Advanced countries are very active in deploying the National Information I infrastructure which provides universal service to promise fruitful quality of futuree life. Even in the distributed environment, we can closely converse, work together, and share information in a very convenient way. This is actually enabled with the help of groupware technology, which are currently focused and researched in a larger popularity. The aim of this study is to design a portable pack for group communications management to support the development of groupware application. In the paper we begin with technical survey, continue to build our own model for group communications man agement, and design its architecture and procedure. We also suggest group addressing mechanism under Internet environment such as how to create IP multicast address and IP port number dynamically and as a globally unique value for the communication session, with the help of the hierarchical and distributed address managers. We also indicate the reliable data transmission services to remedy the unreliable feature of the UDP multicast services, and finally the architecture/ applied to support the practical applications is briefly discussed for verification of the designed concept.

다자간 그룹통신은 화상회의 등에서 매우 유용한 기술이다. 그러나, 개발의 어려움으로 인해 사용되지 못하고 있다. 현재는 예전과 달리, 그룹통신에 적응될 수 있는 많은 기술이 나왔는데 그 대표적인 것이 신뢰성을 제공하는 멀티캐스트 기술이다. 신뢰적 멀티캐스트 기술은 일-대-다 또는 다-대-다 전송을 지원하는 IP 멀티캐스트에 신뢰성을 제공하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰적인 멀티캐스트 전송기술을 이용한 프레임워크 형태의 API를 객체 지향적인 기법으로 설계한다.

UDDI는 웹 서비스를 위한 웹 기반 분산 레지스트리의 표준이며, 또한 비즈니스들이 제공하는 웹 서비스에 대한 정보를 등록하고 다른 비즈니스들이 이를 검색하고 이용할 수 있도록 구현한 시스템이다. OASIS(Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards)는 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 변경을 모든 노드에서 인지하고. 노드간의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지시킬 목적으로 UDDI 복제 명세를 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 OA51S UDDI 복제 명세를 만족하는 그룹통신 기반의 UDDI 레지스트리 설계에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 신뢰성 있는 그룹통신 시스템을 이용하여 일시적인 네트워크 단절이나 프로세스의 실패가 일어나는 상황에서도 UDDI 서비스에 참여하는 개별 노드들의 레지스트리 상태를 일관성 있게 유지할 수 있다.

무선 센서 네트워크가 배포된 지역에 대하여 주기적으로 감시 값을 수집해야 하는 경우 라우팅 방법으로 계층적인 형태의 라우팅 방법을 주로 사용한다. 계층적인 형태의 라우팅 방법에는 특히, 클러스터를 구성하여 클러스터 리더가 클러스터에 속한 다른 노드들로부터 값을 모아 베이스 스테이션으로 전송하는 클러스터 기반 라우팅 방법이 일반적이다. 클러스터 기반 라우팅 방법의 경우 센서 노드간의 보안 서비스를 위해 그룹 키를 사용하는 경우가 있는데, 이 경우 그룹 키를 알고 있는 노드가 복수개 존재하기 때문에 그룹 키의 오용 가능성이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 오용된 그룹 키를 탐지하기 위해 지연 응답 방법을 이용한 오용된 그룹 키 탐지 방법을 제안한다.

National Information and Communication Services of Public Administration and Security organized by the 'A' group (Line service network), 'B' group (IP service network), 'C'Group (Voice over Internet protocol(VoIP) service, IP application services) are provided by constructing the infrastructure. National Information and Communications Services 'C' group, providers are providing VoIP services. In this paper, national information and communications service 'C' group, providers of domestic calls, international calls, including calls to move we will study the basic telephone service. And text messaging, video telephony, IP-Centrex services, etc. we will study the seven value-added services. In addition, national information and communication service providers on the status of the project based on the analysis of national information and communication Internet telephone network using Internet telephony is the type of analysis. In this study, national information and communications services industry, will serve as the basis for the development.

본 논문에서는 모델 기반 지각적 그룹핑을 이용한 3차원 다면체의 인식 및 형상 복원에 관한 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 2차원 입력 영상과 여기에서 추출된 특징들의 3차원 특징을 거리 측정기를 이용하여 추출하여 인식 및 복원의 기본 특징으로 이용한다. 이 때, 모델의 3차원 기하학적 정보는 결정 트리 분류기에 의하여 학습되며 지각적 그룹핑은 이와 같은 모델 기반으로 이루어진다. 또한, 1차 그룹핑의 결과로 얻어진 3차원 직선 특징간의 관계는 Gestalt 그래프로 표현되며 이것의 부그래프 분할을 통하여 인식을 위한 후보 그룹이 생성된다. 마지막으로 각각의 후보 그룹은 3차원 모델과 정렬되어 가장 잘 부합되는 그룹을 인식 결과로 생성하게 된다. 그리고 정렬의 결과로서 2차원 텍스춰를 추출하여 3차원 모델에 매핑함으로써 실제적인 3차원 형상을 복원할 수 있다. 제안하는 알고리듬의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 불록 영상과 지형 모델 보드 영상에 대하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 모델 기반의 그룹핑 기법은 결과 그룹의 수를 상당히 감소시켰으며 또한 잡음과 가리워짐에 강건한 인식과 복원 결과가 얻어졌다.

This paper proposes a basic framework of tight management of the group membership for Internet Multicast applications. At first, this paper describes and summary requirements for group management in multicast applications. So, tile framework model is designed to support the requirements. In the framework model, the CM (Croup Manage.) plays a main .ole. The CM has the four functionality: group creation, group announce, group query, group enroll, and group notification. Consequently, the proposed framework should support the new protocol for group management.

In this paper, A Detection Algorithm of Dead Stone for the Go program based on the Grouping is proposed. The group of the same color as the stone is connected to the left, right, up and down side in the same group is defined to be grouping. A Detection Algorithm of Dead Stone based on these groups to remove stone and all the stones of the same color as the stones of the same group, regardless of the Case for TILT blocked, if satisfied that the detection of the group is treated as a dead stone.

재난안전은 아무리 강조해도 지나치지 않고 재난 발생은 그 끝이 없습니다. 그래서 항상 재난에 대비하고 관련 규칙을 철저히 준수해야 합니다. 설마 하는 방심이 누적되어 불시에 대형 참사가 발생하며 이러한 재난이 발생하고 난 후에 책임공방과 과실을 따져봐야 이미 발생한 재난의 시련은 이미 돌이킬 수 없습니다. 그동안 발생한 대형 참사를 통하여 배운 교훈은 일사불란한 통합지휘체계에 의한 재난 관리 및 재난 대응 시스템이 절실히 필요하다는 사실입니다. 그러나 아직까지도 한반도의 산간오지 및 도서 지역을 커버하는 음성 그룹통신 기반의 재난안전통신망이 제대로 구축되어 있지 않으며, 이러한 상황에서 정부는 음성과 영상 그룹통신이 가능한 멀티미디어 방식의 PSLTE 구축을 3년 내에 전국을 커버하는 재난안전통신망으로 구축할 계획을 발표하였지만 이에 대한 기술표준과 상용화 장비 등이 구현되어 있지 않아 3년 내 전국망 구축이 쉽지 않다는 전망이 나오고 있습니다. 객관적 입장에서 PS-LTE 재난망의 개념, 표준화 방향과 추진 일정, 재난안전통신망의 문제점, 시장선점을 위한 원천기술, 국내시장 활성화 방안 그리고 기타 재난 경보방송 서비스에 대하여 살펴보겠습니다. 이번만큼은 어떠한 재난이 발생하더라도 신속하고 정확하게 그리고 일사불란하게 국가재난에 대응하는 현존 최고의 재난안전통신망 구축이 완벽하게 이루어지기를 간절히 바랍니다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅환경에서 사용되는 분산 파일 시스템은 데이터를 저장하는 분산 저장 서버와 각 데이터의 메타데이터를 저장하는 마스터 서버로 구성되어 있다. 마스터 서버와 분산 저장 서버는 수시로 서버의 상태나 메타데이터의 정보를 교환하지만, 통신 시 암호화가 전혀 고려되지 않아, 제 3자에 의한 도청이나 위변조시 사용자의 데이터에 대한 가용성을 보장받지 못할 수 있다. 이에 대한 방지 대책으로 통신 과정을 암호화함으로써 해결할 수 있지만, 무한히 확장 가능한 분산 저장서버에 대해 단일 마스터 서버와의 통신과정을 암호화하게 된다면 수많은 키에 대한 관리 대책을 필요로 하게 된다. 하지만 이 때, 분산저장서버를 하나의 그룹으로 묶어 그룹키를 사용하여 통신과정을 암호화한다면 보다 효율적으로 해결할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 분산 저장 서버와 마스터 서버 간 안전하고 효율적인 암호화 통신을 위한 그룹키 확립 프로토콜을 제안하였다.
