우리는 이 글에서 독일어 관용어들을 가장 광범위하게 수록하고 있으며, 가장 신뢰받는 $\lceil$DUDEN(1992)-관용어 사전$\rfloor$을 대상으로 특히 동사 관용구의 사전적 표제어(lexikographische Nennform) 및 결합가 진술(Valenzangabe)과 관련한 문제를 논의해 보았다. 이러한 지적은 주로 학술지의 서평(Rezension)을 통해 언급되고 있다. 따라서 이 글에서는 J. Korhonen(1993), D. Steffens(1994), J. Mohring/I. Bar2 (1994)의 서평을 근거로 하여 이 사전의 문제점을 살펴보았다. 특히 이 사전을 사용하는 외국인 학습자들의 입장에서 몇 가지 문제점을 제기하고 그에 대한 대안을 모색해 보았다. 우리는 이 글이 독일어 관용어 사전을 보다 잘 이용할 수 있는 배경지식이 되길 바라며, 아울러 독일어 학습에서 어려운 어휘에 속하는 vPL의 내용 및 표현구조를 보다 잘 이해하는데 도움이 되길 기대한다.

1992년7월부터 4년2개월 동안 '6년제 수의과대학'을 위하여 뛰어 다니며 "한국수의학교육의 수업연한 개선 방안(1994. 4. 10)"을 작성할 당시 북한 수의학교육에 대하여 궁금증을 가진 바 있어 북한수의학교육 조사를 하여 본적은 있으나 한번도 북한을 방문한 적이 없을 뿐 아니라 북한자료를 접하기 쉽지 않은, 오히려 금기시(?)되는 현상황 아래 북한 수의학에 대한 글을 쓴다는 것이 캄캄한 밤길을 걷는 것과 같음은 불문가지이다. 그러나 언제일지 모르지만 통일이 우리 앞에 성큼 다가왔을 때를 대비하여 북한의 수의학을 이해할 필요가 있고 우리분야의 전문가가 북한인사를 접할 때 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용하기 위해서라도 이러한 글이 있어야 하겠다는 생각으로 시작은 하였으나 북한을 몇 번 다녀온 분들을 만나 이야기를 들어 보아도 나무는 그려지나 숲은 볼 수 없는 상황이었다. 북한 수의학교육의 줄거리를 정하지 못하고 방황하고 있을 때 "이것이 북한교육이다"이란 책을 접하게 되었다. 일일이 인용표시를 못하였지만 필자가 이 책을 접하지 못하였다면 아마도"북한 수의학 수의학교육"이란 글을 쓰는데 몇 개월은 더 방황하였을 것이다. 이글은 먼저 북한의 교육체계변천을 살펴보고, 대학교육을 중심으로 한 북한의 교육체계, 수의학교육, 수의학 도서 및 학술지를 살펴보았고, 인접 학문인 의학교육과 농업교육도 살펴보았다. 그리고 수의학교육을 마친 후 졸업생이 활동하는 영역인 산업(축산)분야를 살펴보고 남북교류협력과 검역도 관심을 가졌다.

우리나라의 산업별 교섭은 그동안 과거 기업별 교섭의 유산인 기업별 격차 때문에 많은 어려움을 겪어 왔다. 이 글은 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 유효한 수단으로 산업별 임금체계를 금속노조의 사례를 중심으로 설계하여 제안하고자 한다. 이 글의 논의는 세 부분으로 이루어져 있다. 첫째는 이론적인 부분으로 산업별 임금체계가 중층적인 산업별 교섭구조에 대응하여 연대와 차이의 원리를 반영하면서 동시에 세 가지 계급적 이해범주도 함께 반영해야 한다고 정리하고 이들 요구를 수용하기 위해서 생계비(생애), 직무, 능률, 숙련의 요소들이 임금체계의 항목으로 구성될 필요가 있다고 제시하였다. 둘째는 산업별 임금체계의 설계 시안을 제시하였는데 여기에는 최근의 국내외 임금체계 논의 동향과 관련된 현실적 함의가 함께 고려되었다. 즉 연공급의 문제점을 극복하고 유연적 경영환경에 대응하여 유연적 능률적 요소를 수용할 수 있도록 임금체계를 설계하였다. 셋째는 현재의 임금구조로부터 이 글에서 설계된 산업별 임금체계로 어떻게 이행할 것인지에 대한 전술적인 고민을 금속노조의 사례를 중심으로 논의하였다. 그리하여 현재 금속노조의 실태로부터 먼저 임금체계 자체의 논의가 초기업적 교섭의제로 제기될 수 있는 조건이라는 점과 그런 논의의 출발점이 기본급을 중심으로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며 일차적인 전술적 목표가 연대의 원리가 적용되는 임금항목들에 있다는 점을 정리하였다.

Amongst various methods of interpreting art, a understanding of the intention of artistic creation has been traditionally considered the most essential. Hermeneutics is the typical way of approaching it. With a focus on interpretation and understanding of the object, Hermeneutics delves into methodological techniques of interpretation and understanding of the existence of art from ancient Greece to the present. Nevertheless, from the Hermeneutic viewpoint, art as the object of interpretation is not free from social conditions and tradition; for this reason, interpretation of art basically has a socio-historical aspect. The starting point of this thesis is to examine the methods of understanding art from the socio-historical viewpoint. For this purpose, I study the theory of Hermeneutics as a basic of socio-historical interpretation of art, calling for methodology I need to justify inter-dependency of the epistemological viewpoint aid the ontological viewpoint in interpretation of art. Here, I suggest 'imputation(Zurechung)' and 'cycle(Zirkel)' as methodological concepts to support interdependency of these two viewpoints in Hermeneutics. Zurechung means explanation of meaning based upon the higher standard that includes to object of interpretation, while Zirkel means perception of part in order to understand the whole and, in turn, recognition of the whole in order to understand the part. These two concepts function inter-dependently in clarifying the object of interpretation and various problems of understanding human beings derived from it in the process of interpretation. This is also a key to the explanation that the object in social condition is closely related to historical perspective.

제도가 알려져서 정착하기 까지는 많은 시간이 걸리는 경우가 있는데 SW 임치제도가 그러한 경우에 해당한다. 2003년에 미국의 유명한 임치기관인 DSI사를 방문했을 때 한 관계자가 1970년대에 미국에 소개된 SW 임치제도는 그 유용성이 알려져서 정착하기까지 20년이라는 세월이 걸렸다고 했다. 이 글은 우리나라에게 생소한 SW 임치제도에 대한 기본적인 이해를 돕고자 SW 임치제도의 메커니즘과 국내외 임치기관 등을 살펴보고, 임치사례를 통해 임치제도의 유용성을 소개한다. 그리고 최근 하도급 거래에 있어서 불공정한 관행을 시정하기 위해 도입된 기술자료 예치 제도의 주요내용도 함께 살펴보고자 한다.

MMDBMS(Main Memory DataBase Management System)는 통신업종을 주력으로 해 금융업종으로 빠르게 성장세를 이어가며 데이터베이스 관리시스템 시장에서 3% 이상의 높은 시장점유율을 차지하고 있다. DDBMS(Disk-based Database Management Sysrem 디스크 기반 데이터베이스 관리시스템)의 부족한 기능을 보완 또는 부분적으로 대체하고있는 것이다. 하지만 정작 사용자들은 MMDBMS에 대해 잘 모르는 경우가 많고, 또 정확한 이해를 하지 못하고 있는 경우가 대부분이다. 이 글에서는 MMDBMS에 대한 정확한 이해를 통해 정보시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 DDBMS의 기능을 보완하는김상하MMDBMS의 활용을 돕고자 한다.

우리사회는 교통시설부족으로 인하여 많은 사회적 비용을 지불하고 있다. 이에 따라 꾸준한 지하철, 도로등 교통시설을 확대하고 있으나 지하철과 도로망 확대 모두 재원 문제로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 지하철보다는 수송용량은 떨어지나 건설비 및 운영비를 절감 할 수 있고, 도로건설에 따른 도시에서의 용지 확보문제를 동시해결 할 수 있는 경량전철이 계속 심도있게 부각되고 있다. 본 글은 우리 철도학회 회원들에게 경량전철의 개황과 현재 운영 또는 개발되어 있는 각종 시스템을 소개함으로서 경량전철을 이해하는데 도움을 주고자하여 이글을 기고합니다.

The article aims to elaborate on the fundamental insights of Hegel's political philosophy from a 'public freedom theory and public philosophy' perspective. The article is based on the understanding that Hegel's theory of freedom desires public freedom, and explains the contemporary meanings of the theory of freedom. The article critiques two subjects based on the interpretation of Hegel's public philosophy-the first is atomistic individualism and the other is the absolute alterity theory supported by Levinas and Derrida. In other words, through this article the author emphasizes that Hegel's public freedom theory clearly illustrates the limitations of atomistic individualism, and goes on to provide a subject theory that includes a dual/multiple theory on 'the other' that is distinct from the Levinas-Derrida approach.

This study examined how students revised their writing after reciprocal peer review and how their revision activities were influenced by the review. Undergraduates in physics class wrote a laboratory reports, exchanged comments with peers, and revised their reports afterward based on the comments they received from their peers. The comparison between the original and the revised drafts showed that students were mainly concerned with micro-meaning revisions, focusing on making changes on individual words, clauses, and sentences. Revisions that dealt with macro-meaning of the texts were not as frequent. Giving and receiving comments influenced later revision activities. Receiving comments on micro-meaning of the texts led to a significant increase in both micro- and macro-meaning revisions. Receiving comments on macro-meaning of the texts, however, did not prompt relevant revision activities. Even when students engaged in macro revision, it was negatively related to writing performance gains in one subgroup, suggesting that even after peers point out macro-problems in their writing, students are not competent to solve the problems yet. The results of the study suggest that more efforts are needed to help them to understand and manipulate the macro-meaning structure of the texts.

조달본부에서는 새로운 정부의 국방개혁 틀안에서 국방 조달업무 전반에 걸쳐 그동안 잠재된 조달 불신요인을 말끔히 걷어내고 투명성, 책임성, 효율성 제고를 위해 총체적인 업무 개혁을 추진중에 있다. 이 글에서는 이러한 조달업무 개혁에 대한 군과 국민의 이해와 공감대 형성을 위하여 제도개혁면을 중심으로 그 추진내용을 알기 쉽게 소개하고자 한다.
