The Guiqulai consciousness appeared in Shin Heum Family's Cifu (신흠가(申欽家)의 사부(辭賦) 문학(文學)에 나타난 귀거래(歸去來) 의식(意識))

  • Cifu(辭賦) is a style that has been pointed out to many people because of Shin Heum Family's literary skills. I focused on this point and outlined Shin Heum Family's Cifu, and searched the literary through the works in which Guiqulai(歸去來) consciousness appeared. Shin Heum and his family members wrote many Cifu works, which were mainly in the form of Gufu(古賦). And many of them revealed personal emotions, such as melancholy. Especially they formed Guiqulai consciousness by taking personal suffering as their nourishments, and it was expressed in Cifu. The feature of Shin Heum Family's Cifu works is that the shape of Guiqulai consciousness is remarkable. There was a political ordeals on the base of such a consciousness. It was literally shaped through various methods.

KOSPI 200 지수선물이 현물주식시장의 유동성 및 변동성에 미친 영향

  • 본 연구는 KOSPI 200 주가지수선물이 현물시장의 유동성 및 변동성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 1996년 5월 3일 주가지수선물의 도입 전 후 각각 6개월간의 일중 매수 매도호가, 일중 최고가, 최저가, 종가, 거래량에 대한 109개 기업의 패널자료(panel data)를 일반화최소승자(GLS) 방법에 의하여 시계열횡단면회귀분석(time series cross-sectional regression)으로 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 발견된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주가지수선물 도입이후 주식시장 전반적으로 매수 매도호가 스프레드 증가는 발견할 수 없었다. 그러나 KOSPI 200 지수 비채택종목의 스프레드는 증가하여 주가지수선물 도입이후 유동성의 감소를 보였고 KOSPI 200 종목군은 유의적인 변화가 없었다. 둘째, 스프레드의 설명변수중 가격변수는 주가지수선물의 도입 이전에 유의적 설명변수이었고, 주가지수선물 도입이후에도 구조적 차이의 변화를 발견할 수 없었다. 그러나 스프레드의 설명변수 중 주가지수선물의 도입 이전에는 유의적이지 못하였던 변동성과 거래량의 스프레드에 대한 민감도가 주가지수선물 도입이후에는 유의적인 차이변화를 나타냈다. 변동성은 KOSPI 200 지수 비채택종목군에서, 그리고 거래량은 지수채택종목과 비채택종목군 모두에서 통계적으로 유의적인 차이 변화를 나타내어 주가지수선물 도입이후 스프레드의 설명변수에 구조적 변화가 발생하였다. 셋째, 주가지수선물의 도입이후 가격변수를 설명변수로 조정하고 난 현물시장의 변동성이 유의적으로 증가하였고, 특히 지수비채택종목군에서 더 심한 증가를 보여 주었다. 이는 선물가격이 정보를 효율적으로 반영하지 못하여 현물시장의 변동성에 다소 영향을 미친 것으로 볼 수 있다.

  • This paper was written with the object of determining place of Lee, Jeong-bo (李鼎輔)'s Pungryu(風流) & its meaning. Place of Lee, Jeong-bo's Pungryu(風流) is Hodong(壺洞) & Haktan(鶴灘). Hodong(壺洞) is located toward east at Jongmyo(宗廟). That place was Hwanggyo(黃橋) & Yeonji(蓮池). At that time, Haktan(鶴灘) was in Eonju-myeon(彦州面) of Gwangju-bu(廣州府). That place is Hangnyeoul flowing together Tancheon(炭川) & Yangjaecheon(良才川). Jeojado(楮子島) & Mudongdo(舞童島) was neighborhood. Lee, Jeong-bo's Pungryu-life(風流生活) was already beginning since serve in a government. Therefore HaktanPungryu(鶴灘風流) is also beginning a long time ago.

Examining the Relationship Among Restaurant Brand Relationship Quality, Attribution, and Emotional Response After Service Failure Experience (서비스 실패 경험 후 레스토랑 브랜드 품질, 귀인 및 감정반응 관계분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to validate the failure attribution factors affecting emotional changes after a failed service by local restaurant users, and the relapse effects of the perceived failure of a customer's brand relationship. In this study, the implications of this study can be divided into the null theory and the homogenous theory, in which the study of the relationship between individual belief that influences the null theory and the post-gender emotional response is minimal. The independence of the crash response (angerous VS compassion) has been equally validated as building a belief-gathering-emotion three-step model. First, emotional BRQ (intimate and love) has a reduction effect on controllable geeks, and behavioral BRQ (relative existence) has an extended effect on controllable geeks. From a management perspective, restaurant managers should be less aware of the repeatability of a customer's service failure and call for customer sympathy. Integratedly, restaurant managers must control the customer's perception of service failure and restore the impact of the customer's BRQ on emotional reactions. A variety of service recovery measures should be established and the cerumen should be controlled. In addition, since BRQs have different effects on anger and sympathy (extended VS), different service failure recovery plans should be presented depending on the characteristics of the customer BRQ. For example, measures such as monetary compensation or fair dealing, emotional distribution to close and loving customers, and persuasion of reciprocal benefits to interdependent customers should be developed according to circumstances. This study explored the effectiveness of the geeks after a service failure and has limitations that do not take into account the various regulatory factors in the BRQ-return-Empression process. Thus, in further studies, the effects of adjusting service failure strength should be considered and a more complete model should be built.

  • 정부의 배추, 무 포장화 시범사업을 계기로 우리조합은 2006년 9월 19일부터 20일까지 골판지포장 배추의 확산을 모색하기 위하여 배추시범출하사업을 추진하였으며, (사) 전국농산물산지유통인중앙협의회, 농림부, 골판지원지업계의 협력을 받아 성공리에 마무리 지을 수 있었습니다. 아시다시피 정부에서 지원한는 배추 포장화시범사업은 김치원료인 배추의 위생성 확보와 거래의 투명화 실현 및 도매시장 내 하역시스템의 완성이라는 목표를 정하여 추진되고 있기 떄문에 장기적으로 골판지포장화가 유일한 대안이라는 점은 인정되지만, 포장화제도 초기에 골판지 소재가 선호되지 않는다면 그 물당 등 대체재와의 지루한 경쟁을 각오해야 할 것입니다. 따라서 골판지포장업계와 관련업계에서는 조기에 골판지포장배추의 시장 정착을 위한 협력과 관심이 반드시 필요하다는 판단에 따라 금번 시범 출하사업과정에서 파악된 문제점과 개선과제 등 참고자료를 다음과 같이 게재하오니, 귀 업무에 활용하시고 골판지포장배추 소비운동 등에 적극 참여하여 주시기 바랍니다.

  • 본 연구에서는 조선시대 정원 관련 문헌의 분석을 통해 정원문화에서 나타나는 전환기적 양상을 살펴보고자 진행되었다. 자료의 분석결과 산수에 의탁하는 귀거래의 희구는 한양으로의 문물 집중현상으로 도시 속의 전원을 선호하는 양상을 보이고 있었다. 또한 정원문화로써 이전시기 완물상지로 여겨지던 화목이나 화훼에 대한 애호와 석가산의 조성이나 산수화를 통한 고동서화의 취미로써 산수애호사상과 함께 자신이 선호하는 요소를 가까이 두고 즐기고자 했던 와유문화의 완성기로 대별되었다. 이는 조선후기의 정원문화가 자연관의 변화나 기존의 문화가 완성되는 형태로 이전시기와는 다른 양상을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있다.

Reading Korean and Chinese Paintings Expressing the Ideas of Classical Literary Works - Focused on Interpretation of The Text (한국과 중국의 시의화(詩意畵) 읽기 - 텍스트의 해석을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this paper lies how the original text of Chinese classical literary works have been implemented in the paintings of China and Korea, and inspect the ways how of these original text interpreted in paintings. It is an experiment of trying to analyze through literature with painting and read again painting through literature. Qu Yuan(屈原) Prose Poem of Fisherman("漁父辭"), Tao Yuanming(陶淵明) Prose Poem of Returning Home("歸去來辭") and the prose with a poem on the peach blossom spring("桃花源記幷詩"), Du Fu(杜甫), Song of Eight Drunken Celestials("飮中八仙歌"), Su Shi(蘇軾), Odes on the Red Cliff("赤壁賦"), Ou Yangxiu(歐陽脩), Odes of the Sounds of Autumn("秋聲賦") and the paintings which based on these texts were the target of examination. These literary texts shared by Chinese and Korea have been compared in the aspects of acceptance and enjoyment. And on the basis of this process the characteristics of korean paintings expressing the ideas of classical literary works was induced. As a result, the following facts are derived. First, By the emergence of the typical style which was formed historically in China at the korean painting shows that korean painters not only actively embraced the art style of China also did not lose the international sense. Second, through the profound study for chinese painting, they transformed it in accordance with korean aesthetic view and finally revealed typical korean characteristics. Third, the results as described above showed the difference of perception and interpretation of literary works between China and Korea.

Ilong Choehuilyang's life and poetry as warrior (일옹(逸翁) 최희량(崔希亮)의 무인(武人)의 삶과 시세계(詩世界))

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the unmanned life and poetic world of Ilong Choehuilyang. Choehuilyang is uninhabited and rarely left 227 poems and being recognized for his poetic achievements by later writers. Therefore, it would be meaningful to look at Choehuilyang's poetic world in the point of studying the unmanned poetry system. In Chapter 2, I looked at life as a base stage to understand Choehuilyang. Choehuilyang from his youth while studying at the age of 21, but turned to 武科. This is due to the gauntlet of the family who does not care about the 文武, Choehuilyang's grand physical condition and the resulting unattended temperament. Choehuilyang passed the exam in the past. And he won the war seven times under General Admiral Yi. However, when Admiral Yi Sun - shin was killed in Noryang, Choehuilyang returned to his hometown. After that, he died without going out until he was 92 years old. In Chapter 3, we examined Choehuilyang's spoetic world based on Chapter 2. Choi 's poetry can be divided into revealing the temperament of the unmanned, living peacefully in his hometown after returning home, and revealing his concern for the country. The poems revealing the unattended temperament are created by sensuous sheer or direct narrative when they are on the battlefield, when they watch the war after returning home. Peaceful life in Kangho was created in Naju, the hometown. And the poem that worried about the country was created by seeing the sick horan. I hope that the research that has been discussed so far will help to understand Choehuilyang's life and world.

A Study on the Wealth of Seller and Buyer in Asset Sales (자산매각의 가치창출 효과: 매각기업과 매수기업의 비교분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze whether asset sales contributed to increase of the shareholder value of the seller and the buyer in Japan. The period of analysis is 2000-2007. As a result of event study, Although the stockholder of the seller earn positive abnormal returns at the announcement of a asset sales, most stockholders of the buyer were break even. However, the buyer which purchase related asset get positive abnormal returns. Furthermore, when using a matched seller-buyer, we find that asset sales are firm value enhancing for the seller and buyer. Furthermore, we verify whether the excess return depends on the financial condition, and the managerial performance. we find that seller gains are related to the seller's managerial performance, leverage ratio, and buyer gains are related to the leverage ratio, foreigner holdings ratio. we conclude that lender and outside monitoring lead to increase of firm value.

A Study on the Space Organization and Garden Language of Mongsimjae in Namwon (남원 몽심재(夢心齋)의 정원구성과 조형언어 해석)

  • In this study, the characteristics of Mongsimjae in Namwon-si, Jeollabuk-do have been researched focusing on the writings engraved in huge stones and rocks of pavilion standing beside a lotus pond and its formative languages in the garden has been interpreted as follows. Name of pavilion(堂號) Mongsimjae(夢心齋) includes a classical scholar's spirit, refusing to serve two kings and homecoming after resignation from a government office(歸去來) of Songam(松菴) Park Moonsu(朴門壽), an ancestor who has brought to the Juksan(竹山) Park's family again. A pavilion standing beside a lotus pond(蓮塘) built in the reception garden is a gardening facility symbolizing 'Yeondang(蓮堂)' Park Dongsik(朴東式) who built Mongsimjae. The bamboo hill connected to the backyard seems to be relevant to 'Juksan', the family clan of Mongsimjae's owner and this kinds of intention can be found in the bamboos in the outer garden naturally led to inside the garden through the flower beds. The purpose for the western arrangement of the main building and gate contrary to the 'chukjwamihyaug'(丑坐未向; a direction toward to the south-southwest) of the prospect of Sarangchae(guesthouse) is interpreted to naturally attract people's eyes to the pavilion standing beside a lotus pond and to mitigate the sense of closure resulting from the huge stones located in the reception garden. Also the writing engraved in the three huge stones, 'Jonsimdae(存心臺)', implies that it is a place where was selected with heart by Juksan Park family who settled down in Homsil, Namwon after 'Haengchon(杏村) Park Jaryang(朴子良)' in Yiphyangjo(入鄕祖), Namwon and 'Jeongwa(靖窩)' is interpreted as a signature representing that it is the most comfortable house where Jeongwa Park Haechang(朴海昌: 1876~1933), the third owner of Mongsimjae, has lived. The pavilion standing beside a lotus pond of the 'Bangjibangdo(方池方島; square pond and square island)' type has no lotus for now and waterside cornerstones roughly piled with broken stones naturally mitigate the slope. There are two water inflows gathering rainwater in the reception garden other than the water inflow of valley and the upper-side water inflow was built using a high waterfall method. The middle island cut into a square was designed to use in two ways, as 'island' or 'steppingstone', according to the water level and the old name of the pavilion standing beside a lotus pond was revealed as 'Cheonundam(天雲潭)' from the engraved writing located in the side of the middle island. In addition, 'Imni(臨履)', engraved writing in the finishing stone of waterside by citing a line of 'Sigyeong(詩經)', implies 'Be a upright classical scholar who pays close attention to one's own behaviors' and 'Jeongchuk(渟?)' is interpreted as a message that desires the eternal staying of the Juksan Park family's wealth. Ultimately, the writings engraved in the huge stones and rocks of the pavilion standing beside a lotus pond are interpreted as a symbol language that wishes the heaven protects and maintains the wealth of the Juksan Park family who is the owner of Mongsimjae.
