이 글은 '강력한 남성 부양자'국가로서 90년대 일본사회가 제시한 여성노동력에 대한 사회적 보호정책을 살펴보고 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 논의의 초점은 크게 3가지로 구분되는데 어머니로서는 보육정책을, 노동자로서는 노동정책을, 부인으로서는 사회보장 정책에 대한 논의가 그것이다. 보육정책의 경우 급격한 소자녀와 추세에 따라서 94년에 도입된 "엔젤 플랜"의 성격을 소개하였다. 노동정책은 99년 4월 실시된 개정 '노기법', 균등법', 휴업법' 내용을 다루었다. 정책내용에 담겨 있는 성이 여성의 규정방식을 평가하였다. 90년대 이후 지속되는 일본경제의 장기 불황 그리고 전세계적으로 도입되고 있는 신자유주의적 사조는, 90년대 이루어진 여성노동력에 대한 사회적 보호정책 개정의 효과를 반감시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있다. 즉, 최근 개정된 일련의 여성노동력에 대한 사회적 보호정책의 기조는 '강력한 남성부양자' 국가인 일본사회의 남성 중심성을 수정 보완하기에는 역부족으로 보인다.

In some volume visualization fields such as medical imaging, anisotropic volume data are more common than isotropic ones. In this paper, we propose an efficient rendering method for anisotropic volume data, which directly computes the intensity of intermediate samples by interpolating the intensity of two corresponding voxels on consecutive slices. Unlike density interpolation method, it does not require a preprocessing step for generating intermediate slices or additional memory for storing them. Additionally, we propose an adaptive intermediate voxel insertion method that avoids overblurring on object surfaces. This may occur when we render high frequency areas using the intensity interpolation method. Using these methods, we can improve the rendering speed without sacrificing image quality.

S-box의 암호학적 성질이 블록 암호 알고리즘의 안정성을 좌우한다. 여기서 말하는 암호학적 성질이란 선형 공격법에 안전한 높은 비선형성과 입출력 변화공격법에 안전한 입출력 변환의 낮은 균등성을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 갈로아 체의 원시원을 밑으로 하는 멱승 순환 함수를 이용한 S-box의 입출력 변환의 균등성에 관하여 서술한다.

Most of universities have carried out course evaluation to improve students's satisfaction for the established lecture and apply the performance appraisal for professor. But, course evaluation depends on many variables such as class size, type of lecture, evaluator's grade and so on. As the results, such variables lead to serious bias which makes lecturers distrust the course evaluation results. In this paper, we compare some equating methods for the course evaluation and the efficiencies for some equating methods. And we will recommend one of them which has best efficiency. Also we give the example to which the method is applied.

In this paper, we have studied load balancing problems in distributed systems. The nodes of distributed systems exchange periodically system state information each other. The information is stored in history. Based on the information, we compute an expected load index(ELI) using a five-degree interpolation polynomial in Newton`s backward difference interpolation formula. A new location policy of dynamic load balancing systems makes use of the ELI. We show that its performance is better than that of the existing load balancing algorithm through a simulation study.

For a signal such as speech showing piece-wise linear shape in a very short time period, a nonuniform sampling method based on the inflection point detection (IPD) is proposed to reduce data rate. The method exploits the geometrical characteristics of signal further than the existing local maxima/minima detection (MMD) based sampling method. As results, the reconstructed signal by the interpolation of the IPD based sampled data resembles the original speech more. Computer simulation shows that the proposed IPD based method produces about 9~23 dB improvement over the existing MMD method. To show the usefulness of the IPD technique, it is applied to speech coding, and compared to the continuously variable slope delta modulation (CVSD). The nonuniformly sampled data is binary coded with one bit flag set "1". Noninflection samples are not sent, but only flag bits set 0 are sent. The method shows 0.3 ~ 9 dB SNR and 0.5 ~ 1.3 mean opinion score (MOS) improvements over the CVSD.

사학법은 사학의 전반적인 운영과 체제를 정리한 법이다. 사학법 개정과 관련하여 찬성 의견이 많았는데 그 이유로 교육을 사적재산으로 보지 않고 공공적 측면을 중심으로 보는 우리 국민의 특성 때문이라는 지적이 있다. 높은 교육적 관심때문이라는 것이다. 그러나 교육을 공공재로 보는 진짜 이유는 모든 국민에게 '교육의 기회 균등'을 부여하기 위함이다.

본 연구에서는 원과 선분을 이용하여 복잡한 형상의 입자를 표현할 수 있는 2차원 개별요소법(DEM) 알고리즘에 3종류(균등분포, 정규분포, 대수정규분포)의 입도분포를 구현할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 다양한 반지름을 갖는 원형요소를 구현하고 도상자갈을 원하는 입도분포로 모델링할 수 있었다. 그리고 우선적으로 균등분포에 대하여 변위제어 하중 재하 방식에 의하여 도상으로부터 노반으로 전달되는 응력을 파악하였다.

Hence, we propose a equating method for the course evaluation by regression analysis which use stepwise variable selection. And we compare proposed method with the other method by Cho et al. (2009) with respect to efficiencies. Also we give the example to which the method is applied.
