The paper presents the problem definition of video placement and efficient methods for placing video data on a cluster of video servers. The video placement is to place each of video replicas on one of the servers where the number and location of the servers are already determined. The rejection ratio of user requests is one of most important user-perceive performance measures, so it has been used as a performance criteria in many researches on the VOD system. The objective of our video placement is to achieve the load balancing among servers and the minimization of total network loads. To our experiment, the presented methods show better performance in terms of the rejection ratio of user requests than the methods for video placements in which only either server load balancing or network load minimization is considered. Also, it is observed that considerations on server load balancing is especially important in video placement. To our survey, little research has been published on video placement in which server and network load are considered together in a video server cluster environment.

This study was conducted to examine the effects of the lumbar stabilization exercise (LSE) on fall prevention in elderly females (n = 21) by measuring changes in the isometric strength, multifidus, transverse abdominis muscle thickness, and posture stability index. The strength of isometric contraction was measured by the 3-D Pegasus system ; the thickness of the multifidus and transverse abdominis were measured by using Sonoace 6000C, and the posture stability index was measured using a computerized Biodex Balance System SD apparatus analysis. These results lead us to the conclusion that flexion and extension, left rotation on strength of isometric contraction, and thickness of the transverse abdominis (when released) statically increased. Overall, the anterior/posterior and medial/lateral elements in the posture stability index statically decreased, Consequently, the LSE should the prevent falls in elderly females.

Estimated coefficients has serious problems including inconsistency, biasness, etc. because many researches about the effect of fiscal decentralization on a country's economic growth use the traditional OLS method. Researches use the data intactly so that so called "spurious regression" phenomenon exists. This causes fundamental fallacy. This research tries unit root test, cointegration test, and then estimates the United States' economic time series by using VECM. The analysis of the effect of the state level-fiscal decentralization on economic growth shows two long term-equilibriums. During short term-dynamic adjustment, fiscal decentralization and economic growth move the same or different directions. In case of prediction GDP increases steeply and then from 2015 gently; and fiscal decentralization index shows a general reduction trend and then decreases slowly. At local level it shows two long term-equilibriums. During short term-dynamic adjustment, fiscal decentralization and economic growth also move the same or different directions. Impulse response analysis shows the very negative effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth.

This study was conducted on college students with low back pain to find out how a backrest exercise program affects the pain and balance of students. Thirty-two students at K University in Gwangju City were randomly classified with backrests and without backrests group respectively. Each group conducted the program for lasted three times a week for a total of 30 minutes for four weeks. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was measured for pain assessment before and after arbitration, and the Korean Oswestry Disability Index (KODI) was measured for functional disability assessment. TETRAX is used to measure the weight distribution index and posture stability. According to the results of the experiment, the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and the Korean Oswestry Disability Index (KODI) and weight distribution index showed significant differences over time, but the posture stability was no significant difference. The results of this study show that the lower limb exercise program is effective in back pain, dysfunction and weight distribution index, and it is believed that the pain reduction is significant when performed by distal movement in the area of back pain, It can be applied effectively to reduce low back pain in college students who spend a lot of time sitting down.

This paper proposes the technological level assessment which improved reliability and the efficient noise elimination methods in the process of establishing patent map analysis data. In order to eliminate efficiently noise (removed by the manual process in the past), the paper applies the Logical Operator 'AND', makes it a program in excel VBA(Visual Basic Application), and obtains the valid data. For the improved reliability technological level assessment of the patents, the study calculates average number of claims, Patent Family Size(PFS), Cites Per Patent (CPP), Triad Patent Families, Standardization Patent Diversification Index (stdPCPI), and haF-index(Hirsch a Family index). The result which applied noise exclusion work showed less than 10% of acquired patent data ratio and confirmed high reliability. The result that apply proposed technological level assessment index makes sure that balanced technological level assessment which improved reliability by producing synthetic technological level assessment.

This study analyze the business efficiency of securities company based on the 2011 performance of 29 securities firms which engage in domestic investment brokerage by applying a combination model of BSC and DEA. And we evaluate business state focused on efficiency which is based on logical system of BSC as business innovation method. The analysis of result is that companies with high customer efficiency index appeared that business efficiency composite index tended to be higher and we identified that customer perspective have an important factor to calculate business efficiency composite index of korea security company. In addition, based on the results of the efficiency analysis we analyze correlation analysis between traditional financial ratio and business efficiency composite index. We confirmed that company of high business efficiency level in terms of BSC have a good record in terms of profitability. BSC-DEA combination model expect to be utilized in security industry sector as well as other industrial sectors as good business indicator to determine the business efficiency and to be used a model can be evaluated the integrated firm valuation of tangible and intangible assets.

우리나라 지역방송은 방송의 공익성 강화를 위한 방송프로그램의 '지역성 구현'과 규모의 경제를 이루기 위한 '방송시장의 확대'라는 두 가지 지역방송 발전정책을 추진하고 있다. 그 정책실천의 하나로서 인접한 방송권역의 지역방송사(국)들 간에 방송프로그램의 제작과 편성에 있어서 다양한 교류와 협력을 확대해나가는 권역화의 과정이 있다. 그러나 그 결과물인 권역공동제작 방송프로그램에 대한 내용면 그리고 사업면의 평가 및 검증은 아직까지 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 지역방송 간의 제작 편성교류를 통해 제작된 방송프로그램들이 내용면에서 얼마나 이상적인 지역성을 구현하고 있는지, 그리고 사업면에서 얼마나 지역시청자에게 소구력이 있는지를 평가해보고자 한다. 이 평가의 도구로써는 지역 텔레비전 프로그램 별 지역성 지수와 사업성 지수인 방송시청률을 이용한다. 다양한 지역방송프로그램이 얼마나, 어느 정도 지역성과 방송시청률을 담보하고 있는지 평가하기 위한 하나의 평가척도를 제시하고 그에 따라 각 프로그램의 지역성 정도를 구체화하고자 한다. 지역방송의 권역화 과정에서 '이상적인 지역성'의 구현과 '사업적인 안정'의 실현은 상호배타적인 실천과제가 아니라 동시에 균형적으로 추진되어야 할 중요한 목표인 것이다. 따라서 권역화 과정에 나타나고 있는 다양한 방송프로그램들을 이 두 기준에 맞추어 평가하는 것은 지역방송의 공적 가치와 사업적 토대를 동시에 고려해보는 중요한 의미를 가지게 된다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare variables related to weight control between normal weight and overweight/obese female adolescents. Methods: This study is a supplementary analysis using a total of 293 female adolescents in Seoul. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires on the topics of stages of change, processes of change, and the decisional balance pertaining to weight control. Body weight and height were also measured. Results: There was a significant difference in the stages of change between the normal weight and overweight/obese groups. Of 12 processes of change, 9 processes were significantly higher in the overweight/obese group than in the normal weight groups. Also, female adolescents who were overweight or obese had significantly higher pros and eating efficacy scores comparing to those in the normal weight group. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that overweight/obese female adolescents, especially those in the action stage need supports to continue their weight control behaviors. In addition, a weight control program for female adolescents should emphasize their participation in physical activities in addition to their dietary control efforts.

과거와 달리 유독가스가 생성되는 화재, 폭발, 화학사고 및 급격한 기압차를 경험하게 되는 선박 침몰 구조 등 다양한 재난 혹은 사고 상황에서 고압산소치료가 욕구되며, 이를 수행할 수 있는 고압산소치료챔버는 재난에 대응하는 핵심 자원으로 그 수량과 배치가 적절해야 한다. 따라서 다양한 종류의 재난에서 발생하는 유독가스 피해자에게 고압산소치료는 필수적이나 본 연구에 의하면 국내에는 고압산소치료챔버의 숫자와 동시에 고압산소치료로 수용할 수 있는 환자수에도 한계가 있고 그 분포의 불균형도 존재하고 있어 재난 시 인명 피해 감소의 기반 장비, 시설로서 고압산소챔버의 균형있는 확산, 적용이 시급한 실정이며, 이는 가칭 재난고압산소지수로 객관화할 수 있다. 국내에서는 인구밀집지역인 수도권이 고압산소치료가 필요한 재난에 대한 대응 기반이 부족하다가 향상되고 있으며 부산, 경남 권역에 고압산소치료 자원이 편중된 현상을 보이고 있다. 고압산소치료 필요한 대량의 중환자 발생 시는 국내 전체의 고압산소치료기 활용 여부에 대한 실시간 모니터링 시스템이 필요하고 필요 시 원거리 피해자 전원 시스템을 갖추어야 하므로 이는 향후 구축해야 할 사항으로 이를 위한 전국적 고압산소치료기 모니터링 시스템이 필요하다.

Recently, Syntheic data has been in the spotlight as a technology that can protect personal information while maintaining the patterns and characteristics of actual data. Accordingly, technical and institutional research on synthetic data is actively being conducted, but it is difficult to actively use synthetic data due to the lack of clear standards and guidelines. This study is a preliminary study for quantifying the disclosure risk of synthetic data, and derives a privacy disclosure risk index through statistical methodology and suggests specific application measures to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR). It is expected that the disclosure risk and the balance of data utility can be controlled through the privacy disclosure risk index of this study in an open data environment.
