Rapid progress of globalization around the world makes global supply chain management a very important competitive strategy for global corporation. And ports, where international trade cargoes are coming and going through on a large scale, are becoming global supply chain basis for global co게orations. Accordingly, ports' capabilities to support global supply chain activities of global corporation become major tools for the measurement of ports' competitiveness. Recently there have been several studies to find the variables related to port's supply chain function and port's competitiveness. In this study, an effort has been made to identify variables related to port supply chain function and competitiveness. Also, considering the increasing usefulness and rising importance of Incheon port, the supply chain function of Incheon port and it's relationship to Incheon port's competitiveness has been ascertained.

우리나라에서 2020년 1월 데이터 3법이 개정되면서 개인정보의 보호와 활용의 기반이 마련되었다. 가명처리 개념이 도입되었고, 국제 표준에 근거한 가명 처리의 이행이 요구되는 시점이다. 개인정보보호 요구사항은 일반적으로 법제도, 위험평가, 조직간 계약에서 나온다. 국제표준은 이러한 개인정보보호와 활용과 보호에 대한 글로벌 표준을 제공하여 국경을 넘는 호환성있는 개인정보의 처리를 가능케 한다. 개인정보보호 국제표준화를 주도적으로 추진하는 표준화 그룹은 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1/서브위원회 27/작업반 5 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)이다. 2019년 10월 프랑스 파리 회의 이후에는 개인정보보호 분야 4건의 신규워크아이템 제안과 2건의 연구회기가 진행되었다. 2020년 4월 회의는 당초 러시아 상트페테르부르크에서 열릴 예정이었으나 코로나19의 확산으로 인해 전자회의로 개최되었다. 본고에서는 이 그룹에서 2019년 10월 이후 추진되고 있는 개인정보보호 관련 국제표준화 동향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 지난 4월 SC27 WG5 전자 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

차세대 보안 기술인 양자암호통신은 ETSI, ITU-T, JTC1 SC27 등 여러 국제 표준화 기구들이 적극적으로 표준을 개발하고 있다. 표준화 기구별 집중하고 있는 이슈들은 조금씩 다르지만, 많은 나라들이 경쟁적으로 기술 개발 및 표준화에 열을 올리고 있다. 본고에서는 국제 표준화 기구별 개발중인 양자암호통신 기술 관련 표준들의 특징과 현황을 소개한다.

The proposed system in this paper is designed to provide users with a means of global location information using Orbcomm satellite communication and X.400 protocol. The system's two-way data transmission capabilities allow users to track mobile or fixed objects anywhere in the world via Internet. This study utilizes the X.400 protocol, and the SIP(Serial Interface Protocol) and self defined control protocol to implement data communication link in this paper. Data processor board connected to SC(Subscriber Communicator) is also designed and implemented to interface with GPS receiver. The experimental results of the proposed global position location system is evaluated through real-time experiments, and we have confirmed it works well according to the protocol designed in this paper.

The purpose of this study is to identify the drivers of supply chain vulnerability and internal/external disruptive events and to verify the moderating effect of SCRM to mitigate negative disruption impacts. The analysis results of 182 SMEs are as follows. First, SC vulnerability proceeded from excessive efficiency. Second, the probability and severity of internal factors were higher than that of external factors. In particular, the priority of responding to risks arising from the supply chain process was higher than the value chain within the firm. Finally, the higher the level of risk management in the supply chain, the more positively the negative disruption impact was mitigated. This study is valuable in providing practical clues to the decision-making of a firm's managers and policymakers responding to supply chain risks.

개인정보보호 관리체계(PIMS: Personal Information/privacy Management System)는 개인정보에 특화해 기업이 고객들의 개인정보를 보호 활동을 지속적이고 체계적으로 수행하기 위한 체계를 지칭한다. 기업에 의해 다양한 개인정보가 수집되어 이용되고 있고 비즈니스 목적의 개인정보 국외 이전에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있는 점을 고려하면, 글로벌 차원에서 합의된 개인정보보호 관리체계의 국제 표준화된 지침 (관리 프로세스 요구사항과 리스크를 관리하기 위한 보호대책) 의 개발이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 국제표준에 근거한 개인정보보호 관리체계를 위한 기준은 국경을 넘어선 개인정보의 이전을 가능케 하는 기반을 제공하며, 이 기준을 이용하면 국가별로 다르게 운영되고 있는 개인정보보호 관리체계에 대한 국가간 상호 인정도 가능케 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호관리체계와 개인정보보호 관리체계의 주요 특성을 살펴보고, 두 체계 간의 유사점과 차이점을 식별하며, 개인정보관리체계의 운영을 위한 국제 표준 구성 요소를 제시한다. 또한, 한국 주도로 추진 중인 개인정보보호 관리체계 지침을 위해 2011년 8월 이후 ITU-T SG17과 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27에 의해 추진되고 있는 지금까지 국제 표준화 추진 경과 사항을 살펴보고, 향후 표준화 전망을 제시한다.

RFID는 각종 서비스 산업은 물론 물류, 산업 현장, 제조 공장과 물품의 흐름이 있는 곳이면 어디에서나 적용이 가능하여 사용되고 있으며, 사회 여러 분야로부터 큰 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황을 반영하여 ISO/IEC의 JTC1/SC31 전문위원회를 중심으로 RFID 글로벌 표준화가 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 RFID 기술 및 응용 분야가 확대되고 있어 이의 조기 구축을 통한 관련 기술 발전 및 세계 시장 진출의 기회 확보를 위해 국제 표준에 부합하는 RFID용 주파수 할당 및 관련 기술기준 제반 규정을 정비할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 현재 국내에는 13.56MHz대와 2.45GHz대 RFID에 대한 기술기준이 제정되어 있으나 새로운 기술 발전 및 응용에 부합되도록 시급히 개정되어야 하며 또한 세계적으로 대두되고 있는 UHF대 RFID에 대한 기술기준 제정도 필요하다. 본 고에서는 RFID의 각 주파수 대역별 시스템에 대한 기술기준을 제정하기 위한 기반구축을 위해 국제적인 표준화 동향 및 새로운 기술 등에 관하여 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 국내 기술기준 제.개정(안) 도입 방향에 대해서 제시하였다.

1974년 인터넷 개념이 처음 제안된 이후, 지난 30년 넘게 인터넷은 현재 사용되는 글로벌 네트워크의 대표주자로 자리매김 하고 있다. 그러나 2000년대에 들어서면서부터 통신환경의 급격한 변화 및 다양한 사용자 요구사항의 증대로 인해 현재의 인터넷이갖는 근본적인 문제에 대해 심각한 고민을 하기 시작하였으며, 그 연장선 중 하나로 최근 Clean Slate 설계 방법에 기반을 둔 미래인터넷 연구가 국내외로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 미래인터넷의 연구 배경으로 현 인터넷의 성공배경 및 문제점들을 먼저 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 미래인터넷을 위한 요구사항 및 설계목표 등을 알아본다. 또한 최근 활발히 연구 진행중인 미래인터넷 핵심 기술들에 대해 분석하고, 미국, 유럽, 일본, 우리나라가 전략적으로 추진중에 있는 프로젝트 동향, 성공 시나리오 등을 살펴본다. 끝으로 현재 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC6, ITU-T 등에서 추진 계획중에 있는 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴본다.

The Moore's law states that the number of transistors on a chip doubles about every 18 months. And it was reported that the network speed has been doubled about every 9 months. This indicates that computing power and network is no longer the obstacles for the high performance applications requiring terabits networks. We believe that the application motivates the network and vice versa. This presentation will introduce the GLORIAD which is the first ring network connecting six countries around the world and provides scientists with advanced networking tools that improve a communications and data exchange. The GLORIAD trans-Pacific link started its service on August 1, 2005. Since then, there has been remarkable demonstrations were performed through major conferences like Supercomputing Conference. This paper will introduce the global collaborative works on demonstrations of VMT, high energy physics, SDSS and HD video transmission during SC'06 in Tampa, FL.

SCM(Supply Chain Management) have been introduced in many companies for integrated management and improvement of business process. Recently, as internet and e-business concept are spread globally, the SCM concept is expanded from one internal company process to inter-company process, it makes a Global SCM concept. In this paper, we discuss the implementation of the Global SCM concept using e-business infrastructure, and propose SCM portal models. Four types of the SCM portal model are discussed, which are forecasting information sharing model, e-Marketplace-typed model, collaboration model and logistics information sharing model. The major concept of the SCM portal is to share information of supply chain process, it provide merits of scale to company. The result of this paper can be summarized as follows : First, the information sharing is very useful in the Global SCM. Second, the e-business infrastructure, especially e-Marketplace can be usefully used for implementation of SCM portal. Third, the M2M(Market to Market) function of e-Marketplace is a major function for implementing SCM portal.
