The explosive growth of the Internet and the increasing popularity of the World Wide Web have generated significant interest in the development of electronic commerce in a global online marketplace. The rapid adoption of the Internet as a commercial medium is rapidly expanding the necessity of Web advertisement as a new communication channel. if proper Web advertisement could be suggested to the right user, then effectiveness of Web advertisement will be raised and it will help company to earn more profit. So, this article describes a personalized advertisement technique as a part of intelligent customer services for an electronic newspaper provide. Based on customers history of navigation on the electronic newspapers pages, which are divided into several sections such as politics, economics, sports, culture, and so on, appropriate advertisements (especially, banner ads) are chosen and displayed with the aid of machine learning techniques, when customers visit to the site. To verify feasibility of the technique, an application will be made to one of the most popular e-newspaper publishing company in Korea.

와관과 실체의 갈등은 문학작품의 주제 중에서 가장 보편적이면서도 복잡한 양상을 지니고 있다 희곡 Macbeth에 있어서 이주제는 Shakespeare의 어느 작품에서보다도 핵심적인 역할을 하며 특히 외관과 실체의 주제를 시각적으로 보여주는 복식이미저리는 그의 주제를 상징적으로 나타내는 데 효과적일 뿐만 아니라 극적 분위기 창조 및 무대사에서배우들의 의상변화로 인한 시각적이미저리 효과를 극대화 시키고 있다 본 연구의 목적은 Macbeth에 내재된 복식 이미저리를 고찰하고 이를 가장 최근에 공연된 macbeth의 무대의상에 적용 분석함으로써 무대의상 제작시 복식 이미저리의 효과적인 무대적용 여부를 파악하는 것이다.연구의 방법은 먼저 이론적인 배경으로 희곡 Macbeth의 본문을 분석하여 복식이미지저리와 관계된느 대사 및 지문 등을 추출한 다음이를 하나의 케이스 연구대상으로 선정된 1996 RSC극단 공연의 Macbeth 무대의상에 적용하여 분석 고찰 하였다 본 연구에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다 첫째 자신의 실체를 파악하지 못한 인물이나 혼동하는 인물은 자신의 신분에 맞지 않은 남의 의상을 적응기간조차 없이 착용함으로써 결국은 자신을 파멸로 몰고가는 복식 이미저리가 제시되어 있었다 둘째 자신의 실체를 분명히 지각하고 있는 인물들은 새로운 복식이나 신분에의 적응은 많은 시간과 노력을 요한다는 것을 매우 잘 파악하고 있었으며 이것은 그들의 대사 중에 구체적으로 제시되어있었다 1막1장의 Banquo 의 대사 중에 나오는'새로운복식'과 '새로운 신분'에 비유 2막 4장의 macduff의 대사중에 나오는 '새로브'와 '헌로브'의 비유 5막 2장의 Caithness의 '자제력의혁대'등의 비유는 복식이미저리의 구체적인 표현으로 분석되었다. 셋째 복식 이미저리의 측면에 1996 RSC의 Macbeth 무대의상을 분한 결과 이의상들에는 '난쟁이가 훔쳐 입은 거인의 옷' 으로 대표되는 복식 이미저리가 직접적으로 제시되지는 않았지만 공연전체를 통하여 무대장치 및 의상에 변화를 주지 않음으로써 이 작품의 초시한성과 복식이미저리를 오히려 역설적으로 표현하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 따라서 이공연의 의상 계획은 복식 이미저리의 역설적인 한 표현으로 분석되었으며 관객에게 등장인물의 외곤은 그 실체를 그대로 반영한다는 Shakespeare 본래의 의도를 잘 보여주는 의상계획으로 파악되었다 이러한 결과는 Shakespeare극의 무대의상 디자인 및 제작시 무대의상이 단순한 무대의상 그 이상의 의미로 고려되어져야 함을 보여주며 이는 관객에세 의미 깊은 메시지로 전달될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

An RpoS factor is a transcriptional regulator which participates in numerous biological processes. In this work, we investigated the transcriptional regulation of proBA and proC composing proline biosynthetic pathway in Escherichia coli. While the proBA and proC genes were greatly induced in an exponential growth phase, they were dramatically repressed in a stationary growth phase in the wild type E. coli. Unlike the wild type E. coli, the proBA and proC genes were not repressed even in the stationary growth phase in its isogenic rpoS mutant. These results suggest that the RpoS factor acts as a transcriptional repressor of proBA and proC genes. The production of threonine, methionine, lysine, and arginine in the rpoS mutant were also increased by more than two times compared to its parental wild type, suggesting that the mutant is able to be used as an useful host strain for the amino acid overproduction.

Modem church architecture in korea have many problems in the shape and composition of space and design method. Many church were built without consideration of the identity of the christian religion. The characters of Ando Tadao's church architecture are using the transition space, light and the symbol. The transition space similar to the approach process using in asian temple. It make a meditative space for the church during approach to the chapel. Ando Tadao make meditative space by using self-support wall. In here, Self-supporting wall devide space as the holly space and the common space. Light is very important element in church architecture. He introduce light and shadow in the chapel more significant element. Light and shadow make the space with very dignity. Also, Ando Tadao use symbol as important element. It make the identity of christian religion. He make that as a part of structure. The well-controled symbols change the simple space to more religious place.

In film various techniques interact organically in order to bring a story to life and, by doing so, influence the audience's perception. The techniques composing the form of a film are part of a format-system and therefore have to be well adjusted to the content of the film to trigger an intended effect. It is then that these techniques boost the intensity of the audience's emotional experience. The subject of analysis in this study of aesthetic composition, which is part of the concept of visual narrative, is the movie "Silence", which depicts a disturbing story based on real events. The goal of this study is the analysis of composition techniques used to support the film's narrative structure, where elaborate frame-composition and techniques are applied with great efficiency. Another goal is also to illustrate the meaning of film-format and its importance. Looking deeper into the question of how meaning and emotions, which are inherent in a film, finally manifest themselves on screen through a single shot, where the cinematographer's ideas and aesthetic vision come together and also the question of how a narrative structure in the context of a film works- these questions are the essence of this study.

Catamenial hemoptysis is syndrome characterized by bleeding from the bronchial trees and lungs that occurs synchronously with the female menstrual cycle. Etiologic mechanism of pulmonary endometriosis is still controversial, and the diagnosis is usually made on the basis of the clinical history and exclusion of other causes of recurrent hemoptysis. Serial computed tomograms of the chest during and in the interval between menstruations have been proved to be a useful confirmatory test. We experienced a 33-year-old female patient who had been previously diagnosed as pelvic endometriosis pathologically, experienced cyclic hemoptysis during menstruations. The diagnosis of pulmonary endometriosis was made based on her history and changes in the character of the lesions as documented on radiologic studies of the chest. She was treated successfully with GnRH analogue and there is no evidence of recurrence.

재료의 광학적 특성을 변화시키기 위한 표면 코팅의 사용을 잘 알려져 있다. 그리고 이러한 광학 코팅은 우리가 주위에서 볼 수 있는 렌즈에서부터 레이저반사경 다 나아가 다양한 광학 필터에 이르기까지 빛의 간섭을 이용한 광학 박막의 코팅은 폭넓게 이용되고 있다. 그러한 응용가운데 불필요한 표면 반사를 방지함으로써 전체 투과율을 강화시키기 위한 무반사(Anti-Reflection) 코팅은 오늘날 광대역 무반사 특성 등 다양한 광학적 요구에 따라 하나 또는 그 이상의 층을 형성함으로써 극적으로 성취할 수 있다. 본 실험은 기존 많이 활용되는 증발법 그리고 스퍼터링 방법과는 달리 고진공하에서 증착 변수를 효과적으로 제어, 박막을 형성할 수 있는 자체 제작된 단일 IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) 시스템을 이용하여 우수한 광학적 특성을 갖는 광학 재료로써 무반사용 다층박막 형성하기 앞서 MgF2, ZrO2 (yttria stabilized zirconia) 단층 박막을 제조하였으며, 각 증착 변수에 따른 결정학적 및 광학적 특성을 관찰하였다. 본 실험에 사용된 제조 장비로 Kaufman type 2.5inch의 이온 건이 장착된 Ion Beam sputtering 시스템으로 초기 진공도는 5$\times$10-6orr이며, 이온 빔의 전류 밀도는 Fareday cup을 이용했다. 6inch 크기의 ZrO2(yttria stabilized zirconia), MgF2 타겟트를 이용하여 Si(100), glass 기판위에 박막을 성장시켰다. 각 타겟트에 대한 증착변수로 이온 에너지, 기판온도, Ar 가스량을 변화시키면서 박막을 제조하였다. 제조된 박막의 광학적 특성으로 가시 영역에서 투과율의 변화는 자외/가시광선 분광 분석기 (UV/VIS specrophotometer)를 이용하여 측정했다. 그리고 박막의 조성 및 결정학적 구조는 AES EDS와 XRD로 확인하였다. 이온 빔 전압 500V, 빔 저류 55mA일 때 온도는 상온에서 30$0^{\circ}C$까지 승온 후 MgF2 박막의 XRD분석결과 우세한 결정성을 관찰할 수 없었으며, 이 때의 광 투과도는 가시영역에서 80~90%의 값으로 측정되었다. 추후 증착된 막의 결정성을 위해 열처리를 실시하고, 각 증착조건에 대한 결과는 학회 발표시 보고한다.

Plastic injection products have been widely used in various electronic appliances and high-tech commodities. However, plastic injection product manufacturers have to spare no efforts to shorten new product development period to introduce new products into the market ahead of other competitors, gaining competitiveness and satisfying customers. The manufacturers cannot only get big target market share rapidly but also the advantage of leading the product price in order to survive in highly competitive market. This paper proposes the cost estimation approach of feature-based plastic injection products by using hybrid artificial neural network and genetic algorithm. The proposed method is to dramatically simplify and shorten the complex conventional cost estimation procedures and the requested computation parameters of plastic injection products. The case study demonstrates the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed model in solving the cost estimation problem of plastic injection products at the development stage.

This paper aims from various angles to examine the context of the problem situations that Jang Woo-Jae describes from contemporary korean society, to examine which chance of thinking is in this case given to the audience, and to examine whether through the plays in the theater this chance of thinking can be referred to public opinion. This study considers not only the contribution of Jang's thought experiment that is connected to the dramaturgical function including the aspects of dramatic form and content to dramatic effects for the audience, but also the possibility of an arrangement for a new way of thinking by the audience. Thus, Jang's thought experiment should be understood in connection with the whole message of his plays. And this study researches, how an new attention to the public nature of common world, which should be demanded for the sake of a mature civil society comes into existence within the point of contention in every play based on Jang's thought experiment. Finally this paper inspects through Jang's plays the possibility of contribution of performing art to contemporary korean society, and takes account of self-examination in meta-dimension of the theater regarding the role and meaning for the sake of human being and gemeinschaft.

The purpose of this study is to explore the Canadian Film Director Sophie Deraspe's . Director Sophie Deraspe adapted a Greek Sophocles's novel to the Film in a modern way. For this study, adopt two research methodologies which are 'Author-structuralism' and 'culture studies', and explore traits of esthetics, narrative, subject and context meaning by analyzing . This study concludes that Firstly director Sophie Deraspe is a 'Quebecious writer-director' who represents cultural identity of contemporary Qubec, Secondly, express immigrants in Qubec using Greek Sophocles's novel tragedy as an allegory in narrative, Thirdly, enhances the dramatic effect in esthetics using virtual mise-en-scene as insert, fantasy, SNS, etc. And lastly, can confirm re-territorializing the cultural identity from the distinct characteristics of regional past tradition to the universal hybridity discours in subject. Therefore, Sophie Deraspe's is a work that symbolizes a new trend of 'New Quebec Cinema' in Canada.
