Development of Web-based Network Diligence and Indolence Management System (웹 기반 네트워크 근태 관리 시스템 개발)

  • In recent diligence and indolence management systems, server and client are not separated and data are not convert into data base. Therefore these recent systems have several weaknesses such as data modification and management. In this paper, we propose a new Web-based Network Diligence and Indolence Management system (WNDIM) to solve the weakness and improve the system performance of recent system. The main features and contributions of the proposed system are as follows. First, server and client are separated, and all data are converted into data base, Second, with the construction of APM server the data modification and management are efficiently operated. Third, a political decision of the system is defined. Fourth, the system can efficiently support user-oriented services such as the collection of diligence and indolence data and the sum of off-duty days. From the implementation and performance evaluation of the proposed WNDIM, we can see the system can efficiently support the diligence and indolence management, currently we are using the proposed WNDIM system in the real filed.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 한 부분인 RFID 기술은 사무실의 근태 관리 시스템 등에 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 근태 관리 시스템을 개선하여 상황인식 기술이 추가된 RFID 기반 근태 관리 시스템을 제안한다. RFID 기반 근태 관리 시스템은 사무실 전체에서 실시간으로 RFID 리더 및 센서로 다양한 정보를 읽고 분석하며, 분석된 정보를 이용하여 주변 환경을 제어한다.

  • Generally, small and medium scale enterprises have conventionally been performing diligence and indolence management by hand, but many of them have been recently costing a lot of money for their diligence and indolence management and security maintenance. But yet, they have annoying sides due to the initial stage cost for the introduction of the system which is consisted of a terminal for reading a card, an RFID card, an administrative sewer and an application program for the diligence and indolence management as well as the insufficiency of the fixing skill being able to cope with the problems originating from hardware and software troubles. For this reasons, we developed a new diligence and indolence management system that the initial stage cost is moderate because it is needless to purchase a new server and to issue a new card, and the operation and management of the system is convenient because an RFID card reader communicates with a central administrative server in IDC(Internet Data Center) over internet for the diligence and indolence management.

  • 본 논문은 회사 직원들의 재택근무와 출퇴근 관리를 위한 Web 페이지이다. 프로젝트의 핵심 기능은 캘린더를 이용한 직원들의 출퇴근 관리로 근태, 재택, 휴가, 급여 관리 기능이 포함되어있다. 각 회사에서 이 프로그램을 이용할 시 직원들은 출근, 퇴근 버튼 기능으로 시간을 기록하고 휴가신청과 재택근무 일정을 확인할 수 있다. 관리자들은 직원들의 출퇴근 일정 목록과 재택일정, 휴가일정을 확인 가능하고 수정, 관리할 수 있다. 채팅 기능을 활용하여 직원과 관리자의 원활히 소통이 가능하다. 회사에서 필요한 근태 관리 시스템 기능들을 제공한다.

  • Diligence/Indolence records are the key data for a human resource management and the basic data to measure the salaries of the employees. However, existing mechanical or electro-magnetic diligence/indolence management systems have the problems that the systems are often incorrect or require much cost to build them. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence management system using a smart device of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system acquires the location data of the employee using the MAC addresses of both a smart device and access points of the WiFi and transfers the data of punching-in/out based on the acquired location to a server. The benefit of the proposed system is that it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I management system with low cost because the system exploits smart devices and WiFi access points installed previously.

  • A human resource/labor management is a management activity to achieve the goal of an employee. To do this, it is required to measure the time of diligence/indolence effectively. However, existing diligence/indolence systems have the problems which require high costs for building the systems and have many unnecessary functions for small business or self-employed business. In this paper, we design and implement the diligence/indolence system using a smart phone of an employee. To measure the data of the diligence/indolence, the implemented system exploits the MAC addresses of both a smart phone and a access point of WiFi.

  • Diligence/Indolence records are the basic data at a human resource management and the essential data for measure salaries of employees. However, since the D/I systems using RFIDs or biometric sensors require hish costs to build and operate the D/I systems, it is difficult for to small business or self-employed business to use them. In this paper, we propose the Diligence/Indolence system to use the location identification of a smart phon. To locate the position of an employee, the WiFi signal of a smart phone and the wireless access point are exploited. Because the pre-owned hardware resources are used and initial building costs are low, it is easy for small business to use the proposed D/I system with low cost.

  • 이윤추구를 목표로 하는 기업의 모든 활동에는 매출, 매입 등의 다양한 정보가 지속적으로 발생한다. 이렇게 생성된 정보는 CEO에게 작게는 영업사원의 실적을 평가하는 요소이며 크게는 전체적인 시장상황을 직시할 수 있는 신뢰 높은 데이터가 되므로 효율적으로 관리할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 급변하는 시장 속에서도 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 영업 전략을 수립하고, 근태관리프로세스를 통한 각 사원의 회사에 대한 기여도를 체크 하는 등 CEO가 전반적인 기업운영을 효율적으로 할 수 있도록 하며, 각 사원이 자신의 영업이익과 거래처에 대한 신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 온라인을 기반으로 데이터가 실시간으로 공유될 수 있도록 구성되어 있으며, 각 사원이 갖는 권한에 따라 정보열람이 제한 되도록 하였다.

  • 어떤 집단에서든 그 구성원의 효율적인 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다. 이러한 효율적인 관리는 집단의 구성원이 많을수록 한 개인이 방대한 자료를 분석 및 관리하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 많은 자료를 바탕으로 퍼지 추론을 이용하여 근태 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 먼저 퍼지입력 변수로는 출입구에 미리 설치되어 있는 지문 도어락과 관리실의 PC를 통해 사원들의 출퇴근 시간과 월별 근무시간, 월별 근무일수, 월별 조퇴 및 지각일수를 산출한 후 월별 휴가일수를 입력한다. 이 입력 데이터 값으로 퍼지 연산을 수행 후 구성원 개개인의 월별 성실도를 결정하였다.

  • The personnel and salary management business among computation by computer of a general enterprise is very important. The attendance-absence of our office and in and out of office work for employees in business is very important data element. Because of computation by computer system introduction in a general small and medium enterprise is very expensive, until now it is managed simply by handwork data in the attendance book. On the other hand, to solve the cost problem I designed and implemented a diligence and indolence communication management system for using P.O.P Terminal.
