This study focused on the fact that medical images that are issued at different hospitals may affect image quality on PACS when different software is used. A university hospital image was copied to the DICOM file and registered on the PACS of the university hospital B. The capacity and image quality of the software used in the university hospital were evaluated by SNR, CNR and histogram. As the compression ratio increased, SNR and CNR tended to decrease. Note that Lossless Compression decreased the data size by half compared to No Compression, but SNR and CNR did not change. As a result of the histogram analysis, the information loss due to the underflow phenomenon was conspicuous. When moving to another hospital, No compression or lossless compression method should be used. In conclusion, it is useful to use the lossless compression method, considering waiting time and economic efficiency in uploading.

It is the advantage of robot programming to improve the learners' interest. However, the drawback is existed in the fact that it is not easy to determine whether the problem lies in the hardware factor or programmed logic when an error takes place. This study is an attempt to develop a simulation tool which assists learners to concentrate on the problems not relating to robot assembling but to robot program. It aims to enable beginners make a sketch of their ideas and examine their logic through simulation. Therefore, an Etoys-based robot programming tool is developed to allows user to download and execute the simulated program into an assembled robot. The significance of this study is that easy activity of sketch-based simulation can support learners to understand how the principles of computer science are applied in daily life such as an automatic door system.

The present research aims to identify the issues that occurred when uploading stock photos to the internet-based stock image agencies and to develop technical solutions based on web service technologies. We identify the issues by examination of previous studies and stock photo uploading systems of major three agencies currently in service. As such, we develop web service technology by focusing on the following matters. First, we apply an automatic tag system to ensure convenience. Second, to ensure safety, we apply a technology that easily enables prevention of portrait rights violations and trademark infringements. We also prepare for measures against possible harmfulness. Third, to ensure completeness, we apply a method which resolves upload failure issues that frequently occurred in the past. In particular, the present research is significant as it applies an automatic image analysis system based on Google Cloud Vision API as the artificial intelligence-based image processing technology. In addition, we develop a web service program which improves user access by using SNS-type screen composition.

The purposes of this study is to identify the perception of students' use of university libraries' public relations activities using Instagram and propose ways to improve the operation of university libraries' Instagram. To this end, the status of Instagram operations of domestic and foreign university libraries was investigated, and a survey was conducted on 292 students who used the library Instagram of their universities. Based on the research results, first, it is necessary to promote the use of libraries by using 'Library Events' information closely related to the use of Instagram by students, but planning ways to participate that can lead to practical use of libraries. Second, it is necessary to promote the role of librarians through Instagram and utilize daily communication information in order to positively affect library image recognition. Third, it is necessary to guide users on how to inquire on library Instagram and actively respond to communication with users through periodic post uploads and monitoring.

최근 고성능 스마트 카드가 모바일 폰, 자바 카드, 전자 여권, 은행 카드용으로 여러 회사에서 다양하게 출시되고 있다. 이러한 스마트 카드는 내부의 다양한 응용 프로그램을 수행하기 위한 칩 운영체제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 다운로드 가능한 CAS 시스템에 특화된 칩 운영체제 설계에 대해 기술한다. 또한 칩 운영체제를 구현하기 위한 개발 환경으로 가상 개발 환경에 기초한 스마트 개발 환경 구현에 대해 기술하며 다양한 스마트 카드 응용 프로그램 개발을 위한 가상 개발 환경에 대해 논의한다.

모바일, 클라우드, BYOD 등 새로운 IT 환경으로의 변화로 인해 기존의 정보보호 접근방법의 효과성에 대해 의문이 대두되고 있다. 침입차단시스템, 안티 바이러스 등 알려진 침입패턴에 근거한 기술적 대책 중심의 접근방법으로는 복잡하고 지능화되어가는 최근의 공격에 효과적으로 대응하기에는 태생적 한계를 가지고 있다. 또한 가중되는 보안대책으로 인해 창의적인 업무 수행을 방해하고 사용자의 자율성을 감소시키는 부작용도 초래하고 있다. 따라서 새로운 환경변화에 효과적으로 대처하고 지속가능한 정보보호관리 프로그램을 수립하기 위해서는 새로운 패러다임의 도입이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 가트너에서 제시한 일련의 혁신적인 정보보호 접근방법을 소개함으로써 새로운 패러다임을 제시하고 이에 기반한 새로운 정보보호관리 프로그램 구성요소와 이의 구현을 위한 로드맵을 제시한다.

클라우드 서비스는 사용자에게 데이터 저장, 공유, 다운로드 등을 용이하게 해주는 성질과 시, 공간적 특성과 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 특성으로 최근 IT 산업에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 서버가 공격당할 경우 데이터와 사용자 개인 정보를 포함한 민감 정보가 유출되는 등 다양한 범죄에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 이유로 클라우드의 포렌식 분석 필요성이 증가하였으며, 현재 많이 상용화되어 있는 응용 프로그램에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 Box 클라우드에 대해 포렌식 분석을 진행하고 수집한 아티팩트에 관해 설명한다.

자바 바이트 로드 명령어는 타입에 관한 정보를 포함하고 있다. 그러나 기본적으로 스택 기반으로 동작이 수행되기 때문에 지역 변수를 위한 명시적인 타입을 가지지 않는다. 하지만 프로그램의 최적화나 역컴파일을 위해서는 지역 변수의 타입을 아는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문은 스택을 사용하지 않는 3-주소 코드에서 지역 변수를 위한 정적 타입 추론을 구현한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 SSA와 방향성 그래프를 적용한다.

Therefore Ajax(Asynchonous Javascript And in), a key RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology of Web 2.0 applications, has also been a matter of interest. And multiple Web applications which are based on Ajax are being developed and delivered. This paper deals with 'Scheduler Applications/Services' of the web application that utilize Ajax. Plus, this paper is aimed at developing, Project Management Scheduler and Project Roadmap, using web applications that utilize Ajax.

본 논문에서는 SUN사에서 발표된 Java 기반의 J2ME 이라는 Java 플랫폼을 이용하여 단순히 휴대폰 제조업체에서 지원하는 수동적인 프로그램이 아니라 개발자를 통하여 좀더 능동적인 프로그램을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 사회적으로 큰 관심사인 다이어트에 관한 정보와 지역에 따른 음식점 정보제공 서비스를 제공하는 컨텐츠를 구현하였다. 그밖에 실생활에서 필요한 정보를 웹서버에서 다운로드하여 언제나 자신이 필요할 때 사용할 수 있는 요소를 고려한 컨텐츠를 설계 및 구현하였다.
