This study examined the mediated effects of job satisfaction and the control effects of the perceived organizational support awareness on the effects of safety awareness recognized by construction workers on unsafe acts as a way to reduce unsafe acts. To this end, 439 workers at 23 construction sites across the country received a questionnaire from July 1 to July 20, 2019 and the data were analyzed, which resulted in the following conclusions. First, the sense of safety in which construction workers are late has a direct influence on job satisfaction. Second, job satisfaction recognized by construction workers has been shown to have a direct negative effect on the anxiety act. Third, job satisfaction was influenced by the medium in relation to safety awareness and anxiety transfer act recognized by construction workers. Fourth, the adjustment effect of the perceived organizational support awareness in the relationship between safety awareness and task satisfaction was shown to be significant. This study suggests that to prevent unsafe acts at construction sites, increased safe acts reduce the level of anxiety transfer due to a high sense of safety and job satisfaction by workers.

Death accidents rates in construction industry is increasing high recently. Such a phenomenon may be seen as a limitation of current management methods and legal actions. Therefore, purpose of this study was to find priorities of construction Workers safety activities related to motivational factors and to check perception differences between construction workers and construction engineers and to find a main factor of workers attitude, behavioral causes and find a way to reduce the accidents causing in construction industry. For the research, we did a survey with construction workers and construction engineers asking about 3 top motivators 'economic, environmental, safety, cultural, and administrative factors' in 21 details. According to the survey, the biggest difference between construction workers and construction engineers was about a working environment and safety cultural factors. Also, workers and engineers were both positive about safety incentive. Based on the results of this study, safety accidents will be reduced through worker-oriented management.

Safety accidents and industrial accidents are constantly occurring in existing industrial sites. In addition, the probability of accidents occurring due to physical and mental fatigue of workers is increasing. Accordingly, it is required to introduce systematic management and various systems for the safety of workers. In this paper, by developing an access control system using bio-metric information at industrial sites, we develop efficient health management and access control management functions for workers. Workers are identified through face recognition for access control, and health status is determined through iris recognition. It aims to improve accuracy and develop a more efficient management system by diagnosing signs of health abnormalities through the congestion of the iris and eyes of workers. Finally, the contents of the development consist of an on-site access control system, an access control program for administrators, and a main server system that diagnoses signs of abnormal health of users.

Since the Act on Punishment of Serious Accident has been implemented, the role of construction companies in safety and health and the responsibility of CEO are strengthened. However, serious accidents still occur. Due to population decline and young people's reluctance into the construction industry, the ratio of elderly workers and foreign workers is increasing at construction sites. In this study, a survey was conducted to identify differences in the perception of importance of smart safety technology among vulnerable groups such as foreign workers, elderly workers, and workers with health conditions. Vulnerable workers recognize the importance of smart technology in the fields of foreign language support, risk warning, and body wear monitoring, and the conclusion was drawn that smart technology should be expanded for vulnerable groups in the future.

국내 산업재해 사고 사망자의 상당수가 건설업에서 발생하고 있다. 건설 현장에는 굴삭기, 크레인과 같은 중장비가 많고 높은 곳에서 작업하는 경우가 흔해 위험 요소에 노출될 가능성이 높다. 물리적 사고 외에도 작업 중 발생하는 미세먼지에는 여러 유해 인자가 존재하여 건설근로자들에게 호흡기질환과 같은 직업병을 유발한다. 정부에서는 산업현장 안전 관리의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 각종 산업재해로부터 근로자를 보호하기 위한 법안을 마련하였다. 따라서 건설 현장의 경우 산업재해를 방지하기 위해서 위험요소를 사전에 인지하고 즉각 대응할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능(AI)과 사물인터넷(IoT)을 통한 자동화 기술을 활용하여 24시간 안전 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 IoT 기반 통합안전 관리 시스템은 AI를 적용한 CCTV를 통해 산업 현장을 모니터링하고, 다수의 IoT 센서가 측정한 수치를 근로자 및 관리자가 실시간으로 확인할 수 있게 하여 산업 현장 내 안전사고를 예방한다. 구체적으로 어플리케이션을 통해 미세먼지 농도, 가스 농도, 온도, 습도, 안전모 착용 여부 등을 모니터링할 수 있다. 모니터링 중에 유해물질의 농도가 일정 수치를 넘기거나 안전모를 착용하지 않은 근로자가 발견될 경우 근로자 및 관리자에게 경고 알림을 발송한다. 유해물질 농도는 IoT 센서를 통해 측정하며 안전모 착용 여부는 카메라 센서에 딥러닝 모델을 적용하여 인식하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 통합안전관리시스템을 통해 건설현장을 비롯한 산업현장의 산업재해 감소와 근로자 안전 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of management support for health and safety on workers' safety perception. Since the 1990s, Korea's national competitiveness has been rising rapidly, but efforts to prevent and cope with industrial accidents are still insufficient. Particularly there is a big movement to strengthen corporate responsibility for serious accidents in the 2020s. In this study structural equation model(SEM) was constructed and quantitatively analyzed in order to know how management's support affects the organization, system, and communication related to safety and health in the company, and ultimately how it has an effect on workers' safety perception. 4,169 questionnaires conducted by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health were used as observation variables, and 5 hypotheses were established and were verified in SEM. As management support increases, organization & institution for a safe workplace, communication related with safety and health within the company become more active. Finally management support has a positive effect on workers' safety perception. The results of this study imply that management needs to increase awareness of the importance of safety and health before all measures such as organizations, institutions, and communication related to safety and health.

To prevent fall from height, interest in the development and introduction of smart harness is increasing as policies and laws such as mandatory use of smart safety equipment at construction sites. However, despite the potential of smart harness, construction safety cannot be contributed unless adopted or used by users. The objective of this research is to examine the perception between safety managers and workers on smart harness, user perception according to user's experience and differences through semi-structured in-depth interviews. As a result of the interview and comparative analysis, both safety managers and workers perceived smart harness as uncomfortable, and workers with experience in using smart harness perceived that simple functions that inform risks are useful for securing safety. This research results show different user's perception of smart harness can be confirmed how much factors affect the use of smart harness, which can provide implication into establishing measures to strengthen the use of smart harness in the future.

This study is to test the influence of safety management activities and employees' safety awareness on safety behavior in the construction company following the atmosphere of a safety-driven society. Recently, the perspective of many individuals and companies for safety management is changing and the recognition is spreading that physical and conscious investment on the safety of industrial sites are not an useless cost but the vital element to enhance the corporate competitiveness. CEOs have an emphasis on the safety management in their workplace as a top priority. For this study, the data were collected and analyzed from 300 employees of industrial sites. Firstly, the results showed that safety management activities and employees' safety awareness had a positive impact on organizational trust. Secondly, the organizational trust had a positive impact on safety behavior. Thirdly, safety management activities and employees' safety awareness had a positive impact on safety behavior. And also found out the organizational trust had the mediating role between safety management activities and safety behavior, and between employees' safety awareness and safety behavior. The results of this study suggested that safety management activities and employees' safety awareness in the construction companies are very important factors influencing on the safety behavior, and the investment for the safety of the construction company should be continued.

본 연구는 대구 경북지역에 근무하는 치과위생사 238명을 대상으로 병원유형에 따른 물질안전보건자료(MSDS)의 인식정도를 조사하였다. 연구결과 병원급과 의원급에 대한 의식이 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 전체적으로도 MSDS인식정도가 높지 않았다. 치과근로자들의 근로환경 질의 향상을 위하여 소규모 치과의원에 대한 더욱 적극적인 홍보 및 교육이 필요하며, 구체적인 정책 및 제도가 마련되어야 할 것이라 사료되어 진다.
