In the case of weapon systems used by the military, defense standards are applied for economical and efficient procurement, management, and maintenance. Defense specifications are documents describing procedures and methods for determining whether technical requirements for products and services are consistent and apply to the production of weapon systems, quality assurance, and configuration management. Software is also subject to defense specifications, and is documented and managed in the same way as other defense specifications. Sometimes it happened to be standardized without some(or all) software. In this case, a competitive contract is impossible and it may affect the quality of weapon systems because the manufacturer arbitrarily changes the software without prior approval. So, software standardization is required, but it is very difficult to verify for firmware installed in hardware. This paper proposed a verification method for g software standardization, and we expect it will contribute to the efficient production and quality assurance of weapon systems.

체계화된 전기공사의 내역서 작성은 공사의 품질관리 및 공정관리를 원활하게 할 수 있는 기본이 된다. 공사의 혼란을 초래하지 않으며 업무의 효율화를 기할 수 있는 일목요연한 내역서 작성이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우선 내역서 자체가 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하는데 중점을 두고자 한다. 즉 현행 내역서 문제점인 단위공종 및 규격의 표준을 제시 및 용어통일을 기하고자 하며, 주요 발주기관에서 운용하는 내역특성, 발주특성을 조사후 장단점을 파악하여 향후 내역서 간소화 및 단순화 작성의 기초적인 데이터를 확보하고자 한다.

새로운 시스템이나 제품이 철도운영환경에서 이용할 수 있을 만큼 안전하다는 것은 체계적인 문서화를 통해 입증해야 한다. 이러한 적정성을 제공하기 위해서는 안전성 관련 사항들은 논의에 대한 유효성을 판단하기에 앞서 독립적인 검증기관이나 자체적인 전문 평가를 수행하는 기관(또는 관리기관)에 제시되어져야 한다. 이러한 유효성은 종합안전대책기술서 형태로 제공되어지며 이는 사실에 대한 단순한 열거가 아니라 해당 시스템이나 제품의 실제 사용시 안전하다는 확신을 해당 기관에게 줄 수 있도록 고안되어 있는 일련의 논의들이다. 종합안전대책기술서는 관계자가 시스템 및 제품의 신규도입으로부터 발생되는 모든 리스크에 대한 분석 및 평가 수행여부와 이러한 리스크를 어떻게 관리하고 개선시켜 왔는지를 나타내주는 문서이다. 또한 관리가 효과적이고 지속적으로 적용되었음을 확인하기 위한 관리시스템을 제시해 주기도 한다. 본 연구는 유럽의 철도산업 범주내에서 종합안전대책기술서 그 자체의 특성과 시스템의 형태 및 적용 가능한 제품에 대해 정의를 내리는데 그 목적이 있으며 기술서의 취지와 구조, 보조문서 및 관련법규에 관한 사항에 초점을 맞출 것이다.

The compaction equipment and the Marshall stability head are the two important testing equipment for the Marshall test. The compaction equipment is closely related to the air void, VMA and compactability of the mixtures, and the stability head is related to the Marshall stability and the flow, therefore the size and the shape of the equipment is essential for finding the accurate optimum asphalt content for the asphalt mix design. However, the size and the shape of the equipment currently used and the condition of the installation of compaction pedestal in this country are different from each agency and manufacturer. The national inspection of the Marshall equipment is necessary because the difference can affect the test results and also the performance of the asphalt pavement.

EED consists of bridgewire, explosive charge, lead pins and metal case. If a firing signal is injected to EED， the explosive charge in EED is initiated by heating of bridgewire. Electromagnetic waves radiated from high power transmitters or radars can also cause unexpected firing of EED. Therefore, EMC design and test requirements for EED in military specifications are established and applied. This report describes the characteristics of RF sensitivity fur a firing fuse which is used fur EMC test instead of a real EED installed in aircraft. RF firing level of the fuse was predicted using transmission line(TL) theory. n sensitivity and RF sensitivity specified in military specifications were measured.

The Traffic controller currently used in Korea is a switch control system that directly transfers 220V of high voltage to traffic lights one to one. This method requires a lot of cables, and there are concerns about electric shock. Accordingly, Korea Road Traffic Authority added the digital communication signal controller standard using digital communication method to the standard specification of the communication signal controller of the National Police Agency. Based on these specifications, this paper intended to develop digital communication call controllers. In addition, it was verified that even if the digital communication signal controller and analogue communication call controller were mixed, they could operate in the signal control system currently in operation.

This paper presents IPv6, ATM, and IP/ATM security systems for computer network. IPv6 uses authentication header and ESP to provide security services. Authentication header provides integrity and authentication services and ESP provides integrity, authentication and confidentiality services. User plan of ATM provides authentication, integrity, confidentiality and access control services and control plan of ATM provides authentication and integrity services. IP/ATM security services are also presented.
