This paper examines the disciplinary effect of deposits using the semiannual accounting data of mutual savings banks(henceforth 'MSBs') in Korea for the period of 2003 through 2007. I find overall strong evidence in favor of the existence of market discipline in the industry. MSBs with higher BIS ratio and lower NPL ratio turn out to have higher increase rate of deposits than MSBs with lower such ratios. The coefficient of NPL ratio becomes greater with time, suggesting that the effect is cumulative. It turns out that depositors respond more sensitively to NPL ratio than BIS ratio in a period of MSB failure. On the other hand, MSBs turn out to act very positively responding to the depositors' discipline. They increase BIS ratio or decrease NPL ratio following the previous decrease in deposits. Government authorities need to make more efforts to develop a suitable incentive system (e.g. penalties on a false disclosure) to improve the efficiency of disclosure by MSBs. Moreover, they need to acknowledge the importance of NPL ratio as a market disciplinary tool which has been becoming more important, especially in times of MSB failure.

This study aims to analyze the film "Never Let Me" by human value which is to be realized in the social structure suppressed by the power of life and the power of discipline in Foucault 's power theory. After 18century having changed monarch power holding the power of life-and-death that enforced corporal punishment, bio-power that corrected body and granted ability suitable discipline to people makes people worked like machine. In control of the bio-power, human achieved safe desire that cure disease and prolong life-span and worked as producer goods. School controls body and make people internalized rule using discipline for working bio-power efficiently. There is differentiation between this movie and the other about human clone. The clones adapt role as organ donator without resistance and there is no conflict between original and copy. Instead of preexistence novel and movie that is set in future, it is a form of past retrospect from the 1970s to 1990s. having emotions, They find independence ego and realize value of life in finite living by depending relation or undergoing loss.

In this study, I present solutions to properly regulate assembly and demonstration at sea which has not been relatively secured and regulated compared to that of on land and inland waters so it may not violate public safety and order, and at the same time to secure it as a basic human right. Firstly, to protect and regulate in the same way with assembly and demonstration on land, I suggest to make amendments to "Law on Assembly and Demonstration" so that Korea Coast Guard Station can accept applications and administrator maritime assembly and demonstration. Secondly, in special cases where there are difficulties in the application of "Law on Assembly and Demonstration" due to the special maritime environment, following the example of Japan, America and England who have regulations in related special laws, I suggest an legislative alternative to add regulations on maritime assembly and demonstration in "Law on Maritime Guard" so that we can administer maritime assembly and demonstration in a way which there should be no conflict between basic human right of people and conservation of public safety.

Whitehead proposed that the education proceed through the rhythmic cycle on the basis of his metaphysical philosophy and educational philosophy. 'The Rhythm of Education' means that the intellectual levels of learners are elevated through the rhythmic cycles of stages of romance, precision, and generalization over and over again. As a result of these cyclic repetitions, the learners become truly free of inner prejudice. This study is to seek a method to apply Whitehead's proposition to mathematics education. I devise the curriculum constructing methods to experience Whitehead's three stages meaningfully, the teaching methods interplaying freedom and discipline rhythmically, and the teaching examples which adopt all these.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 미국 내에서 교육 개혁의 한 방편으로 공립학교 학생들에게 교복을 착용하도록 하는 도시가 증가함에 따라 교복 정책에 대한 여론은 찬반론이 교차하고 있고, 이를 뒷받침 할 연구는 부족하여 교복 착용에 관련된 요인들간의 관계를 알아보아 교육정책에 제안하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 미국 미네소타 주, 도심 지역의 세 남녀 공학 고등학교를 대상으로 조사되었다. 세 고등학교는 학교 의복 착용에 대한 서로 다른 규율을 갖고 있었다. School R은 학교에서 지정한 교복만을 착용 해야 하는 규율을 갖고 있고 School F는 학생들에게 학교가 선정한 색상에 일치하는 의복을 통학복 으로 입을 수 있도록 한 매우 유동적인 교복 정책을 갖고 있었다. School N은 특정한 학교 교복은 없고 학생들에게 통학복 착용에 대한 규율은 있었다. 세 학교의 학부모, 교사, 학생을 대상으로 한 연구 결과는 부모, 교사는 교복 착용이 학생들의 행동에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 인지한 반면 학생들은 전체적으로 그렇지 않다는 태도를 보였다. 학생들에게 선호도가 높은 교복은 School F의 교복처럼 통학복에 색상 제한을 하는 약간은 자유로운 형태로 나타났으며 해당 학교 학생들의 교복에 대한 만족도 또한 높게 나타났다. 교복을 입지 않는 School N의 학부모들은 학생들 통학복에 대한 지출이 다른 두 학교 부모 보다 많은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 교복을 착용한 경험이 오래된 학생일수록 교복 착용에 더 긍정적인 관점을 보인 것으로 보아 미국 내에서의 교복 정책은 초등학교부터 실시하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 받아 들여 진다.

This study explores the characteristics and discourse of creative work in advertising and investigates women's work experience and their problem. This will reconfirm the characteristics of advertising as creative labour. For this, it conducts in-depth interviews and analyzes them through a theoretical detour and a thick description. The study found the dominant discourse that creativity is their duty and ultimate goal. This dominant discourse makes the gendering of creative roles and representation languished. In spite of this, female creators with parenting have difficulty in reducing work ability, because conflicting identities weaken their self-regulation. This means that advertising is 'self-regulationized' labour.
