Next POI Recommendation based on Graph Neural Network of Augmented Graph (증강 그래프 기반 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크를 활용한 POI 추천 모델)

  • 본 연구는 궤적 데이터(trajectory data)를 대상으로 증강 그래프 기반의 그래프 뉴럴 네트워크를 활용하여 다음에 방문한 장소를 추천하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 전체 궤적 데이터를 그래프로 표현하여 추출한 글로벌 궤적 플로우의 특성을 다음 방문할 POI 추천에 활용한다. 이때, POI 추천시 자주 발생하는 두 가지 문제를 추가로 해결함으로써 POI 추천의 정확도를 높이는 것을 목표로 한다. 첫 번째 문제는 추천 대상 궤적 데이터의 길이가 짧은 경우에 성능 저하가 발생한다는 것이다. 두 번째 문제는 콜드-스타트 문제이다. 기존 POI 추천 모델은 매우 적은 방문 기록만 가지는 사용자 또는 POI에 대해서는 매우 낮은 예측 성능을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 궤적 그래프에서 일부 엣지를 삭제하여 생성한 증강 그래프 기반의 궤적 플로우 특징 기반 모델을 제안함으로써 짧은 길이의 궤적 데이터 및 콜드-스타트 사용자/POI에 대한 추천 성능을 높인다.

Continuous Speech Recognition based on Parmetric Trajectory Segmental HMM (모수적 궤적 기반의 분절 HMM을 이용한 연속 음성 인식)

  • In this paper, we propose a new trajectory model for characterizing segmental features and their interaction based upon a general framework of hidden Markov models. Each segment, a sequence of vectors, is represented by a trajectory of observed sequences. This trajectory is obtained by applying a new design matrix which includes transitional information on contiguous frames, and is characterized as a polynomial regression function. To apply the trajectory to the segmental HMM, the frame features are replaced with the trajectory of a given segment. We also propose the likelihood of a given segment and the estimation of trajectory parameters. The obervation probability of a given segment is represented as the relation between the segment likelihood and the estimation error of the trajectories. The estimation error of a trajectory is considered as the weight of the likelihood of a given segment in a state. This weight represents the probability of how well the corresponding trajectory characterize the segment. The proposed model can be regarded as a generalization of a conventional HMM and a parametric trajectory model. The experimental results are reported on the TIMIT corpus and performance is show to improve significantly over that of the conventional HMM.

F0 Contour Model based on Temporal Decomposition (시간적 분해에 기반한 F0 궤적 모델에 관한 연구)

  • This paper proposes a new F0 contour model for intonation control in speech synthesis. We assume that the F0 contour of an utterance can be described using a sequence of time-overlapping events, which determine the fluctuation of a given F0 contour, described by asymmetric Gaussian functions. In addition, We propose a parameter estimation algorithm for the proposed model. The proposed model is not developed with a particular phonological theory in mind, and can be used in both F0 contour analysis and synthesis. For testing our F0 model, we collected 500 sentences from various genres and built a corresponding speech corpus uttered by a professional female announcer. As n result of F0 resynthesis experiment using the proposed model, the RMSE was 7.87Hz for given speech corpus.

  • Contrast to the 6-DOF nonlinear dynamic modeling of nonlinear tracking problem, 3-DOF point-mass modeling of flight mechanics is efficient and adequate for applying the trajectory optimization problem. There exist limitations to apply an optimal trajectory from point-mass modeling as a reference trajectory directly to conduct the nonlinear tracking control, In this paper, new matching trajectory optimization scheme is proposed to compensate those differences of mismatching. To verify performance of proposed method, full ascent three-dimensional flight trajectories are obtained by reflecting the real constraints of flight conditions and airship performance with and without jet stream condition. Then, they are compared with the optimal trajectories obtained from conventional method.

  • 본 논문에서는 빠르게 회전하는 공에 대한 바운싱 모델을 제시한다. 제안하는 바운싱 모델은 충격량을 기반으로 공의 회전력, 지면의 탄성 및 마찰력을 고려한다. 제안된 모델의 정확도를 측정하기 위해 그린, 페어웨이 및 러프 지형에서 공의 궤적을 촬영하고, 영상으로부터 공의 실제 궤적을 추출하여 비교한다. 시뮬레이션 모델은 실제 궤적을 기반으로 튜닝함으로써 정확도를 향상시킨다. 본 바운싱 모델은 실감형 스포츠 게임에서 보다 사실감을 높일 수 있다.

Development of Three-Dimensional Trajectory Model for Detecting Source Region of the Radioactive Materials Released into the Atmosphere (대기 누출 방사성물질 선원 위치 추적을 위한 3차원 궤적모델 개발)

  • Background: It is necessary to consider the overall countermeasure for analysis of nuclear activities according to the increase of the nuclear facilities like nuclear power and reprocessing plants in the neighboring countries including China, Taiwan, North Korea, Japan and South Korea. South Korea and comprehensive nuclear-test-ban treaty organization (CTBTO) are now operating the monitoring instruments to detect radionuclides released into the air. It is important to estimate the origin of radionuclides measured using the detection technology as well as the monitoring analysis in aspects of investigation and security of the nuclear activities in neighboring countries. Materials and methods: A three-dimensional forward/backward trajectory model has been developed to estimate the origin of radionuclides for a covert nuclear activity. The developed trajectory model was composed of forward and backward modules to track the particle positions using finite difference method. Results and discussion: A three-dimensional trajectory model was validated using the measured data at Chernobyl accident. The calculated results showed a good agreement by using the high concentration measurements and the locations where was near a release point. The three-dimensional trajectory model had some uncertainty according to the release time, release height and time interval of the trajectory at each release points. An atmospheric dispersion model called long-range accident dose assessment system (LADAS), based on the fields of regards (FOR) technique, was applied to reduce the uncertainties of the trajectory model and to improve the detective technology for estimating the radioisotopes emission area. Conclusion: The detective technology developed in this study can evaluate in release area and origin for covert nuclear activities based on measured radioisotopes at monitoring stations, and it might play critical tool to improve the ability of the nuclear safety field.

A Study on the Influence of Helicopter Main Rotor Inflow Model upon Launched Rocket Trajectory and Safe Launch Envelope (헬리콥터 유입류 모델에 따른 발사된 로켓의 비행궤적 영향성 및 안전발사 기동영역 해석 연구)

  • This study presents the numerical investigation of the trajectory of rocket launched from a helicopter. The nonlinear mathematical model of armed configuration of UH-60 helicopter was developed while Hydra 70 unguided rocket was modeled to simulate the rocket behavior. The effects of various inflow models on the launched rocket trajectory are obtained. Similarly, rocket launch simulation was performed to determine the unsafe flight maneuver condition where the rocket trajectory is critically close to the helicopter main rotor tip path plane.

  • 본 논문에서는 비디오 데이터가 지니는 이동 객체의 움직임 궤적(moving objects'trajectories)에 대해 유사 부분 움직임 궤적 검색을 효율적으로 지원하는 N-워핑(N-warping) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 기존의 시계열 데이터베이스에서 유사 서브시퀸스 검색을 위해 사용되었던 타임 워핑 변환 기법(time-warping transformation)을 변형란 알고리즘이다. 또한 제안하는 알고리즘은 움직임 궤적을 모델링하기 위해 사용되는 단일 속성(property)인 각도뿐만 아니라, 거리와 시간과 같은 다중 속성을 지원하며, 사용자 질의에 대해 유사 부분 움직임 궤적 검색을 가능하게 하는 근사 매칭(approximate matching)을 지원한다

A Position Estimation of Quadcopter Using EKF-SLAM (EKF-SLAM을 이용한 쿼드콥터의 위치 추정)

  • In this paper, a method for estimating the location of a quadcopter is proposed by applying an EKF-SLAM algorithm to its flight control, to autonomously control the flight of an unmanned quadcopter. The usefulness of this method is validated through simulations. For autonomously flying the unmanned quadcopter, an algorithm is required to estimate its accurate location, and various approaches exist for this. Among them, SLAM, which has seldom been applied to the quadcopter flight control, was applied in this study to simulate a system that estimates flight trajectories of the quadcopter.
