Nurses' Calling, Perceived Risk, Performance on Standard Precautions, and Burnout in the COVID-19 Pandemic (COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호사의 소명의식, 지각된 위험, 표준주의지침 수행 및 소진)

  • This study aimed to identify the effect of occupational calling, compliance with standard precautions and perceived threat for COVID-19 on the COVID-19 burnout of hospital nurses in the convergence society. The participants were 212 nurses; data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression. This study found that: hospital nurses showed higher score for perceived threat of COVID-19, higher scores for COVID-19 burnout. The main factors influencing COVID-19 burnout were perceived threat of COVID-19 (𝛽=.233), and working unit (𝛽=.154). They explained about 6.7% of the COVID-19 burnout. Therefore, systematic support and nursing education is needed to reduce the perceived threat of COVID-19 among nurses.

A Study on the Digital Therapeutics Based Community Care for Rehabilitation in Dysarthria in the Post-COVID-19 Era (Post-COVID-19 시대 마비말장애 재활을 위한 디지털 치료제 기반의 커뮤니티케어 방안)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore ways a digital therapeutics-based community care plans for the rehabilitation in dysarthria in a situation where non-face-to-face services are expanding in the COVID-19 era. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted on experts working in hospitals, speech-language pathology centers, and social welfare centers, and as a result of the study, 3 topics, 9 sub-themes, and 18 content units were derived. Based on the analysis results, the digital therapeutics-based community care model consisted of 9 types: remote diagnosis, telepractice, rehabilitation training program, peer supporters, clinical support, communication, psychosocial intervention, and care plan services. This study will be able to provide basic data for health care & welfare services using digital therapeutics and guidelines for establishing shared care plans based on multidisciplinary cooperation.

  • It proposes a plan to strengthen the limitations of existing corporate security systems based on Zero-Trust. With the advent of the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the paradigm of security is also changing. As remote work becomes more active due to cloud computing and COVID-19, security issues arising from the changed IT environment are raised. At the same time, in the current situation where attack techniques are becoming intelligent and advanced, companies should further strengthen their current security systems by utilizing zero trust security. Zero-trust security increases security by monitoring all data communications based on the concept of doubting and trusting everything, and allowing strict authentication and minimal access to access requestors. Therefore, this paper introduces a zero trust security solution that strengthens the existing security system and presents the direction and validity that companies should introduce.

Exploring the Moderating Effect of Job Crafting in the Relationship between Child-care Teachers' Flourish and Care that Respects the Rights of Child (보육교사의 플로리시와 영유아권리존중보육 간 영향 관계에서 자기주도직무설계의 조절효과 탐색)

  • The importance of the child-care teacher's job has recently been greatly emphasized due to changes in the transitional social environment, but the performance conditions are poor, requiring management of various job factors. For the purpose of providing information for practical application and institutional support related to child-care teachers, this study selected Flourish, Care that Respects the Rights of Child, and Job Crafting to verify the functional impact relationship and effectiveness. Since there are no domestic studies on child-care teachers using these variables, hierarchical regression analysis was performed on 223 child-care teachers to obtain initial information. As a result of the analysis, only the average difference between groups was found in terms of Flourish according to age and Negative Job Demand Reduction according to working hours. And it was found that the Enhancement of Social Job Resources had a moderating effect. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a new job management strategy based on the information provided by this study and to develop a highly effective reinforcement program for each factor.

A Study on the Moderating Effect of Psychological Entitlement on Perceived Organizational Support and Unethical Pro-Organizational Behavior (조직지원인식과 비윤리적 친조직 행동에 있어서 심리적 특권의식의 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • In many enterprises, the extent and the frequency of damages incurred due to the unethical behavior of the members of the organization have not reduced, but rather the magnitude and frequency of damages have been increasing. Research at an organizational level is necessary at this point in time, to investigate the contributing variables that cause this unethical behavior, the measures to manage them, and the control variables that can reduce unethical pro-organizational behavior. Therefore, this study seeks to explore perceived organizational support and psychological entitlement as leading factors of unethical pro-organizational behavior, based on the theory of social exchange, and to examine the reaction mechanism between these variables. This is particularly because a large number of the current labor force belongs to the millennial generation (born after 1978) or Generation Y, and their sense of psychological entitlement has been problematic in their organization. The effect of perceived organizational support on unethical pro-organizational behavior and the effect of psychological entitlement on unethical pro-organizational behavior were examined through a review of existing literature, and an empirical analysis was conducted to investigate the moderating effects of psychological entitlement on perceived organizational support and unethical pro-organizational behavior. A regression analysis was conducted based on the valid data of 185 members of an organization who belong to the millennial generation, and the analysis results showed that a sense of psychological entitlement had a moderating effect between perceived organizational support and unethical pro-organizational behavior. Based on these findings, this paper proposes theoretical and practical implications for unethical pro-organizational behavior and psychological entitlement, and hopes to contribute to expanding research in this area.

A Comparative Study on Science Textbooks for Primary and Secondary Education in Korea and Japan - Focusing on the Field of Physics - (한국과 일본의 초.중.고등학교 과학 교과서 비교 연구 -물리 영역을 중심으로-)

  • The development of modem technology made people more aware of the importance of science education, which was followed by research on textbooks based on the new curriculum. This study compared physics textbooks that were published after the new curriculum started in 2000 and 2002 in Korea and Japan, respectively, and aimed to become a reference for further improvement of science curriculum and textbook reform. The results were as follows : 1. The number of teaching topics in Korean science textbook is greater than those in Japan. 2. In detail, the field of physics appeared to be relatively more important in Korea's textbooks, while it was the field of biology that was given more weight in textbooks in Japan. 3. The textbooks in Korea and Japan covered in more detail the concepts of 'power and energy' and 'electricity and magnetism', respectively. 4. The textbooks in Korea introduced the contents of magnetism initially, whereas their counterparts in Japan, the contents of light. As a whole, the contents of the science textbooks in Korea and Japan were very similar. However, more detailed concepts were included in Korea's textbooks, and therefore, Korea's textbooks seemed to have richer contents than Japan.

Nursery Teachers' Knowledge, Attitude and Performance Ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (보육교사의 심폐소생술에 대한 지식, 태도와 수행능력)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the level of knowledge, attitude and performance ability in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and provided data for the development of an education program to improve CPR performance ability of nursery teachers. Methods: The participants were 220 nursery teachers working in daycare centers in A city located in G province. Data were collected during July, 2013. Results: The mean scores were 45.88 of 100 for knowledge, 3.69 of 5 for attitude, 2.65 of 5 for performance ability. There were significant differences in knowledge and performance ability according to education experience. There were positive correlations between knowledge and performance ability, and between attitude and performance ability. Factors affecting CPR performance ability were knowledge (${\beta}=.133$), attitude (${\beta}=.327$), and education in CPR (${\beta}=.343$). These factors explained 29.4% of the variance in CPR performance ability. Conclusion: Results indicate that nursery teachers' knowledge, attitude and CPR performance ability were not sufficient enough to perform accurate CPR in an emergency. Therefore, to improve performance ability of nursery teachers to carry out CPR in a cardiac arrest emergency of a child, educational strategies that focus on increasing knowledge and attitude need to be developed.

  • 우리나라 복식산업의 전문인력 양식은 주로 대학교나 전문학원에서 이루어지고 있으며 수적인면에서는 충분한 인력이 양성되고 있다. 그러나 질적인 면에서 산업체에서 요구되는 역량을 가진 전문인은 부족한 편이다. 이에 따라 산업체의 요구에 부합하는 인력야성을위하여 교육과정의 개선이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실기교육 산학협력 및 산업체 현장실습이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 영국의 복식관련학과에 대하여 조사해 봄으로써 우리 교육의 개선방향을 모색하고자 한다. 영구의 경우 다양한 자격증 및 학위과정이 개설되어있으나 본 연구에서는 우리나라 학사학위에 해당되는 BA 및 Bsc만대상으로 하였으며 설문조사 문헌조사 및 사례연구를 통하여 현황 및 교과과정을 분석하였다 영국의 복식관련학과들은 그 교과과정 및 내용에 따라 크게 6개 전공분야로 분류되었으며 각 하과는 다시 세분화되어 전문성이 있는 교육이 이루어지고 있었다 또한 수업연한 및 과정의 형태에 따라 5개 유형으로 분류되었다, 이유형 중 특히 일년간의 현장실습을 학위과정으로 포함시켜 의무적으로 산업체에 근무하도록 되어있는 Sandwic Mode는 적극적인 산학협력의 한 형태로 매우 효율적으로 평가되는 교육체계이며 여러다른 학문 분야에서도 널리 활용되고 있는 체계이다. 교수진의 경우 전임교원이 수적인 면에서 다소 부족한 것으로 나타났으나 관련 산업체 인사 등을 시간강사로 고용함으로써 이를 보완 할 뿐 아니라 산학연계를 이루고 있었다. 또한 전임교원의 경우 주로 학사 혹은 석사의 학력을 가지고있었다. 그러나 모든 전임교수 뿐 아니라 시간강사의 경우도 산업체 경력을 필수 적으로 가지고있어 고학력위주의 우리나라 실정과는 매우 상이했다. 교과과정에 대한 사례연구에서 직물디자인에 집중된 2개 과의 교과과정을 보았으며 그중 한 개 과는 다시 편물 프린트 및 직물 디자인의 3분야로 세분화되어 심도 있는 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 것을 살펴보았다 또한 다른 3개의 예에서 볼수있듯이 2개 이상의 전공코스를 도입하여 공통과목과 전공 코스 과목을 둠으로써 시설 및 인적 자원의 활용 등 운영상 효율성을 추구함을 알수 있었다 또한 학생들의 경우 전문화된 코스의 선택을 할수 있게 하였다 이런 실례는 전문인력양성이 매우 필요하고 따라서 전공코스제의 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 이시점에서 매우 유용하게 이용될수 있으리라고 생각된다. 영구의 교육이 우리나라 실정에 그대로 적용될 수는 없지만 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 고려하여 우리교육을 개선해 나갈 수 있으리라고 생각한다. 첫째 교수진 인적 물적상황 및 지역적 상황등을 분석하여 각 대학별로 그 특성에 맞는 세분화되고 심도있는 전공교육과정을 개발 발전시켜 야 할 것이다 둘째 산업체 방문 산업체인사와의 면담 및 특강 등 산학협력을 좀더 적극적으로 모색하여야 할 것이다. 셋째 학생들의 산업체 현장 연수를 실질적으로 도입하여 산업체의 인력요구에 적극적으로 대처 할수 있어야 하겠다.

Study on Linking a Submerged Marine Litter Collection Project to a Marine Environment and Resources Investigation Project (침적 해양폐기물 수거사업과 자원 및 해양환경 조사사업의 연계방안에 대한 고찰)

  • While fishery has been continuously suffering from deteriorating economic feasibility, the amount of the deposited marine litter has been increasing due to an increased number of marine leisure tourists which are caused by an improved quality of life and five-day work week. In addition, the fishery area has been reduced by the reclamation projects and it is being destroyed by marine pollution with a variety of contaminants coming from land and sea. To protect and improve fisheries in these poor conditions, Korean governments have implemented the submerged marine litter collection projects. However, previous research results on the marine environment and resources indicate that it requires a lot of time investment to achieve tangible results of such improvement. The 300 billion won marine environment and resource investigation project has been executed since July 2004 by Korean governments, which demands strategic approaches to obtain more effective and satisfactory results before the project expires in 2013. Ocean environment research institutes and governments need to cooperate each other to gain efficient and reasonable achievement by identifying and linking related projects. This study suggests that the marine environment and resources investigation projects should run parallel with the submerged marine litter collection projects on mutually agreed research items in the identical area of the ocean to obtain cost-effective improvement of marine environment and fishery conditions.

A Study about The Motivational Theory-Based Types of Security Guard's Martial Art Training on Job Performance (경호원의 무도수련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증분석)

  • This study aims to find out what affects on performance of private security service guards' duty regarding the security service martial arts. To achieve its goal, object of this study was set as private security service guards of private security service enterprise. Here are some conclusions that have been found. First of all, it was revealed that Hapgido, Judo, Taekwondo, kumdo and fencing are in order of the martial arts that help security service the most. Second, the relation of the ability to perform private security service guards' duty between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty. However, ones with a longer career seemed to be more affirmative on the side of work quality and duty, and it also showed a significant difference statistically. complishment relation between the security service martial art of security guards and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. Seventh, the relation of mental and the types of them appeared that ones who had been trained were found to be more affirmative than ones who had not, and showed a significant difference. On the other hand, there was no significant difference found on the type of performance of private security service guards' duty.
