This study will look at various implications of China's resumption of trade with Korea, such as trade restructuring, changes in trade policies and the impact on corporate competitiveness, and how the two countries resolved trade disputes. We will evaluate the evolution of trade between China and Korea from a historical and economic perspective, analyze how policy changes have shaped corporate strategies, and discuss how these changes have affected both countries' positions in the global economy. Through this study, we aim to provide a deeper understanding of regional economic cooperation and global economic governance and insight into future policy decisions.

This study examines the increasing influence of the private sorter in global media governance, which represents decentralization of international politics resulted from the rapid globalization in the areas of politics, economy and culture. Introducing a concept of the private authority which theoretically explains increasing power of the private sector, including transnational corporations and business associations in global governance, this study discusses how the private sector and its governance activities ran be recognized as legitimate as those of the state. Based on this theoretical discussion, the study examines what the Increasing role and power of the private sector In global media governance imply with regard to democratic accountability.

This paper investigates the impact and behavior of foreign equity investment in Asian emerging economies during the 2007-2008 and the 2010-2012 global financial crises in terms of volatility and return. The empirical results indicate that foreign investors show positive feedback trading behavior in the sample countries. We find evidence that foreign investors' net selling behavior significantly increases market volatility in most countries.

The shipping industry is sensitive to the global economy. Therefore, when events such as the global economic crisis occur, shipping market freight rates react immediately, and the long-term stagnation of the industry has been repeated accordingly. In particular, Hanjin Shipping's bankruptcy is an incident in which the nation has become aware of the chronic problems of the Korean shipping industry. The government is making great efforts to rebuild the collapsed shipping industry and become a global leader country. In order for the Korean shipping industry to grow into a global leader, it is important to appropriately respond to the crisis. To this end, it is necessary to establish and operate a crisis response system for the shipping industry at the national level.

'농업전망 2012'가 지난 2월 2일 농업계 관련 인사와 농업인 등 2,000여명이 참석한 가운데 롯데호텔 크리스탈 볼룸에서 개최됐다. 한국농촌경제연구원 주최로 올해 15회째를 맞는 농업전망2012는 '도농상생을 위한 농업 농촌 가치의 재발견'이란 대 주제 아래, 제1부 세계 경제와 한국 농업 전망, 제2부 글로벌 시대의 도농 상생과 협력, 제3부 산업별 주요 전망과 이슈로 나눠 주제발표와 질의응답으로 진행됐다. 이날 '농업전망 2012'는 도시와 농촌이 함께 성장하기 위한 방안을 모색하고 글로벌 시대 한국 농업농촌이 나아갈 길을 모색하는 자리가 됐다. 주요내용을 요약 정리했다.

지난 4월 17일 국회의원회관 118호 간담회의실에서 심대평 의원(자유선진당, 국방위원회)주최로 전문가 간담회가 열렸다. T-50 UAE수출과 관련해 열린 이날 전문가 간담회의 주제는 "글로벌 경제의 블루오션 방위산업-항공산업 발전과 T-50 수출전략" 국산 초음속 훈련기 T-50 해외수출을 위해 마련된 이날 전문가 간담회에는 전영훈 골든이글 공학연구소 소장, 항공우주연구원 이희우 교수, 동아일보 이정훈 기자, 월간항공 계동혁 기자 등 각계 전문가가 참석해 의견을 제시하고 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 이 날 간담회에서 발표된 주요 주제발표 내용과 전문가들이 함께 논의한 토론내용을 지면으로 소개한다.

에티오피아 Awash 하천유역의 수자원은 경제적, 사회적, 생태적으로 매우 중요하다. 하지만 이 지역에 신뢰성 높은 기상자료의 확보가 매우 어렵기 때문에 Climate Forecast System Reanalysis (CFSR)의 글로벌 기상자료를 이용한 수문성분해석결과와 기존의 제한된 기상자료를 활용한 결과를 비교하여 향후 두 자료를 적절히 활용하는 방안을 모색하였다. 수문모형은 글로벌 적용이 가능한 SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool)을 활용하였고, 상이한 자료를 이용하여 구한 모형의 성능은 두 지점의 관측 유출량과의 비교를 통해 검토하였다. 매개변수의 보정은 Sequential uncertainty fitting (SUFI-2)방법을 이용하였다. Keleta 및 Melka Kunture 소유역에서의 유출량을 비교한 결과 기존의 가용 기상자료를 활용하여 구한 결과에 비해 CFSR 글로벌 기상자료를 이용한 결과가 보다 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 유역면적이 Keleta소유역에 비해 6배가 큰 Melka Kunture 유역에서 CFSR 기상자료를 이용하여 산정한 유출량이 더욱 정확한 것으로 나타나 유역면적이 큰 곳에서 글로벌 자료의 활용성은 더욱 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 글로벌 기상자료의 활용은 아프리카의 대부분 지역과 같이 확보된 기상자료가 부족한 곳에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 전망되었다.

세계 경제의 중심, 미국경제가 심상치 않다. 리먼 브러더스사의 파산과 메릴린치사의 매각 소식, 미국 최대 보험사 AIG 파산까지 가히 패닉이라고 불리울만한 글로벌 금융위기가 계속되고 있다. 당장 미 정부의 구제금융 투입 등 급한 불을 끄는 조치는 나오고 있지만, 연일 터지는 미국발 경제쇼크는 대미 의존도가 높은 국내경제의 특성상 직간접적인 광범위한 영향을 받을 수 밖에 없는 상황. 한치 앞을 내다보기 힘든 미국금융시장의 현재와 전망을 살퍼본다.

소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.
