaverse industry worldwide, relevant national strategies and nurturing systems have been prepared in Korea. As the complexity of policies increases, the importance of establishing data-based policymkaing is growing, and studies diagnosing national R&D trends in the metaverse field are still lacking. Therefore, this paper collected NTIS national R&D information for 9,651 R&D projects promoted from 2002 to 2020. And this study looked at the current status and identified major topics based on the topic modeling, and considered time-series changes in the topics. Eleven major topics of R&D tasks in the metaverse field were derived, hot topics were service/content/platform development and medical/surgical fields of application fields, and cold topics were urban/environment/spatial information fields. Strategic R&D Management, metaverse-related laws, and institutional studies were proposed as policy directions.

다양한 스마트기기 간 및 앱(Application) 간 연동을 통한 스마트미디어 생태계 환경에서 애플(Apple), 구글(Google), 마이크로소프트(Microsoft) 등 SW(Software) 기반 OS(Operating System) 플랫폼들은 개별 체제 강화를 더욱 견고히 하고 있다. 생태계 내 타(他) 구성원들은 이들에 의한 제약이 더욱 심해지자, 웹 문서의 표준화(HTML5)나 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud computing) 같은 개방화된 기술들을 환영한다. 실제로 최근 웹 애플리케이션(Web application) 개발과 개발자들의 OS 플랫폼 이탈은 이러한 변화의 단면을 보여주기 시작했다. 본 고는 SW 중심에서 서비스 중심으로 이동 중인 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 네트워크를 보유 중인 방송통신사업자들의 새로운 스마트미디어 전략 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 두 가지 기술적 배경인 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술들을 살펴본 후, 그 동안 SW 중심 플랫폼 경쟁 환경에서 주도권을 빼앗겼다고 깨달은 방송통신사업자가 취해야 할, 두 가지 새로운 기술적 환경에서의 스마트미디어 전략을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, HTML5가 모바일 분야의 핵심 기술이 될 전망이지만, 단기적으로는 여전히 미성숙 문제가 제기될 것으로 보이며, 기존 경쟁력을 유지하려는 OS 사업자들의 가치사슬 통합 전략이 가시화되고 있는 환경이 목격된다. 또한, 클라우드 서비스 제공도 이미 이들 OS사업자들의 기존 생태계 유지를 위한 핵심 툴로 이미 활용되기 시작했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 HTML5와 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 방송통신사업자들에게 생태계 주도권을 탈환할 수 있는 중요한 기술로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이를 기반으로 세 가지 이용자 경험인 '경계 없는', '동질적인', '끊김 없는' 이용자 경험(User Experience) 제공을 위해 노력하는 선도적인 사례 탐색이 시도되었으며, 이를 통해 방송통신사업자들의 미래 스마트미디어 전략 방향이 도출되었다. '경계 없는' 서비스에서는 구글, 애플 외의 멀티OS 전략과 기존 OS의 앱 서비스 대항마인 아마존(Amazon), 페이스북(Facebook) 등과의 적극적 서비스 제휴, '동질적인' 서비스에서는 클라우드 기반 주요 콘텐츠 플랫폼 제휴와 방송통신 가입자 기반의 All-IP기반으로의 확대, 마지막으로 '끊김 없는' 서비스에서는 SNS, LBS, 가상현실 등과의 매쉬업(Mash-up)과 의료, 금융 등과의 융합서비스 개발을 통한 스마트홈 전략 추진, 인증 및 결제시스템의 개방화 등이 제시되었다.

Today as the scale of e-commerce constantly expands, the number and the amount of the consumer frauds are also increasing very rapidly, without sufficient levels of systematic support to prevent them. Internet Escrow service is one of the promising payment mechanisms, which guarantees secure electronic trades and payments. Especially, if the real-time product delivery information is available via RFID-based track-and-trace environment, the security and efficiency of the Internet Escrow services would be improved a lot. In this research, proposed a novel approach to integrate EPCglobal Network, which is a de-facto standard for RFID-based information network model, with Internet Escrow services. The proposed service model was implemented in the form of "Integrated Financial Platform", which supports the contracts among trading partners and the payment via Escrow services by being fully integrated with bank systems. Using the implemented EPCglobal Network-based Escrow service system, we would be able not only to shorten the money-flow cycle and to develop new kinds of loan services, but also to overcome the problems of existing Escrow services including the lack of product-related information and the delay of purchasing decisions.
